 Shri Arjunbhai Joshi, Sarpanch of Banaskantha’s Khorda village in Tharad block delivered what he had promised.

 The excavated soil from most of the lakes in Banaskantha is unusable. The locals call it Refdo, this soil cannot be used in farms. Hence, VSSM has this pre-condition that requires the villagers to ferry out the excavated soil and also make a small contribution to the maintenance of the lake. We were worried about how all of these would be achieved in Khorda however, Sarpanch Shri Arjunbhai ensured we need to worry under his rein. Being a leader he is, it was obvious the villagers would support. 

Each house sent its contribution, tractors lined up and JCB was provided by us. And the work began.

Under Government’s Sujalam Sufalam Scheme a work order of Rs. 3.90 lacs had been issued of which 60% is aided by the government bringing the amount to 2.34 lacs for this lake. This amount does not include cleaning and other expenses hence the amount is deficient to an extent. Apart from government’s assistance VSSM poured in Rs. 2.34 lacs (the work is still underway) we expect just the excavation expenditure to cross Rs. 5 lacs.

Hence, it is crucial everyone pitches in and makes these kinds of work a collective effort. The villagers, government and VSSM together are responsible for giving the community lake of Khorda a new life. It is all thanks to Sarpanch Arjunbhai’s vision. This community has acted before it is too late, have you?

Ongoing lake deepening work

બનાસકાંઠાના ઘણા વિસ્તારમાં તળાવમાંથી ફળદ્રપ માટી નીકળે નહીં. સ્થાનીકભાષામાં જેને રેફડો કહેવાય એ નીકળે જેનો ઉપયોગ ખેતરમાં ન થાય.

અમે તળાવ ગાળીએ એમાં પહેલી શરત માટી ગામે ઉપાડવાની અને શક્ય હોય તો નાનો ફાળો પણ ભેગો કરવાનો. ખોરડામાં આ બધુ કેમ થશે એવી ચિંતા હતી પણ અર્જુનભાઈ જેવા ઉત્સાહી સરપંચ જ્યાં હોય ત્યાં ગામ સાથે કેમ ના આવે?

ગામે માટી ઉપાડવા માટે માતબર ફાળો ઘર દીઠ ભેગો કર્યો અને ભાડેથી ટ્રેક્ટર મુક્યા અને જેસીબી અમે મુક્યું.

સરકારે પણ સુજલામ સુફલામ યોજના અંતર્ગત આ તળાવને ઊંડું કરવા 3.90 હજારનો વર્ક ઓર્ડર આપ્યો જેમાંની 60 ટકા રકમ સરકાર આપે. જે મુજબ 2.34 લાખની મદદ મળે. આ રકમમાં તળાવની સફાઈ અને અન્ય નથી આવતું આથી રકમ ઓછી પણ મળે. સરકારના ફાળા ઉપરાંત VSSM દ્વારા 2.75 અથવા જરૃરિયાત મુજબની રકમ જોડવામાં આવી. (જો કે

હજુ કામ ચાલુ છે. લગભગ પાંચ લાખ ઉપરાંત ફક્ત ખોદાઈ પાછળ ખર્ચ થશે)

ટૂંકમાં ગામ, સરકાર અને સંસ્થાની મદદથી સુંદર મજાનું કામ ખોરડાગામના તળાવમાં થયું.

Vala Ba is a very sharp and smart farmer from the village of Adhgam in Kankrej block. He worked tirelessly along with the Sarpanch and the leaders of his village to ensure that the lake of his village was deepened as a part of our drive mitigate the crippling water situation in drought prone and arid Banaskantha. Eventually the lake did get excavated through the support of Gems and Jewellery National Relief Foundation. However, Gujarat has experienced weak monsoon this year resulting into deficient water in its traditional water bodies. The government did supply water through the Narmada Project eventually brimming up this lake.

The ground water levels in the region have gone to a low of 800 to 1000 feet. In absence of any alternate irrigation facilities the farmers have been pumping out the water to meet all their irrigation needs. Now, with the water in the lake they do not require to pump out the groundwater.

Vala Ba knew that if water reached the lake he would be able to recharge his failed bore-well and that is what he did. Using a 5 HP pump she injected water into the dried bore-well and recharged it. He is now able to draw water from 500 feet. If all the farmers in the region portrayed this wisdom we might be able to get respite from this worsening water situation. Our very wise Vala Ba exhibited this foresight and acted upon it.

Our respected Rashminbhai who has been the reason we plunged into Water Management always tells us, “If we can succeed in diverting  the flood waters into the ground, the ground water tables would rise up drastically!! All we need to do is plan better.”

Had the lake of Adhgam village filled up with rain water, we would have rejoiced even more. The Narmada waters will help the farmers and also succeed in recharging the ground water levels.

We are grateful to Gem and Jewellery foundation and Rashminbhai for their guidance and support. If not for their support such tasks would have been challenging to achieve.

ગુજરાતી અનુવાદ

વાલા બા બહુ હોંશિયાર ખેડુત. કાંકરેજ તાલુકાના અધગામમાં એ રહે. પોતાના ગામનું તળાવ ઊંડુ થાય એમાં સરપંચ ને ગામના અન્ય સાથે એ ખુબ મથે. એમના ગામનું તળાવ જેમ એન્ડ જવેલરી નેશનલ રીલીફ ફાઉન્ડેશનની મદદથી અમે ખોદાવ્યું. પણ વરસાદ પડ્યો જ નહીં. 

જો કે સરકારે આ ગામનું તળાવ નર્મદાની પાઈપથી ભરાવ્યું. ને અમને તળાવ ઊંડા કર્યાનું લેખે લાગ્યા જેવું લાગ્યું.

ગામમાં બોરવેલ ઘણા ને ખેડુતો ભુગર્ભમાંથી પાણી ઉલેચી ખેતી કરે. એટલે પાણીના તળ 800 થી 1000 ફૂટ ઊંડા પહોંચ્યા. પણ તળાવ ભરાવવાનું જ્યારથી શરૃ થયું ત્યારથી ભુગર્ભમાંથી પાણી ઉલેચાવાનું પ્રમાણ ઘટ્યું.

વાલાબાએ તળાવમાં પાંચ હોર્સ પાવરની એક મોટર મુકીને પોતાના ફેઈલ ગયેલા બોરવેલના કાણામાં પાણી ઉતારવાનું કર્યું. છેલ્લા ઘણા વખતથી થતી આ પ્રક્રિયાના લીધે તેમને 500 ફુટે પાણી મળવાનું શરૃ થયું.

