Collector Shri Dr. Rajendrakumar Patel visits dafer settlement

Surendranagar District Collector Dr. Rajendrakumar Patel visited the nomadic and denotified Dafer families in Bhadvana village of Lakhtar Taluka.

These families have been provided housing by the district administration and the Nomadic Community Support Forum (VSSM). The district collector personally met with these families.

During the visit, the Collector inquired about the government benefits they receive, including NFSA ration cards, inclusion in the BPL list, and old age pensions.

He also instructed the swift resolution of pending applications related to plots allotted in the province as well as in Lakhtar and Wadhwan.

આ પરિવારોને જિલ્લા વહીવટી તંત્ર અને વિચરતા સમુદાય સમર્થન મંચ -vssm દ્વારા મકાન બાંધકામ કરી આપ્યા છે. આ પરિવારોની મુલાકાત જિલ્લા કલેક્ટરશ્રી દ્વારા કરાઈ હતી. ડફેર પરિવારોને મળતા સરકારી લાભો બાબતે પણ કલેક્ટર શ્રી એ પૂછપરછ કરી હતી. જેમાં NFSA રેશનકાર્ડ,BPL યાદી વૃદ્ધ પેન્શન વગેરે બાબતે પણ પૂછપરછ કરી હતી. તેમજ પ્રાંત ને લખતર અને વઢવાણ માં કરેલ પ્લોટોની અરજી નુ ત્વરિત નિવારણ કરવા સૂચના આપી હતી

Some connections are arranged by God. 

My relations with Hakimbha who stays with his family In the village of Bhadwana in Surendranagar District are similar.

They are called "Dafers". Their reputation is not good. In 2005 when I used to search for this community, I was warned not to go amongst them.  However this "Dafer" community has given me lots of love.

Hakimbha calls me up at least 3 times a week. He has been doing this for the last 17 years.  Our conversation normally goes like this :

Namaste, Benba

Namaste Hakimbha

Benba when will our work get done?

Wait for some more time. All good will happen

 But now even hands and legs have stopped working

 True Bha. it is in my destiny to do your work. I am working on it. We have already got the plots           allotted. Very soon the houses will also be built.

 Please take care of us. We have no one except you.

 I am there, do not worry Bha. 

This talk between us has been going on since long time.. Often the police department also comes into play. If police come to inquire then they would request me to see that police do not harm them.

Sometimes they are asked whether they still do the stealing and theft. They would reply that " We do not indulge in such things. We are answerable to Benba. We will not do anything that will hurt Benba"

The families of "Dafer" community now have confidence that I am with them. & therefore they have started to   invite others in marriage functions and even during deaths. Earlier they used to avoid getting together. Our relationship is very pious. They would not lie in my presence. They would also do what I tell them to do.

They got plots in Bhadvana. To construct the house, the government will give Rs 1.20 lakhs. However, that is not enough to construct the house. They have no resources to help themselves. With authority they would tell me to help in the construction of homes. They would also say that build proper houses. People should not laugh seeing them. They say this with full ownership.

They love me like their daughter. All ladies of the community bless me. Whenever I sit with Hakimba, he would say many times that " Allah rasool will do good to you."

Relations like this are defined by nature. In the eyes of society this community is very dangerous. But they bestow lots of love on me. Ummarbhai, Hamirbhai, Allahrakha are like my own. When I meet them I feel that I am the richest person on this planet.

કેટલાક સંબંધો ઈશ્વરીય..

સુરેન્દ્રનગરના ભડવાણામાં રહેતા હકીમભા અને એમના પરિવાર સાથે પણ એવો જ સંબંધ. 

ડફેરનો ઈતિહાસ કાંઈ ઉજળો નહીં. 2005માં જ્યારે આ સમુદાયને શોધતી ત્યારે લોકો એમની વચ્ચે ન જવાયની વાતો કરતા. 

