We arrived at the cremation ground with drums beating and celebration.

You might wonder—who goes to a cremation ground like that! In a way, your doubt is valid. Usually, people go to the cremation ground with heavy hearts to bid a final farewell to the deceased.

But we, along with the entire village, arrived with drums and joy to give a permanent resting place to over 10,000 loved ones.

These loved ones will make the cremation ground their permanent home and will also provide shelter to many others.

You may be wondering, what is this all about? So let’s solve the riddle.

In Makdalla village of Banaskantha, we held a tree plantation ceremony at the cremation ground. With the help of Parikh Foundation, we planted 10,000 saplings there—with a commitment to nurture them.

During the tree worship ceremony, the team from Parikh Foundation was present. Milanbhai, one of the founders and a senior member of the Parikh family, was specially present at the event. Along with him, Vyomaben Parikh, who consistently supports the work of VSSM, also attended.

The MLA of Diyodar-Lakhani, Mr. Keshaji Chauhan, the village head, Mr. T.P. Rajput from Lavana, former Sarpanch Ramabhai Rajput of Lavana village, and other dignitaries were also present.

Our volunteer Naranbhai and his team worked very hard for this initiative. This year, we have pledged to plant and nurture 650,000 trees. Our goal is simple: plant as many trees as possible and ensure their survival.

In Makdalla, we have arranged drip irrigation to ensure the trees get regular water. We also appointed a paid caretaker, whom we call Vrukshmitra (Friend of the Trees), who will look after the trees for 3 to 4 years.

Posters of our Prime Minister’s slogan ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ (One Tree in the Name of Mother) were also put up in Parikh Gramvan. A selfie point was created too, where everyone clicked selfies with the trees.

Our hope is that village after village wakes up and joins this movement—to plant and nurture trees this way.

સ્મશાનમાં અમે સૌ વાજતે ગાજતે પહોંચ્યા. તમને થશે સ્મશાનમાં આવી રીતે તે કોઈ જાય! તમારી વાત એક રીતે સાચી. સામાન્ય રીતે મૃતકને સદેહે વિદાય આપવા જ સૌ ગમગીન હૃદયે સ્મશાનમાં જાય. પણ અમે તો 10,000 થી વધારે સ્વજનોને કાયમી સ્થાનક આપવા ગામના સૌ સાથે વાગતે ઢોલે પહોંચ્યા.

પાછા આ સ્વજનો સ્મશાનમાં પોતાનું કાયમી સરનામુ કરશે ને અનેકને પોતાના ત્યાં આસરો આપશે.

તમને થશે આ શાની વાત કરે છે? તો ચાલો હવે કોયડો ઉકેલું. અમે બનાસકાંઠાના મકડાલા ગામમાં પૂજન સાથે વૃક્ષોનું સ્થાપન કર્યું. પરીખ ફાઉન્ડેશનની મદદથી અમે 10,000 બાલતરુઓ સ્મશાનમાં વાવ્યા એ પણ ઉછેરવાના સંકલ્પ સાથે.

વૃક્ષ પૂજન કાર્યક્રમમાં પરીખ ફાઉન્ડેશનની ટીમ ખાસ હાજર રહી. પરીખ ફાઉન્ડેશનના સ્થાપકોમાંના એક અને પરીખ પરિવારના મોભી મીલનભાઈ કાર્યક્રમમાં ખાસ ઉપસ્થિતિ રહ્યા તેમની સાથે VSSM ના કામોમાં સદાય મદદ કરતા વ્યોમાબેન પરીખ પણ હાજર રહ્યા. દિયોદર-લાખણીના ધારાસભ્ય શ્રી કેશાજી ચૌહાણ, એ સિવાય ગામના સરપંચ શ્રી, લવાણાથી શ્રી ટી.પી. રાજપૂત, લવાણાગામના પૂર્વ સરપંચ શ્રી રામાભાઈ રાજપૂત અને અને અન્ય આગેવાનો ઉપસ્થિતિ રહ્યા.

અમારા કાર્યકર નારણભાઈ અને એમની ટીમની આ કાર્યમાં ભારે જેહમત. આ વર્ષે 6.50 લાખ વૃક્ષો વાવી ઉછેરવાનો અમારો સંકલ્પ છે. બસ મહત્તમ વૃક્ષો વવાય અને વાવેલા મહત્તમ ઉછરે એવું ઈચ્છીએ.

અમે મકડાલામાં વાવેલા વૃક્ષોને કાયમ પાણી મળી રહે તે માટે ડ્રીપની વ્યવસ્થા, તેમજ પગારદાર માણસ જેને અમે વૃક્ષમિત્ર કહીએ તેની નિયુક્ત કરીએ જે ત્રણ થી ચાર વર્ષ વૃક્ષની જાળવણી કરે.

આપણા વડાપ્રધાન શ્રીની નેમ એક પેડ મા કે નામ ના પોસ્ટર પણ પરીખ ગ્રામવનમાં લાગ્યા. સેલ્ફી પોઈન્ટ પણ અહીંયા તે સૌએ વૃક્ષો સાથે સેલ્ફી પણ પડાવી.

બસ ગામે ગામ સૌ જાગે ને આ રીતે વૃક્ષો વાવી ઉછેરે...

We want to plant trees in our village.

We decided to hold a meeting with the villagers to discuss it. If the villagers are ready to take responsibility for this initiative, then we will certainly move forward with planting trees.

This conversation took place with Shri Bhemabhai Rabari, a respected leader from Vatadau village in Banaskantha, who then organized a meeting with the villagers.

During the meeting, many villagers expressed concern:

“We already struggle to get drinking water—how can we possibly take care of trees?”

Initially, even we were inclined to step back from the plan.

But then, the Sarpanch stepped in and said, “I will arrange water for the trees, no matter how difficult it is. Just place your trust in me.”

We trusted him.

With support from Ashwinbhai Kothari of Winro Commercial India Ltd., we planted 4,000 trees in the village.

We used to receive reports about the trees’ healthy growth, but hadn’t yet visited in person.

Recently, we had begun water conservation work in Rajasthan. On our way back from Barmer, our team member Narabhai suggested:

"Didi, let’s stop by Vatadau. Last year we planted 4,000 trees, and this year we’re planting another 10,000—let’s go see how it’s going."

So, we went to Vatadau.

To our delight, we saw that the trees planted during last Diwali had grown beautifully.