આ થઈ વાત વોટર રીચાર્જની. દરેક ખેડુત આવી સમજણ રાખે તો કેટલું મોટું કામ થાય એટલે જ વાલાબા માટે વિશેષ માન થયું.

આદરણીય રશ્મીનભાઈ જેમણે અમને પાણીના કામો કરવા પ્રેર્યા એ હંમેશાં કહે ક્યાંય પણ પુર આવે અને પુરનું બધુ જ પાણી જમીનમાં ઉતારવામાં આવે તો પાણીના તળ કેટલા ઊંચા આવી જાય.. આ માટે બસ સુદ્રઢ આયોજનની જરૃર છે.

ખેર અધગામનું તળાવ નર્મદાના પાણીની ભરાયું. જોઈને રાજી થયા. છીછરુ તળાવ અમે ખોદાવ્યું એટલે તળાવમાં પાણી વધુ વખત ટકશે ને ખેડુતોને ફાયદો પણ થશે. સાથે પાણી જમીનમાં ઉતરવાનું પણ ખરુ.

આભાર જેમ એન્ડ જેવલરી નેશનલ રીલીફ ફાઉન્ડેશન, આદરણીય રશ્મીનભાઈનો... આપની મદદ અને માર્ગદર્શન ના મળ્યું હોત તો આ કામો થવા મુશ્કેલ હતા.

Water Management work to begin soon in Benap Village of Suigam Block

Benap is the farthest village of Suigam, Gujarat’s farthest block. Situated in Banaskantha region this is an arid drought prone region. Thanks to our decades of official planning and implementation of various government programs this and many other villages in the region have remained fairly untouched by development. The people here are very honest and simple.

Pragjibhai Rajput, the Sarpanch of Benap is a caring and compassionate human being. Seldom do we come across leaders who consider all villagers as equal and work for their betterment. The poor and marginalised hold a special place in Pragjibhai’s heart.

Benap sits right next to the Rann of Kutch, part of the great White Rann which has gained popularity in recent times. If we had to erase  all the touristy awe towards this landscape, life for the locals here is extremely tough. Benap’s arid landscape means it is a water starved region. Rainfed agriculture is the primary source of livelihood. The village has almost 8 lakes that remain empty for most part of the year. If the lakes were to be brimming with water life can turn out to be a boon for the villagers here. Since Benap is just adjacent to the Rann it has one advantage, the rain water flows through here to the Rann. The Rann is full of water during the monsoons until Diwali after which it begins to dry up. Because of its location the lakes of Benap have the potential to beam with water.

A minor canal of Narmada project does pass from near the village but the canal itself remains empty. 2018 has been a rain deficit year for Gujarat and the drought prone regions of North Gujarat have remained devoid of rains this year. The shallow lakes of Benap are spread across many hectors, if we deepen these lakes with proper planning and implementation we can succeed in catching the rain water and recharge the ground water too.

The condition of Benap is extremely distressful, the single rain-fed crop  they depended on too is not feasible this year. It has become a challenge for the daily wage earners to find labour. In the given condition it is imperative that we begin relief work as soon as possible in this village. We have decided to get the villagers involved with the excavation works at one of the 8 lakes. This will ensure work and daily wage for the participating labourers. The other lake will be deepened using the JCB.

The water conservation efforts have financial support of Mumbai based Nanditabahen Parekh, Bhanubahen and other well-wishers of VSSM. This extremely deprived region requires lot of concentrated efforts for its development. VSSM is committed to support as much as it can but it would be apt if people from these regions who have went on to settle and flourish elsewhere contribute for the much needed development of their native villages, the homeland.

સૂઈગામ તાલુકાનું છેવાડાનું ગામ બેણપ.

સાવ સીધા સાદા માણસો ગામમાં રહે. સરપંચ પ્રાગજીભાઈ રાજપૂત તો ખુબ ભલા. ગામના તમામ માટે ખુબ લાગણી. પણ વંચિતો માટે જરા વિશેષ પ્રેમ.

બેણપ રણકાંઠાનું છેવાડાનું ગામ. ચોમાસું ખેતી ત્યાં થાય. ગામમાં તળાવોની સંખ્યા આઠેક જેટલી. જો તળાવ ભરાય તો ગામ આખુ ખેતી કરી શકે.પણ આ વિસ્તારમાં વરસાદ ખુબ ઓછો પડે. પણ ઉપરવાસમાં વરસાદ પડે એનું પાણી બેણપમાં થઈને રણને મળે એટલે તળાવો ભરાવવાની શક્યતાઓ ખરી.

આમ તો નર્મદાની માઈનોર કેનાલ ગામની નજીકથી પસાર થાય પણ તેમાં ખાસ પાણી છોડવામાં આવતું નથી. આમ પણ આ વખતે ગુજરાતમાં પાણીની અછત છે. પણ જો વ્યવસ્થિત આયોજન થાય તો બેણપનું તળાવ કેટલાય હેક્ટરમાં ફેલાયેલું છે અેને ભરી શકાય. વળી તળાવ ઊંડુ હોય તો ચોમાસા દરમ્યાન ગામમાં આવતા પાણીનો સંગ્રહ પણ સારો થાય. પણ ગામના તળાવો છીછરા છે.

વર્ષ 2018નું ચોમાસુ આ વિસ્તારમાં બેઠુ જ નહીં. વરસાદ ના થતા આખા વિસ્તારની હાલત કથળી. ખેતી પણ થવાની નહીં. આવામાં મજુરી તો ક્યાંથી મળે.

સમગ્ર સ્થિતિ જોયા પછી આ વિસ્તારમાં રાહતના કામો શરૃ કરવાનો વિચાર આવ્યો.

ગામનું એક તળાવ લોકો હાથમજુરી કરીને ખોદાવે તેવું આયોજન કરવાનું કર્યું. જેથી લોકોને કામ મળે ને બીજુ ખુબ તળાવ જેસીબીથી ખોદીશું. જેથી વરસાદી પાણીનો સંગ્રહ થઈ શકે. કાર્યકર નારણ અને ભગવાનની દેખરેખમાં આ કામો કરીશું.

મુંબઈમાં રહેતા નંદીતાબહેન પારેખ, ભાનુબહેન ને અન્ય સ્વજનો આ કામમાં સહયોગ કરશે પણ આ વિસ્તારના ગામોની હાલત અત્યંત ખરાબ છે. ખુબ પછાત એવા આ વિસ્તાર માટે ખુબ કામ કરવાની જરૃર છે. 

