"In another 100 years it will not be possible for any one now present to come for a meeting  here in a crematorium. We all work here in the crematorium. However, we need a proper place to sit here. You have improved many crematoriums. Please help us in improving ours too.This crematorium  is the first place as soon as we enter the village". 

This was the conversation we had in Kuwata Village in Banaskantha District with Tejabhai & other elders of the village.

VSSM plants trees and takes care of the same till it grows.  We started this work in 2019 and till now we have developed 166 forests in the villages wherein 8.80 lakhs trees are planted.

In 2024 we plan to plant another 3 lakh trees. We are identifying the villages. We have received the request from Kuwata village & we have asked them what sort of help they can give us.

The elders of the village promised to protect the area, where trees will be planted, with barbed areas and also to install a shock machine. They will also arrange for water supply and clean the area. VSSM role will be to dig the land & plant the trees. Also to arrange for drip irrigation and to appoint a caretaker for the trees.

So with the co-operation of VSSM & the village, the work will be done.

However, Kuwata village is different  from other villages. They took an oath with water in their palms that they will take care of the trees in the crematorium. This oath is important to remind the villagers in case they fail in their duty to take care of the trees.

If all come together like Kuwata village , the earth will become a lovely green place and will be like a pasture.

Our associate Naranbhai, Maheshbhai & the entire team of care takers work very hard in this mission. We take pride in having such dedicated associates.

We wish more people would become aware of the benefits of planting trees.

 'હો વરહ પસી ઓય બેઠા ઈમોંથી કોઈની તાકાત નહીં ક આવી કોઈ મીટીંગમો બેહી હકે. અમાર બધાના ડંગા ડેરા સમશોનમાં જ ઉઠાવવાના. એટલે સમશોનમો અમાર હરખી બેઠક વ્યવસ્થા કરવાની. તમે ઘણા સમશોન સુધાર્યા. અમનય મદદ કરો અમાર સમશોન અમાર સુધારવું. ગોમમો પેહતા સમશોન જ પેલું આવ. બસ ઈન સુધારવું હ્. બસ તમે મદદ કરો..'

બનાસકાંઠાના કુવાતાગામના તેજાભાઈ અને ગામના અન્ય આગેવાનો સાથે થયેલી બેઠકમાં એમણે આ વાત કરી. 

VSSM વૃક્ષો વાવી ઉછેરવાનું કરે. અમે 2019થી આ કાર્ય શરૃ કર્યું હાલમાં અમે 166 ગ્રામવનો ઊભા કર્યા જેમાં 8.80 લાખ વૃક્ષો ઉછરી રહ્યા છે.

આ વર્ષે એટલે કે 2024માં બીજા ત્રણ લાખ વૃક્ષો વાવવા છે. ગામોની પસંદગી થઈ રહી છે. એમાં દિયોદરના કુવાતાગામે અમને વિનંતી કરીને અમે ગામલોકો શું સહયોગ કરશેનું પુછ્યું.

ગામના આગેવાનોએ, સમશાન ફરતે વંડો છે પણ નીલગાય ઠેકી શકે તો ગામે ઈંગલો મારી તાર લગાડવાનું તેમજ ઝાટકા મશીન લગાડવાનું કરી આપવા કહ્યું. સાથે પાણીની વ્યવસ્થા પણ કરશે ને સફાઈ પણ કરી આપશે..

અમારી ભૂમિકા ખાડા કરી વૃક્ષો વાવવાના તેમજ ડ્રીપની વ્યવસ્થા અને પગારદાર માણસ જેને વૃક્ષમિત્ર કહીએ તેને રાખવાની..

ગામ અને સંસ્થાના સહિયારા પ્રયાસથી આ કાર્ય થશે.

જો કે કુવાતાગામ જરા નોખુ પણ ખરુ. સ્મશાનમાં એમણે વાવેલા વૃક્ષો બરાબર ઉછેરશેની પ્રતિજ્ઞા હાથમાં જળ લઈને એમણે કરી.

અમે અનુભવે શીખ્યા ઘણા ગામો ઉત્સાહથી આમંત્રણ આપે પણ પછી દરકારમાં પાછા પડે.. ત્યારે આ પ્રતિજ્ઞા અગત્યની..

બસ કુવાતા ગામની જેમ સૌ સહભાગી થાય તો આ ધરતી મા હરિયાળી થઈ જાય. ગામના ગૌચર બચી જાય..