Thanks to the care taken by tree friends (village volunteers), the Sarpanch, and several aware villagers, the trees were thriving.

Despite the ongoing water shortage, the Sarpanch and the tree volunteers managed to strategically divide the village’s water resources so the trees could survive and grow.

This level of planning and commitment is something truly worth learning from.

If every village could grow at least 25,000 trees, the entire ecosystem of the region would begin to change—especially in terms of the environment.

We just hope more people wake up to this cause.

અમારા ગામમાં વૃક્ષો વાવવા છે

ગ્રામજનો સાથે એક બેઠક રાખી વાત કરીએ. ગ્રામજનો સૌ જવાબદારી સાથે આ કાર્ય કરવા તૈયાર થાય તો આપણે ચોક્કસ વૃક્ષો વાવીશું.

બનાસકાંઠાના વાતડાઉગામના આગેવાન શ્રી ભેમાભાઈ રબારી સાથે અમારી આ વાત થઈ ને એમણે ગ્રામજનો સાથે બેઠક આયોજીત કરી. બેઠકમાં સૌએ ગામમાં પીવાનું પાણી મેળવવામાં તકલીફ છે ત્યાં વૃક્ષો તો કેવી રીતે થાય એવી વાત કરી. 

અમે પણ નથી કરવું એમ નક્કી કર્યું. પણ સરપંચ શ્રીએ કહ્યું, હું ગમે રીતે પાણીની વ્યવસ્થા કરીશ, એક વખત ભરોષો કરો. અમે વિશ્વાસ કર્યો. 4000 વૃક્ષો આદરણીય અશ્વિનભાઈ કોઠારી વિનરો કોર્મશિયલ ઈન્ડિયા લિ.અ કંપનીની મદદથી વાવ્યા. વૃક્ષો વવાયા પછી વૃક્ષો સરસ થયા છે એના રીપોર્ટ મળ્યા કરે પણ રૃબરૃ જવાનું નહોતું થયું.

હમણાં રાજસ્થાનમાં અમે જળસંચયના કાર્યો શરૃ કર્યા. બાડમેરથી પરત ફરતા હતા ત્યાં અમારા કાર્યકર નારણભાઈએ કહ્યું, દીદી આપણે વાતડાઉ જઈ આવ્યા. 4000 વૃક્ષો ગયા વર્ષે વાવ્યા હતા તે અને આ વર્ષે બીજા 10,000 વૃક્ષો વાવી રહ્યા છીએ એ જોઈ લઈએ.

એ પછી વાતડાઉ પહોંચ્યા ને ગયા વર્ષે છેક દિવાળી ઉપર વાવેલા વૃક્ષોનો ઉછેર જોઈને રાજી થયો. વૃક્ષમિત્ર તેમજ સરપંચ શ્રી અને ગામના કેટલાક જાગૃત વ્યક્તિઓની કાળજીના કારણે વૃક્ષો સરસ ઉછરી રહ્યા હતા. 

પાણીની તકલીફ છે પણ વૃક્ષમિત્ર અને સરપંચ શ્રીએ સૂઝબૂઝથી ગામના પાણીનું વિભાજન કર્યું જેના કારણે વૃક્ષો ઉછરી શક્યા. મારા ખ્યાલથી આ શીખવા જેવી વાત. 

દરેક ગામમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 25,000 વૃક્ષો ઉછરે તો વિસ્તારની આખી તાસીર ખાસ કરીને પર્યાવરણને લઈને બદલાઈ જાય. બસ સૌ જાગે એમ ઈચ્છીએ..

Men fell in love with stones and made beautiful statues & carvings out of it. Men's attention should fall on a particular thing and he will see an opportunity to create something useful & beautiful out of it. There are sadists & distortionists too who have created objects that cause destruction & loss of life. But fortunately the vast majority are creators who made this world a better place to live.

This creation is often out of necessity & sometimes to attain satisfaction & peace of mind.

For centuries, recognising the importance of preserving water led mankind to build wells & lakes. We have been preserving this from time to time.

However, it feels that since last few years men have disrupted the water conservation arrangements. With the result the water levels have gone down and even from such low levels we have removed a lot of water.

To correct this, we have been working in North Gujarat to desilt and excavate the lakes. Since last 7 to 8 years we have been building & desilting lakes. Till now we have built 250 lakes. This was possible because several people joined hands with us.

We at VSSM excavated a lake in Paldi Village of Banaskantha. The entire responsibility of lifting the soil was taken by the villagers. Pralin Public Charitable Trust helped us to excavate. We are extremely grateful to Pralin Public Charitable Trust for helping us in this noble cause which helps preserve lives of people.

Many years ago villagers used lake water only for drinking purposes. Then borewell technology was invented and lakes became not so important. In Paldi village due to indiscriminate use of borewell, the water levels fell to 1100 feet. Villagers realised that water has to percolate inside the land. Else no farming or animal husbandry would be possible. With the support of villagers we desilted the lake. Fortunately raingods blessed and today the lake is full of water again. If there will be intermittent rain , the lake will fill thrice which will help the water levels to rise. 

In 2024 we intend to desilt and excavate 50 such lakes. For that villagers and donors support is required. 

Our team in Banaskantha is very active in locating the villages that need lakes.  We are thankful to Naranbhai, Hareshbhai, Maheshbhai, Ishwarbhai, Ratnabhai & others for their dedicated efforts.

માણસને પથ્થર સાથે પ્રેેમ થયો એટલે એણે શીલ્પનું નિર્માણ કર્યું. બસ માણસનું કોઈ ચીજ પર ધ્યાન પડવું જોઈએ. એમાંથી એ સંભાવનાઓ શોધી કાઢે છે અને કાંઈક નવીનતમ ચીજોનું નિર્માણ કરે છે. હા વિકૃતીવાળા માણસો પણ આ દુનિયામાં છે જેનું ધ્યાન પડે તો વિનાશ સર્જે એવી ચીજોનું નિર્માણ પણ કરે.. જો કે મોટાભાગના તો સર્જન જ કરે. 

આ સર્જન ક્યાંક જરૃરિયાત પ્રમાણે હોય ક્યાં મનને ટાઢક થાય એ માટે પણ હોય. 

માણસે પાણીની જરૃરિયાતને ધ્યાનમાં લઈને તળાવ, કૂવા, વાવ વગેરેનું નિર્માણ સદીઓ પહેલાં કર્યું. આપણે એ બધુ જાળવવાનું પણ વખતો વખત કરતા આવ્યા.