VSSM તો સહયોગ કરશે પણ આ વિસ્તારના લોકો જેઓ ગામ છોડીને કામ ધંધા અર્થે બહાર રહે છે તેઓ મદદ કરે તો પણ ઘણું મોટુ કામ થાય.

બેણપ ગામના લોકો સાથે થયેલી બેઠક ને તળાવો ફોટોમાં જોઈ શકાય છે.

Bhavnagar, not part of Saurashtra, but a small village of Kankrej taluka of North Gujarat.
As the enthusiastic youths came to know that we are to dig the lake, they approached the VSSM Co-ordinator Naran and expressed their willingness saying that the village will also contribute.
Presently, the work of digging lakes has been stopped but  it will be commenced as soon as the monsoon ends. For this upcoming season, we have started meeting the people of village and in that connection, we happened to visit Bhavnagar.
We had a meeting with the people of village. The response was wonderful, and the matter of contribution by village people was discussed.  Chhanabhai Joshi, a farm labourer promised to give contribution of Rs.2000. The village where people are so co-operative and positive, there is no question facing any problem. Elders of the village are also supportive to youngsters, they don’t expect that what we say that only should be done.

Babubhai who knows about the work of VSSM gave donation of Rs.2100 for the organisation.  It is time to feel happy seeing that people of the  village are being sensitive about people from margins.Many Thanks to Babubhai.
Let us hope that the lake is dug properly, the water of canal fills this lake and the dream of village people comes true.
We will surely dig the lake of Bhavnagar in coming days.

ભાવનગર સૌરાષ્ટ્રવાળુ નહીં પણ ઉત્તર ગુજરાતના કાંકરેજ તાલુકાનું નાનકડુ પણ મજાનું ગામ.

ઉત્સાહી યુવાનોને અમે તળાવ ખોદાવીએ એવી ખબર પડી એટલે સંસ્થાના કાર્યકર નારણનો સંપર્ક કર્યો ને ગામ પણ ફાળો આપશે તમે તળાવ ખોદાવોની ભાવના વ્યક્ત કરી.

આમ તો તળાવ ખોદાવવાનું અત્યારે બંધ કર્યું છે પણ ચોમાસા પછી ફેર કામ શરૃ કરી શકાય તે માટે ગામલોકો સાથે બેઠકો કરવાનું શરૃ કર્યું છે જેના ભાગરૃપે ભાવનગર જવાનું થયું.

ગ્રામજનો સાથે બેઠક થઈ.. અદભૂત પ્રતિભાવ.. ગામલોકો ફાળો આપે એ અંગે વાત થઈ તો ગામના છનાભાઈ જેઓ ખેતમજુરી કરે છે તેમને બે હજાર ફાળા પેટે આપવા કહ્યું... જે ગામમાં રહેતા લોકોની ભાવના આટલી ઉત્તમ હોય ત્યાં કઈ તકલીફ પડવાની ગુંજાઈશ જ રહેતી નથી..

ગામના વડિલો પણ વડિલના મોભાને બરાબર નભાવે. યુવાનોને બરાબર ટેકો કરે. અમે કહીએ એ કરવું એવો સૂર એકેય વડિલોનો નહીં.

Danabhai, a leader from Adhgam village kept calling me again and again asking when will we desilt their lake. 

Eventually, the JCB was deployed in the lake of Adhgam and there were many tractors. We will pay for carrying the soil but you get the lake desilted as soon as possible. This is what the people of Adhgam told to fieldworker Naran and Shankarbhai. We deployed Hitachi in the place of JCB and they decided to contribute Rs. 50 per tractor. And thus, contribnution of Rs. 75000 was collected.

A pipeline from Dantiwada dam is installed in the Motisariyu lake of the village under Sujalam Sufalam Yojana. The water is filled in the lake every 8 months through this pipeline. Then the water is stopped. The lake was shallow so there was not enough water storage. But if the lake is deepened, the storage will increase and there will be water percolation. The underground water levels have reached 900-1000 feet deep and there was motor of 70 HP working to exhume water. When the water started coming through the pipeline,  the farmers started taking the water away in their farms by using the motor of 5 HP. So, the bill decreased. But when there is no water in the village then they have to use the bore or let that season go without crops. In such a situation, if the lake is deep then the water can sustain longer and they have to use the bore for two months instead of four. Now, due to desilting there will be faster percolation as well. 

Valaba of the village is very kind and understanding. He gave the idea of giving contribution in carrying the soil and all the people of the village liked it. Then in carrying the soil Rs. 75000 were collected. However, if the people of the village would have understood the importance of water in a better way, then they could have contributed more. But we need to make more efforts to explain the importance of water.  

This lake was being dug under the help and guidance of Gem and Jewellery National Relief Foundation, Respected Vikrambhai and Respected Rashminbhai. We had planned to dig this lake deeper but then it became difficult to get the tractors due to the farming season. So, we will dig the lake after the monsoon. 

But it is very important that entire village comes together for the work of water. What will we give to coming generations if we don’t understand the importance of water, that’s what we have to think. All the village people, youngsters like Sureshbhai and others who helped, I am thankful to all of them. Fieldworkers Naranbhai and Shankarbhai who got this lake dug by being there in the scorching heat, I salute their dedication. 

All of us are thankful to the people of Foundation who don’t want to take a single glass of water from the lake or whose relatives are not going to come to stay in the village, but they cared for the Mother Earth and became the reason for the lake desilting.

આખેર જેસીબી અધગામના તળાવમાં મુકાયુ અને #ટ્રેક્ટરનો ખડકલો થઈ ગયો. પોતાના ખર્ચે માટી ઉપાડીશું પણ તળાવ ઝટ ગળાય એમ કરજો એવી ભાવના ગામના લોકોએ કાર્યકર નારણ અને શંકરભાઈ સામે વ્યક્ત કરી. ગામનો ઉત્સાહ જોઈને એક જેસીબીની જગ્યાએ હીટાચી મશીન મુક્યુ અને ટ્રેક્ટર દીઠ રુ.50નો ફાળો ભેગો કરવાનું નક્કી કર્યું ને રૃપિયા પંચોતેર હજાર ભેગા થયા. 