અમારા કાર્યકર નારણભાઈ, મહેશભાઈ અને વૃક્ષ ઉછેરની અમારી આખી ટીમની આ કાર્યમાં જબરી મહેનત. આવા કાર્યકરો સાથે હોવાનું ગર્વ...

It is said that on each grain the name of its beneficiary is engraved. 

Something similar happened in the village of Vajapur in Banaskantha District.  We planted 6000 saplings in Vaijapur with the financial help of Shri K R Shroff Foundation. In 2 months the saplings planted will be one year old. On our way to Vaav, Samlibet we passed through Vajapur. Our associate Naranbhai called up the senior of Vajapur village Shri Motibhai to inform him that we will soon reach the plantation site in the crematorium and he should reach there. Motibhai said that there is a prayer going on at Shri Hirabhai's house in the Village and all seniors of the village are there. He requested us to come there to meet all and share "prasad".  

We reached Hirabhai's house. We had thought we would talk about Tree plantation. Hirabhai is fully aware of VSSM activities. He received us all with a shawl and we also had lunch there.

Hirabhai understands the importance of tree plantation. One of his relatives explained that Hirabhai is so concerned about trees that he does not allow the boundary made through barbed wires. Even the smallest of life which survives on trees will be affected if we put barbed wire. They decided not to put barbed wires. It was so nice to hear this. After lunch we all reached the crematorium.  It was nice to see the trees having grown well. 

The caretaker of the trees stays in the crematorium the whole day and puts in a lot of effort.  Shri Motibhai & Village sarpanch also visits the site everyday to enquire about the health of trees.

We are thankful to Shri Pratulbhai Shroff of Dr K R Shroff Foundation. With their help we have been able to plant more than 15 lakh trees.  This year we will plant further 1.5 lakh trees. We wish that more people come forward to help like Pratulbhai.

કહે છે દાને દાને પર લીખા હૈ ખાને વાલે કા નામ...

આવું જ કાંઈક હમણાં બનાસકાંઠાના વજાપુરમાં થયું. અમે વજાપુરમાં 6000 વૃક્ષો ડો.કે.આર.શ્રોફ ફાઉન્ડેશનની મદદથી વાવ્યા. બે મહિના પછી આ સાઈટ પર વાવેલા વૃક્ષો એક વર્ષના થશે.

અમે વાવ, સમલીબેટ જઈ રહ્યા હતા ને વજાપુર વચમાં આવ્યું. ગામના આગેવાન મોતીભાઈને સ્મશાનમાં આવીયે છીએ તમે આવો એવું કહેવા અમારા કાર્યકર નારણભાઈએ ફોન કર્યો. 

ને મોતીભાઈએ કહ્યું, 'ગામના આગેવાન હીરાભાઈના ત્યા હવન છે ત્યાં આવ્યો છું. હીરાભાઈને અમારા ગામના સૌ અહીંયા બેઠા છે. સૌનો આગ્રહ છે કે તમે પ્રસાદ લેવા આવો..'

ગામના સૌ ભેગા થયેલા, વૃક્ષોની વાતો થશે એ આશયે અમે હીરાભાઈના ઘરે પહોંચ્યા. એકદમ જાગૃત વ્યક્તિ. VSSM દ્વારા થતી તમામ સેવાકીય પ્રવૃતિઓથી એ વાકેફ.

એમણે સ્વાગત સાથે પહેરામણી પણ કરી ને જમાડ્યા પણ ખરા..

હીરાભાઈ વૃક્ષના મહત્વને સમજે. તે એમના એક સગાએ કહ્યું પણ ખરુ,  'બેન અમારા હીરાભાઈ તારની વાડ કરવાની મનાઈ કરે. એ કહે એ તારની વાડમાં ઘણા ઝાડ કાપવા પડે.. નાના જીવો હાલની આપણી જીવતીવાડમાં રહે એમનો આશરો જતો રહે. તે બેન એમની વાત માની મે તારની વાડ નથી કરી.'

કેવી મજાની વાત..

ભોજન પ્રસાદ પછી અમે સૌ પહોંચ્યા ગામના સ્મશાનમાં વૃક્ષોનો સરસ ઉછેર જોઈ મન હરખાયું. 