પણ છેલ્લા કેટલાક વર્ષોથી પાણીના બચાવ માટેની આ પરંપરાગત વ્યવસ્થાઓ ખોરવાઈ હોય એવું લાગે. એટલે જ પાણીના તળ દિવસે દિવસે નીચે ગયા.

વળી અમાપ પાણી કાઢવાનું આપણે ઘણું કર્યું. 

ઉત્તર ગુજરાતમાં અમે તળાવો ઊંડા કરવાનું કરીએ. છેલ્લા સાત આઠ વર્ષથી અમે જલમંદિર નિર્માણ કાર્યમાં પ્રવૃત. અત્યાર સુધી 250 તળાવો પૂર્ણ કર્યા. આ બધુ ઘણા સ્વજનો સાથે આવ્યા માટે થઈ શક્યું.

બનાસકાંઠાના પાલડીનું તળાવ VSSM ગાળ્યું. માટી ઉપાડવાનું કામ ગામલોકોએ કર્યું અને ખોદકામ માટે અમને પ્રાલીન પબ્લીક ચેરીટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટે મદદ કરી. સમગ્ર જીવસૃષ્ટિને જીવંત રાખનાર પાણીના કાર્યમાં મદદ કરનાર ટ્રસ્ટના અમે સૌ ઋણી રહીશું.

વર્ષો પહેલાં પાલડીના આ તળાવનું પાણી ગામલોકો પીવા માટે આબાધીત રાખતા. પછી બોરવેલની ટેકનોલોજી આવી અને તળાવની જરૃરિયાત ન રહી. બોરવેલથી તળમાંથી સતત પાણી ખેંચવાના લીધે આજે પાલડીના તળ 1100 ફૂટથી વધુ ઊંડે ગયા. હવે ગામલોકોને સમજાયું કે પાણીને જમીનમાં ઉતારવું પડશે નહીં તો ખેતી કે પશુપાલન કશું નહીં થાય અને બસ ગામના સહયોગથી આ તળાવ ગાળવાનું થયું. મેઘરાજાએ મહેર કરીને તળાવ સરસ ભરાયું. હજુ વરસાદ પોરો ખાતો ખાતો આવે તો તળાવ આ સીઝનમાં ત્રણેક વખત ભરાય તો ભૂર્ગભજળમાં ઘણો ફાયદો થાય. 

આવતા વર્ષે  એટલે 2024માં 50 તળાવો ગાળવાની ભાવના છે. બસ સમાજ સાથે આવે એમ ઈચ્છીએ..

અમારી બનાસકાંઠાની ટીમ આ કાર્યમાં સખત સક્રિય આ ગામો શોધવાનું તેમના થકી જ થાય. આભાર નારણભાઈ, હરેશભાઈ, મહેશભાઈ, ઈશ્વરભાઈ, રત્નાભાઈ ને અન્ય સૌ ટીમનો..

“Our land has no water. Hence we are leasing our farmlands to solar power companies. In the last two years, 281 borewells have failed in our village. The water tables have dropped from 1000 to 1200 feet. If this continues, we will have to leave farming!”  The farmers of Vaasan village of Banaskantha’s Lakhani block shared with a heavy heart.

The uncontrolled practice of drilling borewells led to unceasing groundwater exploitation, leading to underground water table depletion. It would not be an exaggeration to say that we have dug our graves.

If we had woken up earlier and tried to conserve the rainwater, the water situation would not have been this abysmal. However, as they say, it is better late than never; if we wake up (in huge numbers) and pledge to conserve each drop of rainwater, we can reverse the looming water crisis.

For the past few years, VSSM has launched a participatory water management initiative in Banaskantha. The efforts have resulted in a deepening of 248 community lakes.

The lake of Vaasan is one of them. VSSM has also planted 16000 trees in this village, and what concerns us is getting enough water for these trees. There is hope of more trees bringing more rain, and the region is lush and green once again.

Apart from the rains, efforts from the government to bring Sardar Sarovar waters to Lakhani, Dhanera, Deesa regions will be immensely fruitful. The water in lakes will recharge the groundwater tables. 

VSSM’s team members Naranbhai, Maheshbhai, Hareshbhai, Ratnabhai work tirelessly and effectively to identify the villages and prepare them for the effort.

We hope this work will benefit us all.

બનાસકાંઠાના લાખણી તાલુકાના વાસણગામના ખેડૂતોએ ભારે હૈયે આ વાત કરી.

આમ તો બોરવેલ આવ્યા અને અમાપ પાણી જમીનમાંથી ઉલેચાયું એટલે ભૂગર્ભજળ ઊંડા ગયા. આમ આ બધી આફત આપણે પોતે જ સર્જી.

જો વેળાસર જાગ્યા હોત ને વરસાદી પાણીના ટીપે ટીપાને બચાવવાનું કર્યું હોત તો કદાચ આવી સ્થિતિ સાવ ન આવત.

ખેર પણ જાગ્યા ત્યારથી સવાર.. આપણે પાણીને સમજદારી પૂર્વક વાપરવાનું શરૃ કરીએ અને ખાસ ચોમાસામાં વરસતા વરસાદનું ટીપે ટીપુ બચાવીએ. આ નેમ જો લઈ શકીએ તો સ્થિતિ સુધરી શકે એમ છે.

અમે બનાસકાંઠામાં તળાવો ઊંડા કરવાનું પાછલા કેટલાક વર્ષોથી કરીએ. અત્યાર સુધી 248 થી વધુ તળાવો અમે ઊંડા કરી ચુક્યા છીએ.

આ વર્ષે વાસણનું તળાવ પણ ગામની ભાગીદારીથી ઊંડુ કર્યું. લોકોએ માટી ઉપાડવાનું કામ કર્યું. 

વાસણગામમાં અમે 16000 જેટલા વૃક્ષો પણ વાવ્યા છે. ચિંતા આ વૃક્ષોને પાણી મળી રહે એની છે. પણ કુદરત ધ્યાન રાખશે. વધારે વૃક્ષો થશે તો વરસાદ પણ આવશે ને આ પ્રદેશ પાછો પાણીદાર થશે.

વરસાદ સિવાય સરકાર નર્મદાના પાણી પણ લાખણી, ધાનેરા, ડીસા વિસ્તારમાં કોઈક રીતે પહોંચાડે. તળાવો ભરાવે તે પણ જરૃરી. 