ગામના મોતીસરીયા તળાવમાં #દાંતીવાડા ડેમની #સુજલામ સુફલામ યોજના અતંર્ગત પાણીની પાઈપલાઈન મુકેલી છે. આ પાઈપલાઈનથી તળાવને લગભગ આઠેક મહિના ભરવામાં આવે છે. તે પછી પાઈપલાઈનમાં પાણી બંધ થાય છે. ગામનું તળાવ છીછરુ એટલે તેમાં ઝાઝુ પાણી ભરાતુ નહોતું. પણ તળાવ ઊંડું થાય તો વધુ પાણીનો સમાવેશ થાય ને જમીનમાંય પાણી ઉતરે. ગામમાં ભૂગર્ભજળ 900 થી 1000 ફુટ ઊંડા પહોંચ્યા છે અને બોરવેલ ચલાવવા 70 હોર્સ પાવરની મોટર ચાલતી. પણ ગામતળાવમાં પાઈપલાઈન દ્વારા પાણી આવતા પાંચ હોર્સ પાવરની મોટરથી ખેડુત પોતાના ખેતરમાં પાણી લઈ જવા માંડ્યા. આમ બીલ ઘટ્યું. પણ ચાર મહિના તળાવમાં પાણી ના હોય તે દરમ્યાન તેમને બોર ચલાવવા પડે અથવા એ સિઝન જવા દેવી પડે.  આવામાં જો તળાવ ઊંડુ હોય તો પાણી વધુ સમય ટકે ને એમને ચાર ની જગ્યાએ કદાચ બે મહિના જ બોર ચલાવવો પડે. વળી તળાવ ગળાવવાના કારણે હવે પાણી જમીનમાં ઘણું ઝડપથી ઊતરવાનું એય નક્કી. 

ગામના વાલાબા ખુબ દયાળુ અને ખુબ સમજુ. તળાવ ખોદકામમાં ગામલોકો પોતાનો ફાળો આપે એ વાત એમને અને ગામના અન્યોને ખુબ ગમી અને માટી ઉપાડવાના ભાગરૃપે પંચોતેર હજાર ભેગા થયા. જોકે ગામના તમામ ખેડુતો પાણીના મહત્વને બરાબર સમજે તો આ ભંડોળ વધુ ભેગુ થઈ શક્યુ હોત પણ ખેર આખુ ગામ સમજે એ માટે અમારે વધુ પ્રયત્નો કરવા રહ્યા.

મુંબઈ સ્થિતિ જેમ જવેલરી નેશનલ રીલીફ ફાઉન્ડેશન, આદણીય વિક્રમભાઈ, આદરણીય રશ્મીનભાઈની મદદ અને માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ ખોદાઈ રહેલું આ તળાવ ગામના ફાળાના પૈસાથી વધુ ઊંડુ કરવાની અમારી ગણત્રી હતી પણ હાલમાં ખેતીનું કામ શરૃ થવાના લીધે ટ્રેકટર મળવા મુશ્કેલ બન્યા આથી આપણે ચોમાસા પછી તળાવ ખોદાવવાનું કરીશું.

પણ આખુ ગામ પાણીના મુદે એક થાય એ અત્યંત જરૃરી. પાણીનું મુલ્ય નહીં સમજીએ તો આવનારી પેઢીને વારસામાં શું આપીને જઈશું એ વિચારવું રહ્યું.

ગામના યુવાનો સુરેશભાઈ અને અન્યએ પણ આ કાર્યમાં ખુબ સહયોગ કર્યો તે સૌનો આભાર. કાર્યકર નારણભાઈ અને શંકરભાઈ ધોમધખતા તાપમાં ખડે પગે ઊભા રહી તળાવને ખુબ સરસ રીતે ખોદાવ્યું આ બંને મિત્રોની નિષ્ઠાને સલામ. 

ગામમાંથી એક લોટોય પાણી લેવું નથી ના એમની પેઢીમાંથી કોઈને અહીંયા રહેવા આવવું છતાં સમાજહીત માટે અને ખાસ તો ધરતી મા ની ચિંતા કરી તળાવ ઊંડા કરવામાં નિમિત્ત બનનાર ફાઉન્ડેશનના અમે સૌ આભારી છીએ.

People of Shirwada village were very enthusiastic about digging Gaam Talav and Alsiyu Talav of their village. In that, Sarpanch Karsanbhai is very enthusiastic. 

Lake Deepening work

In order to get water to the people of his village, he got a bore-well made on his own expense. This bore-well has sweet water and the reason is the lake of the village. If we dig these lakes then the village will get sweet water all through the year. The Sarpanch talked to VSSM fieldworkers to dig their lake and expressed his willingness to make available village tractors for carrying the soil dug. In addition to that, he offered to contribute Rs. 2,00,000/- individually.Many regards to such an alert Sarpanch. An entire article can be written about his feeling to help everyone in the village.

There are total 50 families including some from Valmiki community and some from other deprived sections. Sarpanch told to help these people get the house. Sarpanch gave the possession of the best places to these families. Now we will be together and apply in the government to avail government help for house construction. Shirwada Sarpanch is the best example of what one person can do if he is willing to. However, he is supported by all people of the village. 

We will dig lakes besides the two main lakes of the village. We will make one, two and three pits in the lakes looking at the size of the lake in order to increase water percolation. Mainly, we will dig a small dig and remove the silt so that the rain water will percolate soon. Then we will link Gaam Talav and Alsiyu Talav so that maximum water will be stored in this 30 beegha big lake.

Sarpanch has showed his willingness to make a Khet Talavdi (a pit in the farm where the water can percolate and be stored), mainly to increase the water levels.    

Still today, the farmers of this region do not have the awareness to make small channels inside closer to the boundary of the field. How much water will be percolated in the canal? Our land will decrease, all these arguments will take place. But if they make small channels and khet talavdi in their fields then the water levels which have gone more than 800 ft low will come up that is for sure. Who was ready to dig the lake of their village? Same way, the farmers will also be ready.

I am thankful to Sudhirbhai Thackersey who helped us to deepen the lake of this village. And the sarpanch of the village also should be thanked along with Sudhirbhai. His contribution is as important as Sudhirbhai’s support. I thank all the farmers of the village who are carrying the soil of the lake.