અમારા વૃક્ષમિત્ર પણ દિવસ આખો અહીંયા રહે ને જબરુ મથે. મોતીભાઈ ને ગામના સરપંચ શ્રી પણ સ્મશાનમાં રોજ આંટો મારે ને ઝાડના ખબર પુછે.. કદાચ એટલે જ વાવેલા ઝાડ સરસ ઉછર્યા..

ડો.કે.આર.શ્રોફ ફાઉન્ડેશન આદરણીય પ્રતુલભાઈ શ્રોફના અમે આભારી છીએ. એમની મદદથી 1.5 લાખથી વધારે વૃક્ષો ઉછરી રહ્યા છે.. આ વર્ષે પણ એમની મદદથી બીજા 1.5 લાખ વૃક્ષો વાવી ઉછેરીશું...

 The ocean does not wear the pearls found in it. 

This line by poet Kaaag Bapu is very symbolic.

Most of nature's elements use its own creations for the benefit of others. It is only a human who earns for himself and uses the earnings on himself. There is a very small minority of human beings who spend his earnings for the benefit of others.

One such nature's creation is a Tree who lives its entire life for the benefit of others.

Life without trees is impossible. Yet we are irresponsible in taking its care and also not enthusiastic to grow more of it. Though there are some who love trees immensely.

We have created 166 forests in the villages of Banaskantha, Patan & Sabarkantha.  In these forests we have planted more than 8.50 lakh trees.

One such village is Fornna in Banaskantha, Very nice little village with a population of about 4000 people. The villagers invited us to plant trees in the village's grasslands.

After worshipping the land, we planted 10000 trees. In this exercise we were helped by Mahendra Brothers Exports Pvt Ltd. Saunkabhai & Archanaben from the company also came personally to see how the plants have grown.

The respected elder of the village Fornna Shri Bhamarsinhji narrated how the temple built by VSSM will be an inspiration for others. He said many people pass through the village on foot. They find a place to rest in the shade in the village because of the many trees that grow in the village. Moreover when these people who sit in the shade will realise that they should similarly plant trees in their village. With such foresight he selected the place to plant the trees. Our friend of the tree also is a very nice person. His entire family works hard to take care of the trees. Mother Earth will be very happy with the efforts of Fornna village.

દરિયો પોતે પોતાના પેટાળમાંથી મળતા મોતિડાં નથી પહેરતો..

કવિ કાગ બાપુની આ રચના બહુ સૂચક.

આમ તો પ્રકૃતિના તમામ તત્વો જે ઉપાર્જીત કરે તેનો ઉપયોગ અન્યોની સુખાકારી માટે કરે. એક માણસ જ એવો છે જે પોતે કમાય અને મહત્તમ પોતાના માટે જ વાપરે.. કેટલાક જુજ માણસો છે જેઓ કમાય તેનો મહત્તમ ભાગ અન્યો માટે ખર્ચે.

પ્રકૃતિના તત્વોમાંનું એક વૃક્ષ જેનું સમગ્ર જીવન જ અન્યોની સુખાકારી માટેનું.

વળી વૃક્ષ વગર જીવન પણ અશક્ય. છતાં આપણે એની જાળવણી અને નવા વૃક્ષો વાવવામાં એટલે ઉત્સાહી નહીં. 

જો કે કેટલાક અપવાદ છે.. જેઓ વૃક્ષોને ખુબ પ્રેમ કરે.. 

અમે 166 ગ્રામવનો બનાસકાંઠા,પાટણ અને સાબરકાંઠાના વિવિધ ગામોમાં કર્યા. જેમાં 8.50 લાખથી વધારે વૃક્ષો વાવ્યા એ પણ ઉછેરવાના સંકલ્પ સાથે.. 

એમાંનું એક બનાસકાંઠાનું ફોરણા. મજાનું ગામ. લગભગ 4000ની વસતિ. ગામે અમને ગામની ગૌચર જમીનમાં વૃક્ષો વાવી ઉછેરવા આમંત્રીત કર્યા.

પૂજન સાથે અમે 10,000 થી વધુ વૃક્ષો વાવ્યા. આ વૃક્ષ ઉછેરમાં મદદ કરી મહેન્દ્ર બ્રધર્સ એકસપોર્ટ્સ પ્રાઈવેટ લિ. મહેન્દ્ર બ્રઘર્સમાંથી આદરણીય સૌનકભાઈ અને અર્ચનાબહેન પણ વાવેલા વૃક્ષો કેવા ઉછર્યા તે જોવા આવ્યા. 