અમારા કાર્યકર નારણભાઈ, મહેશભાઈ, હરેશભાઈ, રત્નાભાઈ સૌની પણ આમાં ભારે મહેનત. ગામોને શોધવા, તળાવ માટે તૈયાર કરવાનું કામ એ બખૂબી કરે. 

આશા રાખીએ સૌનું શુભ થશેની..

Plantation of 6000 trees at the Tharad Graveyard

"Bahen, we want to plant and raise trees at our graveyard!" Tharad's Hanifbhai called to share their collective intent. Such calls are always music to my ears.

Later, we made a site visit to comprehend the work involved. It is a vast graveyard that could easily host 6000 plus trees. Hanifbhai and others contributed wholeheartedly to cleaning and fencing the site and drilling a borewell for the water required to raise the to-be-planted trees. Apart from these, the group also contributed to our remuneration to the Vriksh Mitra. The collective efforts led to the plantation of 6000 trees at the graveyard. 

Hanifbhai and the group replaced the trees that did not take root, not once did they tell us to bring replacements or come complaining. Apart from it, they also voluntarily spent on miscellaneous expenses that popped up at regular intervals. Any community-supported work flourishes only when we take ownership; it is not ideal to depend on the government or others to accomplish little needs; one can never reach desired goals with such an attitude.

This year we have carried out tree plantation drives at numerous villages but have yet to come across anyone like Hanifbhai and his team, who are proactive toward raising trees. Achvadiya is one such village; we are growing 7000 trees here. However, the community never calls us up for any minor issues. So are the villages of Surana, Mandla, Makhanu, Dama, Ludra, Bepun, etc.

If each village takes up the responsibility, we can significantly increase our work's efficiency. VSSM wishes to plant a maximum number of trees next year; if you are one of those supportive community do get in touch with us.

અમારા કબ્રસ્તાનમાં વૃક્ષો વાવી ઉછેરવા છે બેન...થરાદથી હનીફભાઈનો ફોન આવ્યો.  અમને તો ભાવતુ'તુ ને વૈદે કીધા જેવું થયું. એ પછી કબ્રસ્તાનની મુલાકાત લીધી. બહુ મોટુ કબ્રસ્તાન 6000 થી વૃક્ષો આવી જાય એવું.હનીફભાઈ અને અન્ય સ્વજનોએ પણ પૂરી ભાગીદારી દાખવી. સ્મશાનમાં સફાઈ કરવાથી લઈને દિવાલ, દિવાલ પર ફ્રેન્સીંગ, પાણી માટે બોરવેલ એમણે બનાવી આપ્યો. સાથે વૃક્ષમિત્રને અમે જે પગાર આપીયે તેમાં એ લોકોએ પોતે પણ ચોક્કસ રકમનો ઉમેરે. આ કાર્ય માટે અમને અમારા ડો. અલીમ અદાતિયાએ મદદ કરી. આમ સહિયારા પ્રયાસથી કબ્રસ્તાનમાં 6000 થી વધુ વૃક્ષો વાવ્યા. 

વાવેલા વૃક્ષોમાંથી વૃક્ષો બળ્યા તો એમણે અમને બીજા વાવોનું ન કહ્યું જાતે જઈને નવા ખરીદી આવ્યા. એ સિવાય નાનો મોટો ખર્ચ પણ એ લોકો પોતાની રીતે કરી લે.

પોતાનું છે એમ માની રસ લઈને કામ કરીએ તો કામ સફળ જરૃર થાય. પણ નાની નાની વાતોમાં સરકાર કે અન્ય પર આધારિત રહીએ તો ઈચ્છીત પરિણામ સુધી ન પહોંચાય.

અમે આ વર્ષે ઘણી જગ્યાએ વૃક્ષો વાવ્યા પણ હનીફભાઈની ટીમ જેવા વ્યક્તિઓ ઘણા ઓછા મળ્યા જે અમારી સાથે પોતે પણ વૃક્ષો ઉછેરવા મથે... અછવાડિયા અમારુ એવું જ ગામ.. 7000થી વૃક્ષો ત્યાં ઉછરે. સફાઈ માટે કે અન્ય જરૃરિયાત માટે ગામ એમને ફોન ન કરે. આવુ જ સુરાણા, માંડલા, મખાણુ,દામા, લુદ્રા બેણપ વગેરે ગામોનું પણ ખરુ...બસ આવી રીતે દરેક ગામ પોતાની જવાબદારી સમજી લે તો કેટલું સરસ થઈ જાય... આવતા વર્ષ માટે વધારે વૃક્ષો વાવવા છે બસ જેમને ભાગીદારી સાથે કાર્ય કરવામાં રસ હોય તે સંપર્ક જરૃર કરે.

In its urgency to plant and raise trees, VSSM, in partnership with the local community and forest department in some instances, has planted 4,92,000 trees in Banaskantha. The effort does not stop at planting trees; we also ensure each tree is looked after to grow into a healthy tree. It is a delight to witness rising awareness amongst the rural communities who now take proactive steps towards tree plantation.

The Sarpanch of Morali village had been requesting to carry out a tree plantation; the community had cleaned the land and created a water facility. As a result, we decided to plant 7000 trees and made pits for it, but now that the rains are gone, we will first install a drip irrigation facility before proceeding with the plantation.

We are grateful to Shri Partulbhai Shroff of the Dr. K. R. Shroff Foundation for supporting the tree plantation at Morali village. And a deep appreciation for the Sarpanch of the village for his awareness and proactiveness. We hope each village's local leadership and community portrays such enthusiasm and plans to raise a minimum of 15000 trees in their respective village. I am sure Banaskantha will go back to its greener times, and rains, too, will have no choice but to shower its blessings across the region.

વૃક્ષો ઉછેરવાની તત્પરતા..બનાસકાંઠામાં અમે કુલ 4,92,000 વૃક્ષો વાવ્યા એ પણ ઉછેરના સંકલ્પ સાથે..લોકો હવે વૃક્ષો પ્રત્યે જાગૃત થઈ રહ્યા છે અનો રાજીપો..મોરીલાગામના સરપંચ પોતાના ગામની સ્મશાનભૂમીમાં વૃક્ષો ઉછેરવા વારંવાર કહ્યા કરે. એમણે સરસ સફાઈ પણ કરી આપી..ગામનો ઉત્સાહ સરસ વળી પાણીની સગવડ પણ કરી આપી. આમ અમે 7000 થી વૃક્ષો વાવવાનું ત્યાં નક્કી કર્યું અને ખાડા થઈ ગયા. વરસાદ ગયો એટલે એમ જ વાવવાનું નહીં કરીએ. પ્રથમ ડ્રીપ કરીને પછી વૃક્ષો વાવવાનું આયોજન કરીશું..