#કાંકરેજ તાલકાના #શીરવાડાગામનું ગામતળાવ અને અળસિયુંતળાવ ઊંડુ કરાવવાની આખા ગામને ખુબ હોંશ. એમાંય સરપંચ કરશનભાઈ તો ખુબ હોંશિલા. ગામને પીવાનું પાણી મળી રહે એ માટે સરપંચે પોતના ખર્ચે બોરવેલ બનાવી આપ્યો. આ બોરવેલનું પાણી એકદમ મીઠુ ને મીઠુ પાણી હોવાનું કારણ ગામનું તળાવ. આ તળાવો ખોદાય તો બારે મહિના ગામને મીઠુ પાણી મળે. #VSSMના કાર્યકર નારણભાઈ અને રમેશભાઈ સાથે સરપંચે તળાવ ખોદાવવા બાબતે વાત કરી ને તળાવ ખોદકામમાં માટી લઈ જવાનું તો ગામ કરશે એ સિવાય પણ બે લાખ જેટલો ફાળો વ્યક્તિગત ધોરણે સરપંચે પોતે આપવા કહ્યું. આવા જાગૃત સરપંચને તો પ્રણામ કરવા જ પડે... વળી ભાવના ગામના તમામને મદદરૃપ થવાની એ અંગે તો આખો જુદો લેખ લખી શકાય એવું છે.

ગામમાં #વાલ્કિમી સમાજ અને અન્ય વંચિત સમાજના 50 પરિવારો અત્યંત ખરાબ સ્થિતિમાં રહે સરપંચે આ પરિવારોને ઘર મળે તે માટે મદદરૃપ થવા પણ વાત કરી ને એ માટે એમણે તમામ સહયોગ આપવા કહ્યું. ગામના આ પરિવારોને સારામાં સારી જગ્યાની આકારણી સરપંચ શ્રીએ આપી દીધી. બસ તેમને સરકારમાંથી મકાન સહાય મળે તે માટે અમે સાથે રહીને અરજી કરાવીશું. પણ એક વ્યક્તિ ઈચ્છે તો કેટલુ બધુ થઈ શકે તેનું ઉત્તમ ઉદાહરણ શિરવાડા સરપંચ શ્રી છે. જોકે ગામના તમામનો સહયોગ પણ એમને છે જ.

આ ગામ મુખ્ય બે તળાવો સિવાયના તળાવોમાં પણ વરસાદી પાણી જમીનમાં ઉતરે તે માટે તળાવની મોટાઈ જોઈને એક , બે કે ત્રણની સંખ્યામાં ઊંડી ચોકડીઓ ખોદાવીશું. મૂળ તો ચોકડી ખોદી એટલો કાંપ જમીનમાંથી કાઢી લઈશું જેથી વરસાદી પાણી જમીનમાં ઝટ ઉતરી શકે અને ગામતળાવ અને અળસિયા તળાવને લીંક કરીશું જેથી 30 વિધાના આ તળાવમાં મહત્તમ પાણી ભરાયેલા રહે.

સરપંચે પોતાના ખેતરમાં પચાસ બાય પચાસની ખેતતલાવડી કરવાની ઈચ્છા દર્શાવી છે. મૂળ તો જમીનમાં પાણી ઉતરે એ માટે...

હજુએ આ વિસ્તારના ખેડુતોને પોતાના ખેતરના શેઢાની અંદર નાની ચેનલો બનાવવાની સમજણ નથી. ચેનલમાં વળી કેટલું પાણી ઉતરે.. અમારી જમીન ઓછી થઈ જાય વગેરે દલીલો આ વાતને લઈને થઈ રહી છે પણ જો તેઓ તળાવોની સાથે ખેતતલાવડી ને નાની ચેનલો ખેતરોમાં કરે તો આખા ગામના પાણીના તળ જે આજે 800 ફૂટથી નીચે જતા રહ્યા છે તે ધીમે ધીમે ઉપર આવવાના એ નક્કી. જોકે અમે આશાવાદી છીએ. બે વરસ પહેલાં કોઈ તળાવ ખોદાવવાય ક્યાં રાજી હતું આજે એ થયું છે તો કાલે આ માટેય ખેડુત તૈયાર થશે.

આ ગામના તળાવને ઊંડુ કરવામાં મદદરૃપ થનાર આદરણીય શ્રી સુધીરભાઈ ઠાકરસીની હું આભારી છું. સાથે ગામના સરપંચનો આભાર એમનો ફાળો સુધીરભાઈની મદદ જેટલો જ અગત્યનો. ગામના તમામ ખેડુતો જેઓ તળાવની માટી લઈ જઈ રહ્યા છે તે તમામનો આભાર..

અને સૌથી વિશેષ 46થી 47 ડિગ્રી તાપમાં કામ કરતા અમારા કાર્યકર રમેશ અને નારણને વહાલ.. તમે VSSMના સાચા હીરા છો....

We are working for water management programme in Shiya village of Dhanera Taluka. This village suffered a big loss in 2017. The lake which is being dug by VSSM was entirely filled with the soil which came along with the waters of the flood. This lake was again brought to existence.  This lake has better water flow. We hope for the good rains so that this lake is filled fully.

The sarpanch of the village is a very noble person and he continuously provided tractors for the lake digging work.  

we wished to dig the other lake as well but the sarpanch and other people believe that the people of the village will not support to carry the soil. So, we will not be able to dig the other lake although it is actually useful.

We expect from all the villages to think about future. Everytime I say that we are digging the lake for the betterment of people of the village. The people who are digging it, have nothing to achieve out of it. Be concerned about the lakes for posterity. Then you will be able to bask in the pride of giving the inheritance of water along with the property to your next generation. It is our concern to see that the next generation doesn’t have to leave the village due to water scarcity.

ધાનેરાના શિયામાં તળાવનું કામ ચાલી રહ્યું છે. 2017ના પુરમાં આ ગામને ઘણું નુકશાન થયું. VSSM દ્વારા જે તળાવ ખોદાઈ રહ્યું છે એ તળાવ પુરમાં તણાઈ આવેલી માટીના લીધે લગભગ પુરાઈ જ ગયું હતું. જેનું નવસર્જન થયું. પાણીનો ફ્લો આ તળાવમાં સારો છે. આશા રાખીએ આ ચોમાસામાં વરસાદ સારો પડે ને આ તળાવ આખુ ભરાય.

ગામના સરપંચ ખુબ ઉમદા વ્યક્તિ આ તળાવ ખોદકામમાં એમણે સતત ટ્રેક્ટરો આપ્યા. ગામનું બીજુ તળાવ ખોદાય તેવી અમારી ઈચ્છા હતી પણ ગામલોકોનો સહયોગ માટી ઉપાડવામાં નહીં મળે તવું સરપંચને અન્યોનું માનવું છે. આથી આ ગામનું બીજુ તળાવ જે ખરેખર ઉપયોગી છે છતાં આપણે નહીં ખોદી શકીએ.