ગામના આગેવાન ભમરસિંહજીએ ફોરણામાં VSSM દ્વારા બનાવવામાં આવેલું વૃક્ષમંદિર આવનારા સમયમાં અન્યોને કેવી રીતે પ્રેરણા આપશે તેની વાત સરસ વાત કરી, 'અમારા ગામમાં થઈને પગપાળા સંઘો ચાલે. ખુબ લોકો ચાલતા અમારા ગામમાંથી નીકળે. આ બધા લોકોને પોરો ખાવાની જગ્યા ભવિષ્યમાં અમારા ગામમાં મળી જશે.. પાછુ પોરો ખાવા બેસસે એટલે પોતાના ગામમાં આવી હરિયાળી કરવાના વિચારેય આવશે જ ને?'

આવી દીર્ઘ દૃષ્ટિ સાથે જ એમણે આ જગ્યા પસંદ કરી. અમારા વૃક્ષમિત્ર કાકા પણ મજાના. આખો પરિવાર ઝાડ મોટા થાય તે માટે ખુબ મથે...

ફોરણાગામના આ પ્રયાસથી મા ધરા રાજી થશે એ નક્કી...

 Raviyana Village in Banaskantha is an ideal village.

We dug 2 lakes to make them deeper. It helped conserve more water and it benefitted the villagers.  Then the villagers gave us land to plant trees. With the financial help of Fine Jewellery we planted more than 7000 trees. Many thanks to Fine Jewellery.. The staff of the donor also came to help us plant the trees. The sarpanch of the village Shri Rasikbhai hosted dinner with lots of love. The guests from the city of Mumbai relished the typical village food of Millet Rotis & Curd.

The youth of the village are taking great care of the trees that have been planted. The water for the trees is given by the 2 villagers from their own borewell.

It is the need of the hour that trees are planted in every village. People are getting aware about it and that is very heartening. 

This year we have planted 8.72 lakhs trees with a determination that they all should survive.

We are thankful to many supporters who made this possible.

બનાસકાંઠાનું રવીયાણા સંપીલું ગામ.

ગામના બે તળાવો અમે ઊંડા કરેલા ને એનાથી ગામને લાભ પણ થયો. એ પછી વાત આવી વૃક્ષ ઉછેરની. ગામે સરસ જગ્યા આપી અને VSSM એ ફાઈન જ્વેલરીની મુખ્ય મદદ સાથે ગામની ભાગાદીરાથી ત્યાં 7000 થી વધારે વૃક્ષો વાવ્યા. ફાઈન જ્વેલરીનો ઘણો આભાર.

ફાઈન જેવેલરીનો સ્ટાફ પણ વૃક્ષો વાવવા માટે ખાસ આવ્યો. સરપંચ શ્રી રસીકભાઈએ સૌને બહુ ભાવથી વાળુ કરાવ્યું. 

મુંબઈગરા રોટલા સાથે આપણી દહીંતીખારી ખાઈને રાજી.. 

વૃક્ષોની કાળજી ગામની વૃક્ષમંડળીના યુવાનો સરસ રીતે લે. વૃક્ષોને પાણી ગામના જ બે લોકો પોતાના બોરવેલમાંથી આપે..

દરેક ગામ વૃક્ષો માટે સજ્જ થાય તે આજની જરૃર. જો કે લોકો જાગૃત થઈ રહ્યા છે એ જોઈને રાજી થવાય છે.. 

આ વર્ષેના મળી અમે કુલ 8.72 લાખ વૃશ્રો વાવ્યા એ પણ ઉછેરવાના સંકલ્પ સાથે.. 

આ કાર્ય માટે ઘણા બધા સ્વજનોએ મદદ કરી સૌનો ઘણો ઘણો આભાર.

There is no right time to commit a mistake as there is no wrong time to correct a mistake.

Mistakes can be corrected even during the "Shradh" & "Adhikmas" periods though they are  considered inauspicious. Every person in his lifetime falters either knowingly or unknowingly.

Humanity as a whole has committed a big blunder by devastating the environment. Nature in its various forms gives us so many positive things without any discrimination whatsoever. What have we given to the Nature in return?  Though not competent enough to talk about all the lovely things that the Nature has given us, I will definitely talk about trees. I have said this many times before. Tree is a home of various living beings. It provides shelter to them. Yet we mercilessly cut the trees. It unselfishly provides us shade & many other benefits.