મોરીલામાં વૃક્ષો ઉછેરવા માટે અમને ડો.કે.આર.શ્રોફ ફાઉન્ડેશને મદદ કરી. પ્રિય પ્રતુલભાઈ શ્રોફનો ઘણો આભાર. સાથે ગામે પણ તત્પરતા દાખવી એ માટે ગામનો ને જાગૃત સરપંચનો આભાર..બસ દરેક ગામ આવી રીતે જાગૃત થાય ને પોતાના ગામમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 15,000 થી વધુ વૃક્ષો વાવી જંગલો ઊભા કરે તો બનાસકાંઠો હરિયાળો થશે ને પછી વરસાદને પણ પડવા મજબૂર થવું પડશે.. 

મોરીલાનું સ્મશાન જ્યાં અમે વૃક્ષો વાવી ઉછેરવાના તે તેમજ ગામના વડિલો સાથે ચાય પે ચર્ચા....અમારા કાર્યકર નારણભાઈ, મહેશભાઈ અને અન્યની ભૂમિકા પણ મહત્વની તેઓ ગામોને વૃક્ષો માટે તૈયાર કરે..

North Gujarat is a rain deficit and water-starved region. As a result, farmers have been sinking borewells to draw groundwater, and over-exploitation of the groundwater reserves has depleted the water tables to an all-time low. Yet, we have never cared about recharging the borewells nor maintained our common water sources. And the underground water levels keep depleting each year.

Recently, I was in Banaskantha to monitor the  post-rains water levels in the lakes we had deepened. Many lakes have filled up. The community members who understand the gravity of the water situation said, "Ben, we cannot say this publicly, but this region needs frequent floods. The 2015 and 2017 floods considerably recharged the groundwater levels of our region. The Banas river remained full to its banks for a week. The regions around it experienced a rise in their groundwater tables. Even the regions in the stormwater path had shown an increase in water levels."

"But there were losses worth crores during the floods," I responded, a little surprised at the statement.

"Wouldn't that loss happen even when we will run out of water? We will have to migrate to cities. Isn't it better if the water tables rise least in some way?"

We should not be hoping for floods but at least make efficient management to capture every drop of rain.

The Sujalam Sufalam's kuccha canal from Kadana to Banaskantha is almost 330 kilometers long. If provisions are made to keep it full during the four months of monsoon, it would considerably impact the groundwater levels. Many of the regions through which the canal passes do not have the passage of the Sardar Sarovar Canal.

And not just the canal, even the lakes that are linked with Narmada (Sardar Sarovar) Canal should be filled up with Narmada waters during monsoons. It will help increase the groundwater level.

Well, we have constantly been writing to the government about all the required measures; hopefully, that change will happen sooner than later. But, until then, let us do all that is within our powers. 

Our ongoing campaign of deepening the lakes in Banaskanth is progressing steadily. This year we deepened lakes in 40 villages, of which Deesa's Sandiya village is one. The image of the lake shared here shows its puddle-like form. We deepened it this year; fortunately, the rains have been good so far, filling up the lake and allowing the water to seep underground, which has been our intent.

Shri Piyushbhai Kothari of Jewelex Foundation has supported the deepening of this lake. Jewelex Foundation has supported the deepening of 9 lakes this year. Piyushbhai, we are grateful for your continued support; it allows our work to progress swiftly. Thank you once again.

ઉત્તર ગુજરાતમાં ભૂગર્ભજળ જોખમી સ્થિતિએ પહોંચ્યાના અહેવાલો તમે વખતો વખત વાંચતા હશો.. વળી વરસાદ પણ આ વિસ્તારમાં પ્રણામ ઠીક ઠીક પડે ને જે પડે તેનું બધુ પાણી ભૂગર્ભમાં પાછુ નાખવાનું પ્રમાણમાં ઝાઝુ ન થાય. આમ ભૂગર્ભ જળની સ્થિતિ દિવસે દિવસે બત્તર થતી જાય.

હમણાં બનાસકાંઠા ગઈ મૂળ આ વર્ષે જે વરસાદ થયો ને એના લીધે અમે જે તળાવો ખોદાવ્યા હતા તેમાંના ઘણા ભરાયા હતા તે જોવા માટે. ત્યારે કેટલાક ગામોના પાણીની સ્થિતિ સમજનાર લોકોએ તો કહ્યું, "બેન જાહેરમાં ન બોલાય પણ સાચે આપણા વિસ્તારમાં એક પુર આવે એની જરૃર છે. 2015 અને 2017માં પૂર આવ્યું ત્યારે અમારા તળ ખાસ્સા રીચાર્જ થઈ ગયેલા. બનાસ નદી બે કાંઠે અઠવાડિયું ચાલેલી.. એના લીધેય બનાસ નદી આસપાસના તળ ખાસ્સા ઉપર આવેલા ને જ્યાંથી રેલ ચાલી ત્યાંય ફાયદો થયો.."

ભાઈની વાત સાંભળી નવાઈ લાગી. મે કહ્યું "પણ રેલમાં જાન માલનું કરોડો રૃપિયાનું નુકશાન થાય એનું શું?"

"એ નુકશાની તો પાણી ખતમ થઈ જશે તોય થવાની જ ને? તળ ખાલી થશે પછી શહેરોમાં ના ગમે તોય જવું પડશે એના કરતા તળમાં પાણી આવે એ અગત્યનું.."

પુરની આશા તો ન રાખીયે.. પણ હા પાણીના આયોજનનું ચોક્કસ થઈ શકે. 

સુજલામ સુફલામ કાચી કેનાલ કડાણાથી નીકળી ને બનાસકાંઠા સુધી લગભગ 330 કી.મી. જેટલી. આમાં ચોમાસા દરમ્યાન સતત ચાર મહિના ને એ પછી પણ શક્ય હોય તો પાણી આપવામાં આવે તો પણ ઘણો ફાયદો થાય. આ કેનાલ જે વિસ્તારમાંથી પસાર થાય છે એમાંના ઘણા વિસ્તારોને નર્મદા નહેરનો ફાયદો નથી મળતો..