પણ મને આ સમુદાયે ખુબ પ્રેમ આપ્યો..

હકીમભાનો અઠવાડિયામાં ત્રણેક વખત ફોન આવે. એ પણ આજ કાલથી નહીં 17 વર્ષથી. એમની અને મારી વચ્ચે એક જ પ્રકારનો ડાયલોગ થાય...

એ નમસ્તે બેનબા.

બેનબા અમારુ બધુ કે'દી થાસે?

થોડી વાટ જુઓ.. બધુ સારુ થશે.

પણ હવે તો હાથ પગેય કામ કરતા બંધ થાસે.

સાચુ ભા,પણ મારા ભાગમાં તમારા માટે પ્રયત્ન કરવાનું.. ને એ પ્રયત્નો હું કરુ..પ્લોટ એ પ્રયત્નોથી મળ્યા. તે હવે ઘરેય થશે..

એ તમે ધ્યાન દેજો.. તમારા સિવાય અમારુ કોઈ નથી.

હું છું...

અમારી વચ્ચે આ વાતો વર્ષોથી થાય. આમાં ક્યાંક પોલીસની માથાકૂટ આવે તો.

પોલીસ હમણાં પુછવા આવી તી બેન બા.. તે તમે ધ્યાન દેજો.. આવી એક લીટીનો ઉમેરો થાય..

મારી સાથે આવનાર પુછે કે હવે લૂંટ કે ચોરી એવું કાંઈ કરો..

તો કહે, એવું બધુ કાંઈ નો કરીએ.. કરીએ તો બેનબાને જવાબ હું દઈએ... એમને નીચાજોણું થાય એવું અમે કાંઈ નો કરીએ..

પણ આ બધા પરિવારોને અમે એમની સાથે છીએ નો ભરોષો એટલે હવે લગ્નોમાં મહેમાનો બોલાવતા થયા. મરણમાં પણ સગા વહાલને બોલાવે.. એક સમય હતો કે લગ્ન કે મરણ જેવા પ્રસંગે ભેગા થવાનું એ ટાળતા. પણ હવે એ નિર્ભય થયા..

અમારી વચ્ચેનો સંબંધ પવિત્ર. મારી સામે એ ખોટુ ન બોલે.. ને કહુ એ વાત માને પણ ખરા..

ભડવાણામાં એમને પ્લોટ મળ્યા. ઘર બાંધવા સરકાર 1.20 લાખની મદદ કરશે પણ આમાં ઘર ન થાય. એમની સ્થિતિ તો એક સાંધો ત્યાં તેર તુટે એવી.  એટલે હકથી બેન બા ઘર તમારે કરવાના થાશે.. એવું એમને મળુ એટલે એ કહે..

હું હા પાડુ એટલે કે, હરખા કરજો હો.. લોકો દાંત કાઢે એવા નો થાય એ જોજો...

આવું કહે ત્યારે થાય કેવો અધિકાર ભાવ છે... આ બધાને...

એમની દીકરી હોવું એવું હેત વર્ષાવે. મળુ ત્યારે એમના ઘરના ને વસાહતા અન્ય બહેનો દુઃખણા લે.. હકીમભા પાસે જેટલી વાર બેઠી હોવું એટલી વારમાં કોણ જાણે કેટલી વાર અલ્લા રસુલ તમારુ ભલુ કરે એવું બોલે...

કેટલાક સંબંધ કુદરત નક્કી કરે.. અમારો સંબંધ પણ એવો જ... બાકી સમાજની નજરે આ બધા બહુ માથાભારે ગણાય. પણ મારા માટે તો આ બધા લખલૂટ પ્રેમ વર્ષાવે.. અમારા ઉમરભાઈ, હમીરભા, અલ્લારખા કેટલાય છે જે પોતિકા છે... 

આ બધાને મળુ ત્યારે થાય મારુ બેંક બેલેન્સ બહુ મોટુ છે...