ગામલોકો થોડુ લાંબુ વિચારતા થાય એવી અપેક્ષા દરેક ગામ પાસે રાખીએ છીએ. ને દરેક વખતે કહુ છુ એમ ગામલોકોના હીતાર્થે તળાવ ખોદાય છે આ તળાવમાંથી અમારે કે મદદ કરનાર સ્વજનોને લોટોય પાણી લેવું નથી. તમારી ભાવી પેઢી માટે તળાવની ચિંતા કરતા થાવ તો ભાવી પેઢીને વારસામાં જમીન - જાગીર સાથે પાણીનોય વારસોય આપ્યાનું ગૌરવ લઈ શકશો. બાકી પાણીના અભાવે ગામ છોડવા આવનારી પેઢી મજબૂર ના બને તે જોવું રહ્યું..

ફરી આ કાર્યમાં મદદરૃપ થનાર પ્રિયજનોનો આભાર નિસ્વાર્થ એમની મદદ વગર આ બધુએ થવું અસંભવ હતું.

We started digging a lake in Chibhada village of Banaskantha. We arranged a meeting with village people about the work. Entire village is happy with the lake digging work. Everyone said the work is pure. It is satisfying to hear it. But all the water we have exhumed through the bore-well, won’t be fulfilled in one go by desilting the lake once. We need to make a year long mission to gain the water levels back which are empty due to exhumation of water for thirty- forty years.

We are having new experiences with the people of the village too. People give money to organize a RamKatha and to build a temple in the village. “We have to give because it’s a charity work.” But lake- jalmandir is no less than a charity work. Moreover we have drawn all the water from the earth and did not recharge anything. Now we need to worry about what will we give to posterities. What will happen if I keep milking the cow without giving her fodder? Cow will die. This is only going to happen.

It’s time to wake up now. And why would we wait even for the government? We are not going to take a single glass of water from that lake. You are only going to get the benefit. Then why not make a contribution and start desilting the lake?

We better be awake and before the next generations curse us, we should give them the water levels filled as inheritance.

I request you to put your selsfishness aside and I give religious contribution.

We talked in this context in Chibhda. You can check the lake which is being dug in the photo. It had become a former lake. We don’t feel the requirement of lakes now so we don’t even desilt them. God bless all those near and dear ones who helped us dig this lake without expecting anything from the village or the village lake. But they helped only concerning about the living beings. And we became a medium in that. In Chibhda we talked about the contribution. They have told us that they will put the money in the lake desilting only. Let’s see what happens…

બનાસકાંઠાના ચીભડામાં તળાવ ખોદાવવાનું શરૃ કર્યું. ગામલોકો સાથે કામ બાબતે બેઠક થઈ. આખુ ગામ તળાવ ખોદકામથી રાજી. અસલ કોમ કીધુ એવું બધા કહે. સાંભળીને સંતોષ થાય. પણ જેટલી માત્રામાં ધરતીનું દોહન કરીને બોરવેલ વાટે પાણી લીધુ છે એ આમ કાંઈ એક વખત તળાવ ગાળીશું ને પેટાળ ભરાઈ જવાના છે એવું તો નથી થવાનું. ક્યાંક ચાલીસ તો ક્યાંક ત્રીસ વર્ષથી સતત કઢાયેલા પાણીથી ખાલી થયેલા તળ ઊંડા કરવા મહિના બે મહિનાના નહીં પણ આખા વર્ષના અભીયાન કરવા પડે તો જ પેટાળના પાણી ઠેકાણે આવે.

અવનવા અનુભવો ગ્રામજનો સાથેય થઈ રહ્યા છે. ગામમાં મંદિર બાંધવા કે રામકથા કરવા લોકો ઘર દીઠ ફાળો આપે. ધર્માદાનું કોમ એટલ આલવું પડ. પણ તળાવ – જળમંદિરને ધર્માદાના કામથી જરાય જુદુ નથી. વળી પેટાળમાં પડેલા સદીઓ જુના પાણીને આપણે ખેંચી કાઢ્યા ને પરત આપવાનું કર્યું જ નથી હવે ચિંતા પાછલી પેઢીને શું આપીને જઈશું તેની કરવાની છે. ગાયને ખીલે બાંધુ પણ ધાસ નાખ્યા વગર એને રોજ દોહ્યા કરુ તો શું થાય? ગાય બિચારી મરી જાય. બસ આવું જ તળાવોનું છે.

જાગવાનો સમય આવી ગયો છે. વળી સરકાર કરે એની વાટેય કેમ જોવી. મારુ ગામ એમાંથી સરકાર કે અમેય લોટો પાણી લેવા નથી આવવાના. તમને જ એનો ફાયદો છે તો ગામફાળો કરીને તળાવોને ગળાવવાનું કામ કેમ ના કરીએ?

આગળની પેઢી આપણને ભાંડે એ પહેલાં ચેતીને એમના માટે વારસામાં ધરતીના સાજા તળ – પાણી ભરેલા આપી જવા એય ભવ્ય વારસો આપ્યા જેવું છે.

સ્વાર્થ કોરાણે મુકી જળમંદિર - તળાવમાં ધર્માદુ કરવાની સૌને વિનંતી કરુ છુ.

ચીભડામાં પણ આ દીશામાં જ વાતો કરી.. હાલમાં ખોદાઈ રહેલું તળાવ ફોટોમાં જોઈ શકાય છે. આ જગ્યાએ એક હતુ તળાવ જેવું થઈ ગયું હતું. તળાવની જરૃર હવે રહી નથી એટલે એને વખતો વખત ગાળવાનું આપણે કરતા નથી. ભલુ થજો એ પ્રિયજનોનું જેમને આ ગામના તળાવમાંથી કે ગામ પાસેથી કશુંએ લેવાનું નથી પણ લોકહિતાર્થે સમગ્ર જીવસૃષ્ટિની ચિંતા કરીને તળાવ ખોદાવવામાં મદદ કરી. ને અમે આમાં નિમિત્ત બન્યા. ચિભડાગામ સાથે પણ તળાવ માટે ફાળો કરવાની ને એ ફાળો પોતાની મેળે જ તળાવગાળામાં વાપરવાની વાત મુકી છે. જોઈએ શું થાય છે...

By reading this you would be wondering what I have written here, right?