વળી જે તળાવો નર્મદા કેનાલ કે પાઈપલાઈન સાથે લીંક કર્યા છે તે તળાવો પણ આ સીઝનમાં શક્ય ભરવાનું પણ કરવું જોઈએ એ થાય તોય ઘણો ફાયદો થાય..

ખેર આ બધા માટે અમે સરકારમાં સતત લખ્યા કરીએ એ બધુંયે ધીમે ધીમે થશે.. 

પણ ત્યાં સુધી આપણા હાથમાં છે તે કરીએ..

અમે બનાસકાંઠામાં તળાવો ઊંડા કરીએ. આ વર્ષે 40 તળાવો કર્યા. જેમાંનું ડિસાનું સાંડિયાગામનું તળાવ. જ્યારે આ તળાવ ખોદાતું હતું એ વખતે ત્યાં ગઈ તો એક નાનુ ખાબોચિયું જ જોઈ લો.. તમે પણ ફોટોમાં એ જોઈ શકશો..

અમે ખોદ્યું ને મેઘરાજાએ મહેર કરી એના લીધે એ સરસ ભરાયું.ખોદાયું હતું એટલે પાણી પણ જમીનમં ઝટ ઉતરી રહ્યું છે જે તળાવો ગળાવવાનો અમારો આશય પણ છે..

જ્વેલેક્ષ ઈન્ડિયા પ્રા.લી. આદરણીય શ્રી પિયુશભાઈ કોઠારીએ આ કાર્ય માટે અમને આર્થિક સહયોગ કર્યો અલબત જ્વેલેક્ષની મદદથી અમે આ વર્ષે (2022) બનાસકાંઠામાં 9 તળાવો ગળાવ્યા.. પિષયુભાઈ થેક્યુ તમે સતત મદદ કરો છો માટે આ પ્રકારના કાર્યો અમે વેગથી કરી શકીએ છીએ..

We have been talking too much about planting and raising trees, isn’t it? You must think about how many more videos and write-ups I would do about our campaign to plant trees. The fact is, these vlogs and blogs are inspiring an increasing number of people to plant trees. Every day I receive messages from 5-6 individuals sharing images of the trees they have planted. And these messages motivate me to keep making more videos. 

It will not be an understatement if I call this a movement. When we fought for the freedom of this country, thousands of freedom fighters strived to spread awareness of the same. Similarly, when thousands join our voice and speak about planting trees, nurturing, and raising them, we will become quiet. But, until then, you have no choice but to tolerate our never-ending sermons.

We are on a mission to make Banaskantha green, for which we sensitize the communities, employ a Vriksh Mitr and create a cohesive environment for the trees to grow.

However, finding the vast amount of saplings we need has been challenging. The forest department gives us free of cost as many saplings they can, but we need to buy the rest. And not all the varieties we need are available. So we had no choice but to start our plant nursery. In 2021, with the support from Kris Flexy Packs, we initiated a plant nursery in Kakar village. In the first year of its inception, we raised 70,000 saplings.

VSSM’s Narannbhai designated the responsibility of raising the plant nursery to Ogharba team, which has been working with the forest department for years. The forest department officials also helped the team. As a result, in 2022, we will bring 45,000 saplings to the plantation sites we have selected. Unfortunately, this year we have been a little late; else, we would have had 70,000 saplings.

We have decided to raise 3 lac saplings next year which will be done in various villages of Banaskantha.

The idea and support to raise a nursery were given by Shri Shaileshbhai Sheth of Kris Flexi Packs. Thank you, Shaileshbhai, friends like you are why we continue to persevere and achieve our goals.

વૃક્ષ વાવો અને ઉછેરોની બૂમો અમે બહુ પાડીએ છીએ નહીં?

તમને થશે કે કેટલું લખશે કેટલા વિડીયો કરશે?

પણ સાચુ કહુ વિડીયો ને લખાણ જોઈને ઘણા લોકોએ પોતાના ગામોમાં સ્વંયમભૂ આ કાર્ય શરૃ કર્યું છે. મને નિત બે પાંચ લોકો પોતે વાવેલા અને ઉછેરેલા વૃક્ષોના ફોટો મોકલે છે.. આ બધુ જોવું એટલે વધારે કહેવાનું મન થાય.. 

આમ જુઓ તો આ એક ચળવળ છે. દેશ ગુલામ હતો ત્યારે જેમને આઝાદી જોઈતી હતી તે કેટલાય લોકો જે રીતે થઈ શકે તે રીતે પ્રજાને જાગૃત કરવા મથતા બસ અમે એજ કરી રહ્યા છીએ..

જે દિવસે અમારી સાથે લાખો હજારો લોકો વૃક્ષો વિષે બોલવા માંડશે, વૃક્ષો જતન સાથે વાવવા માંડશે તે દિવસે અમે ચૂપ થઈ જઈશું...પણ ત્યાં સુધી સહન કરે છૂટકો...

બનાસકાંઠામાં અમે વૃક્ષો વાવી ઉછેરીએ.. પગારદાર માણસ, વાવેલા વૃક્ષોની જાળવણી માટે વૃક્ષોની મા -વૃક્ષમિત્ર રાખીએ. ટૂંકમાં બાલતરુઓ ઉછરે તે માટે શક્ય તૈયારી કરીએ..

પણ આ બલતરુ મેળવવા અમને ઘણી તકલીફ પડે. જંગલ વિભાગ શક્ય વૃક્ષો વિનામુલ્યે આપે. બાકી ખરીદવાનું પણ થાય. વળી ખરીદીમાં પણ ઈચ્છીત બધા વૃક્ષો ન મળે. 

શું કરવું તેની મથામણ ચાલી ને અમે અમારી પોતાની નર્સરી કરવાનું નક્કી કર્યું. કાકર ગામમાં ક્રિસ ફ્લેકસી પેક્સની મદદથી અમે 2021માં નર્સરીની શરૃઆત કરી. પ્રથમ વર્ષે અમે 70,000 બાલતરુ ઉછેરવાનું અમે કર્યું. 

જંગલ વિભાગ સાથે વર્ષોથી કામ કરતા ઓધારબાની ટીમને અમારા નારણભાઈએ નર્સરી ઉછેરવાનું સોંપ્યું. જંગલ વિભાગના અધિકારીઓએ પણ મદદ કરી. 