 The district Collector of Surendranagar Shri K Rajesh is functioning on a campaign mode to allocate residential plots to the families belonging to  nomadic and de-notified communities. As a result of this immense proactiveness within a very short duration of time the district administration has been able to grant residential plots to more than 800 families. Our heartfelt gratitude to the Surendranagar Collector and the Government.

I am also grateful to Nareshbhai for penning a fitting story on the change a willing Officer and administration can herald, in Abhiyan, Gujarat’s leading and respected magazine.

Immensely grateful to Bhadvana village and its Sarpanch for embracing the Dafer community. It is perhaps the first village to have given a red carpet welcome to the Dafer community.

Grateful to have  Harshad as a team member,someone who has worked consistently and tirelessly for the cause of Dafer, for the greater good of nomads and marginalised.

સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લામાં વસતા વિચરતા અને વિમુક્ત પરિવારોને રહેણાંક અર્થે પ્લોટ મળે તે માટે કલેક્ટર શ્રી કે રાજેશે ઝૂંબેશના રૃપમાં કામ ઉપાડ્યું.

કલેક્ટર શ્રીની આ કાર્યમાં જબરજસ્ત સક્રિયતા. પરિણામે ખૂબ ઓછા સમયમાં લગભગ 800 ઉપરાંત પરિવારોને પ્લોટ ફળવાઈ ગયા અને બાકીના પરિવારોનું કામ પણ થઈ રહ્યું છે.. આભાર કલેક્ટર શ્રી અને સરકાર બેઉંનો..

It was the year 2004-05,  when I began travelling to visit the nomadic settlements to learn more about the vanishing nomads. It wasn’t yet decided if we will be working with these communities. It was difficult to witness their daily struggle to survive, a scenario that invariably brought pain and anguish. It was then that I happen to meet some Dafer families, their conditions were even worse than the nomads’. Simply put, it was heart-wrenching to watch them in such a pitiable condition. It was at that moment that I decided to work for the nomadic and de-notified communities and create awareness about their conditions amongst the society, bureaucracy and lawmakers. The VSSM team continues to strive for that.

Our efforts have been instrumental in helping many communities lead a settled life. However, this does not hold right for the Dafer.  The villagers of the villages the Dafer stay aren’t prepared to accept them. The distress and difficulties Dafer face daily and the societal attitude towards them has tremendously disheartened me. No one is prepared to embrace them, seriously??

We have been writing to the authorities since many - many years, so much that there are heaps of files lying in various government offices.

Redressing the Dafer issues calls for bold and dedicated bureaucrats and officials. A species that is so rare to find these days!! So when we witnessed Surendranagar district collector Shri K Rajesh revamp the official stance and gear up the district bureaucracy to address the long-pending applications and issues of nomadic and de-notified communities, we requested him to help us settle the Dafer as well. Without even questioning our appeal, he pledged to find the best possible places to settle the Dafer.

Recently, he allotted plots to 13 Dafer families of Muli block’s Danawala village in Digsar village. Without any hype or hoopla, he reached the Dafer dangaa, met the residents, heard them and handed over the documents to 13 families.

It seems this government is committed to taking some serious measures for this community that falls under the extremely backward category on the official list.

We are sure that when Shri K Rajesh decides and works to make an official commitment a reality it is bound to happen along with Chief Minister’s pledge to provide a home to all the homeless of this state. Efforts are on to provide land to all the Dafer of Surendranagar.

We are extremely grateful to our respected Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani, Minister of  Social Justice and Empowerment Shri Ishwarbhai Parmar, Surendranagar  Collector Shri K Rajesh and his team of officials.

Anyone who asked me what my dream was, “to find a permanent address for all the homeless nomadic and de-notified families!” a dream that is on its way to become a reality soon. I sure am delighted.