We met people who are putting an end to water scarcity(drought) in Bid, Maharastra.

Many villages of Bid district took a wonderful initiative by keeping away the caste difference and doing Shramdan (voluntary hard work); for not losing even a single drop of rain water from their village boundaries.

Normally in each village, they have their own groups according to castes. But in Moha village of Pardi taluka, there are two groups of volunteer workers; one is of all females and another is of all male group. At one place, spiced puffed rice (snacks) and a pot of water kept for everyone. When they all are tired from working, they come here for having snakes and water. By forgetting cast differences, they all have that water from single pot only.

When village sarpanch was asked that; ‘Does casteism still exists here?’ He replied by saying that, ‘We started drinking water from the same well. Even before Independence.’ By listening to that I was speechless.

There was constant drought situation in Vidarbha region of Marathavada. Many farmers committed suicide due to that. This issue was really sensitive, hence a lot of organisations came forward to start working on it. ‘Manavlok’ is one of the organisation. With that ‘Pani Foundation’ of Aamir Khan also collaborated. 

For conservation of rain water, village people decided to do some work with the help of  JCB and some through shramdan (voluntary hard work), that’s how wonderful work was happening. While working, they sing phrases and local songs. From those, one of the wonderful phrase is there in a video. Do listen, it’s cheerful.

In Banaskatha, we started working for Water Management. But people’s participation (team work) was lacking. We surely believe that, if we get more support from people then only water management work can be successful. 

We want to gather people participation in village and want to talk about this topic… We wish that all people would come together…

We had good experiences from Vidarbha and Marathvada, which should be understood and learnt. I will be writing about that more. I wish that, specifically those farmers living in villages would understand this.

દુષ્કાળ ઢીંસકાઉ ઢીંસકાઉ

વાંચીને આ શું લખ્યું છે તેવું લાગ્યું ને?

#મહારાષ્ટ્રના #બીડમાં અમને #દુષ્કાળને ઢીંસકાઉ કરનારા લોકો મળ્યા.

વરસાદનું ટીપુએ ગામની બહાર વહી ના જાય એ માટે બીડ જિલ્લાના ગામોએ સામૂહીક રીતે ઝૂંબેશ ઉપાડી ને નવાઈ લાગે તેવી વાત આખુ ગામ નાતજાતના ભેદ ભુલીને શ્રમદાન કરી રહ્યું છે.

આમ તો ગામમાં જેટલી જાતિ એટલા જૂથ પણ પરડી તાલુકાના મોહા ગામમાં શ્રમદાન કરનારના બે જ જૂથ એક મહિલાનું ને બીજુ પુરુષનું. બધા માટે મમરાનો નાસ્તો ને ઘડામાં પાણી. થાકે એ આવીને નાસ્તાની થેલીમાંથી નાસ્તોને પાણીના ઘડામાંથી પાણી પીવે. નાતજાતના ભેદ વગર એક જ ઘડામાંથી પાણી પીવાય છેને અદભૂત વાત...

ગામના #સરપંચ સંજયભાઈને ગામમાં કોઈ નાતજાતના ભેદ છે કે કેમ તે અંગે પૂછ્યુ તો તેમણે કહ્યું, ‘એક કુવે પાણી પીવાનું તો અમે આઝાદી પહેલાં શરૃ કરેલું.’સાંભળ્યા પછી આગળ કશું બોલવા પણું હતું જ નહીં.

મરાઠાવાડા ને વિદર્ભમાં સળંગ દુષ્કાળ પડ્યો ને ખેડુતોએ મોટા પ્રમાણમાં આત્મહત્યા કરી. મુદ્દો સખત સંવદેનીશીલ બન્યોને વિવિધ સંસ્થાઓએ આ વિસ્તારમાં કામ હાથ ધર્યા #માનવલોક તેમાંની એક. સાથે #આમીરખાનનું #પાણી #ફાઉન્ડેશન પણ ભળ્યું.

વરસાદી પાણી રોકવાના કેટલાક કામો જેસીબીથી ને કેટલાક કામો શ્રમદાનથી કરવાનું ગામોએ નક્કી કર્યું ને અદભૂત કામો થવા માંડ્યા.

શ્રમદાન કરતાં કરતાં લોકો સ્લોગન બોલે ને ગીતો ગાય એમાંનું સૌથી અદભૂત સ્લોગન વિડાયોમાં પણ સંભળો મજા પડશે.

પાણીને લઈને અમે #બનાસકાંઠામાં કામ શરૃ કર્યા. પણ #લોકભાગીદારીની કમી વર્તાય છે. ભાગીદારી વધે તો જ પાણીના કામો સફળ થાય એવું અમે ચોક્કસ માનીએ છીએ. 

ગામોમાં આ અંગે વધુ વાત કરીને લોકોને સંગઠિત કરવા કોશીશ કરવી રહી.. આશા છે સૌ સાથે આવે...

Exceptional support shown by the village people for VSSM Water Management program...

‘If you will spend 2.5 lakh to dig a lake in our village then we will also give you 5 lakh.’

 If people from all village start saying like this, then how amazing work we can do. Anyways, let’s not talk about others but we should definitely talk about  the village people of Bhensana, Diyodar.

We have taken up work of digging lakes. Originally it rains less in Banaskantha, but this time water level reached 1000-1200 ft. Then again to revitalize the underground water levels, we took up this task with intention of digging the lakes deep. We decided to do work of maximum 5 lakhs in one village. But if village is helpful and we get good participation, then the lakes can be made bigger and water income can be raised.  Also, in special cases we can raise the budget as well.

A Gaam Talav (Name of the lake) of Bhensana is very nice but there was encroachment around the lake which was increasing day by day.  So, in order to dig the encroached land and that space is utilized as the space of the lake People of the village requested us to start digging out that land. All though, the village people voluntarily vacated the encroached land And we started working. The task was enormous but the participation of village was wonderful. We incurred the expenditure of JCB the tractors to carry out the soil was on village people.

But the way we were digging the lake, it was nearly impossible to do that in 5 lakhs. From Mumbai respected Rashminbhai Sanghvi, Atulbhai, Rohanbhai and Niravbhai came from Mumbai and we conducted a meeting in Bhensana. At that time village people felt like, their desire to have big lake won’t be fulfilled. Their wish was to remove encroachment and dig the lake as big as possible. They wanted to solve the issue of water clogging in the village during the rains But, we were stuck at the budget. Ultimately, in the meeting, Maknabhai from the village said, “if you spend 5 lakhs and then 2.5 lakh for village expense, then we will spend 5 lakhs and also 3 lakhs for planting trees to create garden around the lake.” If we get such a great involvement from village then who would not like to work.