જેના લીધે 2022માં અમારી નર્સરીમાંથી અમે 45,000 રોપા અમે જે જગ્યા પર વૃક્ષો વાવી રહ્યા છીએ ત્યાં વાવવા માટે લઈ શકીશું,

નર્સરી કરવામાં થોડા મોડા પડ્યા નહીં તો 70,000 રોપાને લઈ શકત. 

ખેર આવ વર્ષ 3,00,000 થી વધુ રોપા અમારી નર્સીમાં કરવાનું આયોજન કર્યું છે. જે 2023માં બનાસકાંઠાના વિવિધ ગામોમાં વવાશે..

નર્સરી કરવાનો વિચાર અને મદદ  ક્રિસ ફ્લેકસી પેક્સ ના આદણીય શ્રી શૈલેષભાઈ શેઠે આપ્યો. થેક્યુ શૈલેષભાઈ તમારા જેવા સ્વજનો સાથે છે માટે જ આ પ્રકારના કાર્યો થઈ શકે છે.

અમારી નર્સરી ઉછેરવાનું કામ કરતી ટીમ, સાથે બનાસકાંઠામાં વૃક્ષારોપણનું કામ કરતા નારણભાઈ, મહેશભાઈ, હરેશભાઈ વગેરે ટીમની જહેમતને પ્રણામ.. તેમની રાતદિવસની મહેનતથી અમે બનાસની ધરતીને હરિયાળી કરવામાં સફળ થઈશું...

We wander, we stray across the woodlands.

We endure the pain inflicted by generations of neglect.

The same  Mother Earth has birthed us, yet we face alienation.

Just like stray cattle, we have no address to call our own!

Without a home, village or identity to call our own, tell us where do we go,

Under the open sky, on the bare earth is how we survive.

We have found respite from the anguish we have suffered for centuries.

Noted poet, author and ex-president of VSSM,  Shri Madhavbhai Ramanuj penned the above lines expressing the painful sentiments of nomadic tribes.

Our Chief Minster had graced the house warming ceremony for 65 nomadic families at Rajkot’s Rampara Beti a few days ago. The houses have been built by VSSM in partnership with the government. A similar event is taking place in Banaskantha’s Kakar village on 20th May 2022 at 4.30 PM.

VSSM has facilitated the construction of homes for 90 nomadic families and a hostel with the capacity of hosting 180 children. At Kakar, the Chief Minister will perform a house warming ceremony for 90 families and the opening ceremony of the hostel. He will also give away residential plot documents to 700 families and E-Shram Card, Arogya Card, ration cards, caste certificates etc. to 3000 individuals.

We are grateful to the District Collector Shri Anandbhai and the local administration of Banaskantha; it is because of their compassion these families will receive these documents in such a short time.

We invite our well-wishing friends and supporters to be part of this public event.

The families who have been living in wild woodlands are on the threshold of moving into settlements made with care and compassion. Seven hundred more families will begin their journey of building a home, and their anguish will soon find respite.

Once again many thanks to the government and administration.

અમે રઝળતાં અમે રખડતાં વગડે ભટકતા રહીએ,

સદીઓથી અવગણનાનાં દર્દ અમે આ સહીએ..

આદરણીય માધવ રામાનુજ જાણીતા કવી, સાહિત્યકાર અને એક વખતે VSSM સંસ્થાના પ્રમુખ રહી ચુકેલા. તેમણે વિચરતી જાતિઓની લાગણી વ્યક્ત કરતી આ કવિતા લખેલી..

તાજેતરમાં આપણા રાજ્યના મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રીએ રાજકોટના રામપરાબેટીમાં 65 વિચરતી જાતિઓને VSSM અને સરકારની મદદથી બંધાયેલા ઘરમાં ગૃહપ્રવેશ કરાવેલો. આવો જ એક અનોખો કાર્યક્રમ બનાસકાંઠના કાકર ગામમાં તા.20 મે 2022ના રોજ સાંજના 4.30 વાગે યોજાવાનો..

90 વિચરતી જાતિના પરિવારો  તેમજ વિચરતી જાતિના 180 બાળકો રહી શકે તેવા છાત્રાલયની વ્યવસ્થા કાકરગામમાં અમે ઊભી.. મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી અહીંયા પણ 90 પરિવારોને ગૃહપ્રવેશ કરાવશે. તેમજ છાત્રાલયનું ઉદ્ધાટન કરશે. આ સિવાય 700 ઉપરાંત પરિવારોને રહેણાંક અર્થે પ્લોટ ફળવાશે ને એ સિવાય  3000 થી વધુ લોકોને ઈ શ્રમકાર્ડ, આરોગ્ય કાર્ડ, રેશનકાર્ડ, જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર વગેરે મળશે... 

આ પરિવારો માટે લાગણી રાખનાર સૌને કાર્યક્રમમાં પધારવા ખાસ વિનંતી.. 

સદીઓ વગડો ખૂંદનાર આ પરિવારો વહાલપની વસાહતમાં રહેવા જશે... 

જ્યારે વગડોખૂંદતા 700 થી વધુને ઠરીઠામ થવાનું ઠેકાણું મળશે... તેમના સંતાપોને વિસામો મળશે...

સરકાર અને વહીવટીતંત્ર પ્રત્યે રાજીપો....

We want to change the face of our crematorium," village elders tell us.

And then they launched the massive operation of clearing the 'ganda-baval' trees around the crematorium. They also constructed a boundary wall and fence. Supported by GACL, we planted the trees, installed drip irrigation facility and appointed a vriksh mitra.

The committed efforts of the tree committee ensured most of the planted trees survived.

If each village strives to work as dedicatedly as Vakha village, each of our village can turn into 'nandanvan'

વખાની માળી સમાજની સ્મશાનભૂમી..

ગામના વડીલોએ કહ્યું, અમારે અમારુ સ્મશોન અસલ કરવું હ્.

પછી તો શું ગાંડાબાવળથી ભરેલા આ સ્મશાનભૂમીની સફાઈ એમણે જાતે કરી. દિવાલ, વાડ બધુયે કર્યું ને અમે VSSM થકી વૃક્ષો વાવ્યા સાથે ડ્રીપની વ્યવસ્થા ને વૃક્ષોની સંભાળ રાખી શકે તેવા વૃક્ષમિત્રની નિમણૂક કરી. 

આ કાર્ય માટે મદદ કરી GACL સંસ્થાએ.. 