When we buy a new home, we celebrate by a housewarming ceremony. We along with our friends & relatives pray  for a healthy life in the new home. If we can do this for our home then why not for a tree. Tree is a home to so many. With this thought when we plant a tree , we also worship the tree. 

Fornna Village in Banaskantha is very conscious of taking care of the environment. The villagers there are nature lovers. There was a possibility of planting trees in the cowshed of the village. When our Ashwinbhai Chowdhary & our colleague Shri Naranbhai talked to the local villagers of Fornna about this, they readily agreed when they came to know that VSSM is involved. They asked no questions and handed over all the papers for completing the formalities. In fact they volunteered to help in whatever manner they could. 

What lovely awareness. All elders & prominent villagers remained present during the tree plantation & worship. If all villages become as much conscious as Fornna, the whole earth can become green. No doubt about it. Respected Shri Vikrambhai Mehta, Sonakbhai of Mahendra Brothers Exports Pvt Ltd helped us in this work. We are thankful to them.

We wish that more people join us in this wonderful mission of making the earth green with trees. We assure that we will in full strength continue to work hard & support in this noble task. This is our promise to our mother earth.

ભૂલ કરવા માટે કોઈ પણ સમય સારો નથી,

પણ થયેલી ભૂલને સુધારા માટે કોઈ પણ સમય ખરાબ નથી.

ભૂલોને સુધારવાનું શ્રાદ્ધમાં કે અધિકમાસમાંય થઈ શકે. ત્યાં કોઈ અશુભ નડતું નથી. દરેક વ્યક્તિ એના જીવનમાં ક્યાંકને ક્યાંક નાની મોટી ભૂલો જાણતા અજાણતા કરી દે.. પણ સમગ્ર માનવજાતે ભેગા થઈને બહુ મોટી ભૂલ પ્રકૃતિની અવહેલના કરીને કરી છે.

પ્રકૃતિના અનેક પ્રતિકો છે જે આપણે ભરપુર ચીજો નાતજાતના ભેદ વગર આપે.. ત્યારે આપણે એમને શું આપ્યું એ પ્રશ્ન છે.

જો કે પ્રકૃતિના બધા રૃપોની વાત કરવાનું અમારુ ગજુ નહીં. પણ વૃક્ષોની વાત ચોક્કસ કરીશ. અલબત અનેક વખત કરી પણ છે. અસંખ્ય જીવોનું એ ઘર. વળી સૌને પોતાના ત્યાં આશરો આપે. આપણે એને કાપીએ છતાં આપણને છાંયડો ને સાથે અનેક ચીજો આપે.

આપણે નવું ઘર લઈએ ત્યારે એના ગૃહપ્રવેશનો સરસ કાર્યક્રમ કરીએ. પૂજન કરીને માટલી મુકીએ અને નવા ઘરમાં સૌની સુખાકારી માટે આપણે ને આપણી સાથે આપણા સ્વજનો પણ પ્રાર્થના કરે. 

ઘર માટે આ બધુ તો વૃક્ષ પણ કેટલા બધા જીવોનું ઘર. તેનું સરસ સ્થાપન કેમ નહીં? બસ આ વિચાર સાથે અમે પુજન કરીને વૃક્ષોનું સ્થાપન કરીએ.

બનાસકાંઠાનું ફોરણાગામ એકદમ જાગૃત અને પ્રકૃતિ પ્રેમી ગામ. ગામની ગૌશાળાની જમીન પર વૃક્ષો વાવી શકાય એવું હતું. અમારા અશ્વિનભાઈ ચૌઘરી અને કાર્યકર નારણભાઈએ જ્યારે ફોરણામાં આ અંગે વાત કરી અને ગામલોકોને જ્યારે ખ્યાલ આવ્યો કે આ કાર્ય VSSM કરે છે એમણે કોઈ જ પ્રશ્ન પુછ્યા વગર જરૃરી કાગળ આપી દીધા ને અમારે શું કરવાનું એ કહેજો એવું કહ્યું.

કેવી સરસ જાગૃતિ. ગામના આગેવાનો વૃક્ષપુજનના દિવસે ખાસ હાજર રહ્યા. દરેક ગામ પ્રકૃતિ માટે આવું જાગૃત થઈ જાય તો મા ઘરા હરિયાળી થઈ જાય એ નક્કી.