For this village we even decided to dig another lake on the memories of respected Pradipbhai Shah. According to what villagers will say we will dig another lake and spend 3.5 lakh on it. Now village people will decide in which lake they want to spend this amount.

Actually entire villages should be thanked but we thank the Talati of the village Shri Premjibhai, Sarpanch shri Jeramjibhai and a person who said 5 lakhs on behalf of village, Shri Maknabhai. This gratitude is for keeping their land alive but still giving back to it, with all their spirit even after, constantly taking out water from the land.

Respected Rashminbhai, Atulbhai and entire core group, all villagers who were helpful, if you all were not there then how would we have completed this task! We heart fully thank you all.

‘તમે અમાર ગોમમાં તળાવ ગોદાવવા બીજા અઢી લાખ ખરચસો તો અમેય પોચ લાખ આલીશું.’

આવું દરેક ગામના લોકો બોલતા થઈ જાય તો કેટલું સરસ કામ થાય. ખેર બીજાની તો વાત નથી કરવી પણ દિયોદરના ભેંસાણાના અદભૂત ગ્રામજનોની વાત ચોક્કસ કરવી છે.

અમે તળાવો ખોદાવવાનું કામ કરીએ. મૂળ તો બનાસકાંઠામાં વરસાદ ઓછો પડે અને પાણીના તળ છેક 1000 -1200 ફૂટે પહોંચ્યા છે તે ફરીથી પેટાળને સજીવન કરવા એનામાંથી ખેંચી કાઢેલું પાણી પરત કરવાના આશયથી તળાવ ઊંડા કરવાના કામ હાથ પર લીધા. એક ગામમાં મહત્તમ પાંચ લાખનું કામ કરવાનું અમે નક્કી કર્યું. પણ જો ગામ સારુ હોય અને સરખો સહયોગ મળે વળી તળાવ મોટું થાય અને પાણીની આવક વધારે આવી શકે એમ હોય તો ખાસ સંજોગોમાં બજેટ વધારી પણ શકાય.

ભેંસાણાનું ગામતળાવ ખુબ સરસ પણ તળાવમાં આસપાસમાં દબાણ થઈ ગયું હતું અને એ દબાણ વધી જ રહ્યું હતું. એટલે ગામલોકોએ દબાણવાળી જગ્યા ખોદાય અને પહેલાંની જેમ તળાવમાં એ જગ્યા સામેલ થાય તે માટે તળાવ ખોદાવાની શરૃઆત દબાણવાળી જગ્યાએથી કરવા વિનંતી કરી. જો કે દબાણવાળી જગ્યા પણ સ્વેચ્છાએ ગામલોકોએ ખાલી કરી દીધી. ને અમે કામ શરૃ કર્યું પણ કામ ઘણું મોટું હતું. ગામનો સહયોગ અદભૂત જેસીબીનો ખર્ચ અમારોને ટ્રેક્ટરથી માટી ઉપાડવાનું ગામલોકોના માથે.

પણ જે રીતે અમે તળાવ કરી રહ્યા હતા એ રીતે પાંચ લાખમાં તળાવ થવાની શક્યતા નહોતી. મુંબઈથી આદરણીય રશ્મીનભાઈ સંઘવી, અતુલભાઈ, રોહનભાઈ અને નીરવભાઈ આવ્યા અને અમે ભેંસાણામાં બેઠક કરી ત્યારે ગામલોકોને એક વખત માટે લાગ્યું કે, એમની ઈચ્છા પ્રમાણે તળાવ મોટું નહીં ખોદાય. તેમની મનછા તળાની આસપાસ થયેલા દબાણો હટાવવાની હતી ને તળાવને શક્ય મોટું કરવાની હતી જેથી ચોમાસામાં ગામમાં ક્યારેક દિવસો સુધી પાણી ભરાઈ રહવાનો પ્રશ્ન થાય છે તે હલ થઈ જાય. પણ અમે બજેટ પર અટકેલા. આખરે ગામના હકનાભાઈએ બેઠકમાં ઊભા થઈને કહ્યું, ‘તમે પાંચ ઉપરાંત બીજા અઢીલાખ ગામમાં ખર્ચો તો અમે પાંચ લાખ કાઢીશું ને બીજા ત્રણ લાખ તળાવ ફરતે ઝાડ રોપી બગીચો બનાવવામાં ખર્ચીશું.’ હકનાભાઈની વાતથી અમે સૌ રાજી થયા. ગામનો આટલો સરસ સહયોગ મળે તો કામ કરવાનું કોને ના ગમે.

આ ગામનું એક અન્ય તળાવ ખોદવાનું પણ અમે સ્વ. આદરણીય પ્રદિપભાઈ શાહની યાદમાં નક્કી કર્યું છે. ગામલોકો કહે તે પ્રમાણે અન્ય એક તળાવ ખોદાવવામાં 3.5 લાખ ખર્ચવાનું કરીશું. હવે ગામ નક્કી કરશે કે આ રકમ એમને ક્યા તળાવમાં ખર્ચ કરવી છે.

આમ તો આખા ગામનો આભાર માનવો ઘટે પણ તલાટી શ્રી પ્રેમજીભાઈ, સરપંચ શ્રી જેરામજીભાઈ તથા પાંચ લાખ ગામ વતી બોલનાર શ્રી મકનાભાઈનો આભાર માનીએ છીએ. આ આભાર એમની ધરતીને જીવતી રાખવા માટે ને ધરતીને દોહ્યી એમાંથી સતત પાણી કાઢ્યા પછી હવે પરત આપવાની ભાવના માટે ખાસ માનીએ.

VSSM ટીમ અદભૂત છે. એમના વખાણ તો કરવા જ પડે. ધોમધખતા તાપમાં જરાય પાછુ જોયા વગર સંસ્થાએ ઉપાડેલા વિધવિધ કામોમાં જરાય પાછી પાની કર્યા વગર કામ કરનાર દોસ્તો તમને સલામ.

આદરણીય રશ્મીનભાઈ, અતુલભાઈ અને સમગ્ર કોર ગ્રુપ, મદદ કરનાર સૌ સ્વજનો તમે ના હોત તો અમે આટલી હિંમતથી આ કામો કેવી રીતે કરત. આપનો હૃદયપૂર્વક આભાર.