ગામની વૃક્ષમંડળીની ધગશ ઘણી એટલે વાવેલા વૃક્ષોમાંથી મહત્તમ ઉછરી રહ્યા છે. 

દરેક ગામ વખા જેવી ધગશથી કાર્ય કરે તો દરેક ગામ નંદનવન બની જાય..

આભાર GACL અને ગ્રામજનોનો તમે અમને ધરતીમાને હરિયાળી કરવાનો મોકો આપ્યો.

Our salutes to Maganbhai Desai, Sarpanch of Morpa village.

The reigns of development of any village lie in the hands of its Sarpanch. The nature of our work provides us with many opportunities to interact with many Sarpanchs, some of whom win our admiration. Recently, we happen to meet Maganbhai Desai, the sarpanch of Patan’s Morpa village.

VSSM had helped file applications for allotment of residential plots for 7 Raval families living in shanties around the village. In the recent  Land Committee meetup the plots were approved. It was the proactiveness of the Sarpanch that resulted in the approval. It is always a pleasure to meet such committed and compassionate individuals. 

‘Ben, I am always ready to assist you in this noble cause of welfare of the poor communities. I will speak for them where ever you ask me to ensure they receive help to settle down at one place in a house with power connection,”  he shared when recently I had the opportunity to meet. Him. Very few Sarpach are empathetic towards the needs of the poor families of their village. Even the marginalised families I met has tremendous respect for Maganbhai. 

I have come across many who never have anything good to say about their Sarpanch. When the village leader remains distant towards the basic needs of the poor in the village, the struggling families never appreciate their leaders. No one likes to be critical of good actions, right? 

There are three villages in Patan,(I will refrain from naming them) whose leadership decided to overlook the applications despite  District Collector’s order to approve the applications during the land committee meetup, the sarpanch did not raise the matter of plot allocations at the meeting. 

Just like the collector is the king of her/his district, the Sarpanch reigns supreme in the village. They should wholeheartedly grab these opportunities of being helpful to others, the lesser fortunate. It pains us when we come across sarpanchs who demand percentage from the government assistance for deepening of village lakes or other public works. 

But, Sarapnch like Maganbhai give us hope, they are the reason the poor in the village can hope for a better life. Salute to Maganbhai who is trying his best to ensure the homeless Raval families soon acquire an address.  Great applause also to VSSM’s team member Mohanbhai, who work tirelessly to find such nomadic families and link them to the social security net.

મોરપાગામના સરપંચ મગનભાઈ દેસાઈને સલામ...

સરપંચ ગામના વિકાસની મુખ્ય ધુરા જેના હાથમાં છે એ વ્યક્તિ..

ગ્રામવિકાસના કાર્યો કરતા હોવાના નાતે અમારે ઘણા સરપંચોને મળવાનું થાય.. જેમાંના કેટલાક માટે તો વિશેષ માન થાય એવા...

આવા જ એક સરપંચને હમણાં મળવાનું થયું. 

પાટણના મોરપાગામના સરપંચ મગનભાઈ દેસાઈ..

ગામમાં ઝૂંપડાં કે કાચા ઘર બાંધીને રહેતા રાવળ સુમદાયના સાત પરિવારોને પ્લોટ મળે તે માટે અમે સરકારમાં રજૂઆત કરેલી તે લેન્ડ કમીટી ભરાઈ એમાં આ પરિવારોના પ્લોટ મંજૂર થયા. 

સરપંચ પોતે સતત ફોલોઅપ લે. આવા જાગૃત સરપંચને મળવું તો ગમે જ. 

મોરપા એમને મળી તો કહે, બેન આ ગરીબ માણસોના કાર્યમાં જ્યાં પણ મારી જરૃર પડે હું કાળી રાતે સાથે. આમને લાઈટ ને રહેવા કાયમી જગ્યા મળે એ માટે તમે કહેશો ત્યાં હું રજૂઆત કરીશ. આવી એમની લાગણી.. બહુ ઓછા સરપંચોમાં આ જોવા મળે. જે વંચિત પરિવારોને હું મળી એમને પણ સરપંચ માટે ખુબ આદરભાવ.. 

બાકી સરપંચો માટે કટુ વાક્ય બોલતા લોકો પણ મે જોયા છે. મૂળ તો એમની આશાઓ પૂર્ણ ન થાય માટે જ આવા કડવા વેણ નીકળે. બાકી કડવું બોલી પોતાનું મોંઢુ ગંધાતુ કરવું કોને ગમે?

બાકી પાટણના ત્રણ બીજા ગામો જેમના નામ નથી લખતી. પણ કલેક્ટર શ્રીએ આદેશ કર્યો કે લેન્ડ કમીટી બેસાડો અને ગામમાં રહેતા ઘરવિહોણા પરિવારોને પ્લોટ આપવાનું એમાં ઠરાવો. આદેશ હતો એટલે લેન્ડ કમીટી બેઠી પણ જેમના પ્લોટની માંગણી કરી હતી તેમનાં પ્લોટની વાત સરપંચે કરી જ નહીં..

કલેક્ટર જિલ્લાનો રાજા, ધણી એમ સરપંચ ગામના...કુદરતે સતકર્મો કરવાનો મોકો આપ્યો છે.. મારા ખ્યાલથી આ અમૂલ્યતક છે એમ માનીને એને ઝડપી લેવી જોઈએ એની જગ્યાએ આમનું ના થવું જોઈએ.. કે ક્યાંક તળાવના કામોમાં તો અમને કેટલા મળશે એવું સરપંચ પુછે ત્યારે બહુ દુઃખ થાય..

ખેર મોરપાના સરપંચ જેવા ઘણા આશાસ્પદ છે.. અને એ લોકોના લીધે જ વિકાસના કાર્યો થાય છે એય હકીકત.. મગનભાઈને સલામ ને જેમને પોતાનું સરનામુ મળ્યું એવા રાવળ પરિવારો માટે સુખી થાવની ભાવના... 

આ વિસ્તારના અમારા સંનિષ્ઠ કાર્યકર મોહનભાઈ જેઓએ આ પરિવારને શોધ્યા તેમની વાત અમારા સુધી પહોંચાડી..

મોરપા ગઈ ત્યારે સરપંચને, જેમને પ્લોટ મળ્યા તે પરિવારોને મળવાનું થયું તે અને આ પરિવારોની હાલની રહેણાંકની સ્થિતિ બધુયે ફોટોમાં.