ફોરણામાં વૃક્ષો ઉછરે એ માટે જરૃરી તમામ મદદ આદરણીય વિક્રમભાઈ મહેતા, મીલનભાઈ, સોનકભાઈ - મહેન્દ્ર બ્રઘર્સ એક્સપોર્ટ પ્રા.લી. થકી કરવામાં આવી. 

તેમના અમે ઘણા આભારી છીએ.

Crematoriums are not the places we frequent; someone reading my stories might think I visit crematoriums often. And I do. Not to attend funerals but to further our efforts to make crematoriums of Banaskantha green to make them beautiful and relaxing.

Recently, I was in Gogapura village of Banaskantha’s Deesa block. We are deepening the lake in this village this year, but two years ago, we planted 1000 trees at the crematorium here. Since I was in the village, I thought of visiting the crematorium and seeing how the trees were doing! It was a beautiful site; the trees were growing well under the care of Bhupatji, the Vriksh Mitra.

On witnessing the trees flourish, the village youth, Sarpanch Kishansinhji, and Vice-Sarpanch Rajubhai, requested a similar tree plantation drive at the crematorium for the Dalit community. The proactiveness of local leadership plays a vital role in carrying out development work in the villages. Each village should have Sarpanch like Kishansinhji.

Planting native trees that help attract birds and bees with their fruits and flowers helps maintain the region's biodiversity.

મૃત્યુ જીવનની ઈતિશ્રી નથી પણ પૂર્ણવિરામ આપ્યા પછી નવીન અનુચ્છેદની પ્રગલ્ભ જીવનની પુનઃ શરૃઆત છે.  મૃત્યુ જીવનનું વિરામ સ્થળ છે. વિનોબા ભાવે કહેલી આ વાત જ્યારે પણ કોઈ સ્મશાનમાં જવું ત્યારે અચૂક યાદ આવે. 

આમ તો સ્મશાનમાં વળી કોણ જાય? કોઈ પહેલીવાર આ વાંચે ત્યારે એમને થાય પણ ખરુ કે આમ આ બેન આમ જાણે વારંવાર સ્મશાનમાં જતા હોય એમ કેમ લખે છે! પણ જવુ છું હું વારંવાર સ્મશાનમાં અને એનું કારણ સ્વજનને કે કોઈને સદેહે વળાવવા નહીં પણ જ્યારે દૈહિક રીતે વિરામ લીધા પછી શરીર જ્યાં રાખમાં મળે તે સ્મશાન કેવા મજાના હોવા જોઈએ એ વિચાર સાથે સ્મશાનને હરિયાળા કરવાનું અમે બનાસકાંઠામાં શરૃ કર્યું. એટલે વારંવાર સ્મશાનમાં જઈએ.

હમણાં બનાસકાંઠાના ડીસાના ગોગાપુરાગામમાં જવાનું થયું. આમ તો અમે ત્યાં તળાવ ઊંડુ કરી રહ્યા છીએ. પણ આ ગામના એક સ્મશાનમાં અમે બે વર્ષ પહેલાં 1000 વૃક્ષો વાવેલા. આ વૃક્ષો કેવા થયા એ જોવા ગયા ને જોઈને રાજી થવાયું. વૃક્ષો સરસ ઉછર્યા. વૃક્ષમિત્ર ભૂપતજીએ સરસ સંભાળ રાખી. 

ગામના એક સ્મશાનમાં વાવેલા વૃક્ષો સરસ ઉછર્યા એ જોઈને ગામના દલીત સમાજના સ્મશાનમાં વૃક્ષો વાવી ઉછેરવા ગામના યુવા અને જાગૃત સરપંચ તેમજ ઉપસરપંચ શ્રી કિશનસીંહજી અને રાજુભાઈએ વિનંતી કરી. આ બેઉ ઘણા ઉત્સાહી છે ગામના વિકાસમાં પોતે સક્રિય રીતે કાંઈક નક્કર કરવાની ભાવના રાખે.. 

આવા સરપંચ દરેક ગામમાં ઈચ્છનીય. 

સાથે ગામના સ્મશાન અને ખરાબાની ખાલી પડેલી જગ્યાઓ પર સારા વૃક્ષો, ફળ અને ફૂલ આવે તેવા વવાય તે પણ ઈચ્છનીય. વૃક્ષ વાતાવરણને સમતુલીત રાખવામાં મદદ કરે છે. બસ એટલે વધારે વૃક્ષો વવાય તેમ ઈચ્છીયે.