2005 -06થી વિચરતી જાતિઓની વસાહતોમાં રઝળવાનું શરૃ કરેલું એ વખતે આ સમુદાયો સાથે કામ કરીશ તેવું નક્કી નહોતું. આ લોકોની તકલીફો જોવાતી નહોતી. મનથી બહુ દુઃખી હતી. શું કરવું તેની મૂંઝવણ ચાલી રહી હતી ત્યાં ડફેર પરિવારોને મળી, એમની હાલત જોઈને હૃદય વલોવાઈ ગયું અને એજ ક્ષણે વિચરતી વિમુક્ત જાતિઓનો અવાજ સત્તાસ્થાને બેઠેલા સુધી પહોંચાડવાનું નક્કી કર્યું. જે માટે VSSMની આખી ટીમ મથ્યા કરે.

ઘણી જાતિઓને ઠરીઠામ કરવામાં અમે સફળ રહ્યા પણ ડફેરોને આશરો અપાવવાનું બહુ કુપરુ. જે ગામોમાં એ રહેતા એ ગામના લોકો આ પરિવારોને પોતાના ગામમાં વસાવવા રાજી નહીં. માનસીક રીતે આ પરિવારોની તકલીફો જોઈને હું પણ નાસીપાસ થઈ ગયેલી. ખરેખર કોઈ આમને વસાવશે નહીં એવું થઈ ગયેલું.

વર્ષોથી કચેરીઓમાં અરજીઓના ઢગ ખડકી દીધેલા.

અધિકારી બાહોશ અને તકવંચિતોને મદદ કરવાની ખેવનાવાળા આવે તો આ કામ પાર પાડી જ શકાય. પણ એવા અધિકારીઓ ખાસ કરીને ડફેરને લઈને જડ્યા નહીં.

સુરેન્દ્રનગરમાં કે. રાજેશ કલેક્ટર તરીકે આવ્યા તેમણે વિચરતી જાતિઓના મુદ્દે વર્ષોની પડતર અરજીઓ પર સરસ કામ કર્યું. તેમની લાગણી જોઈને ડફેરોને વસાવવા તેમને વિનંતી કરી..

અને તેમણે કશુંયે પુછ્યા વગર ગામો શોધવા અને સારામાં સારી જગ્યા આ પરિવારોને આપવાનો નિર્ધાર કર્યો.

તાજેતરમાં જ મૂળી તાલુકાના દાણાવાડામાં રહેતા 13 ડફેર પરિવારોને તેમણે દીગસર ગામે જમીન ફાળવી અને સૌથી અગત્યનું પ્લોટની સનદ આપવા તેઓ પોતે ડફેર વસાહતમાં પહોંચ્યા. કશાય દેખાડા અને દંભ વગર એક સામાન્ય માણસની જેમ તેઓ આ પરિવારોની વચમાં ગયા અને તેમની વાતો સાંભળી.

સરકારે જેમનો સમાવેશ ઓબીસીમાં સમાવિષ્ટ 146 જાતિઓમાંથી પણ અતિપછાત 12 જાતિમાં કર્યો છે. તેવા ડફેરો માટે આ સરકાર ખરેખર સંવેદનશીલ થઈને તેમના કલ્યાણ માટે કટીબદ્ધ થયેલી જણાય છે.

મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રીનો નિર્ધાર તમામ ઘરવિહોણા વિચરતા પરિવારોને ઘર આપવાનો. એમાં કે.રાજેશ જેવા સમાહર્તા હોય તો નિર્ધાર પાર કેમ ન પડે?

સુરેન્દ્રનગરમાં રહેતા તમામ ડફેર પરિવારોને પ્લોટ મળી જાય તેની તજવીજ થઈ રહી છે..

કોઈ મને પુછતુ તમારુ સ્વપ્ન શું તો હું કહેતી તમામ વિચરતી વિમુક્ત જાતિઓને સ્થાયી સરનામું, ઘર મળી જાય એ મારુ પહેલું સ્વપ્ન... એ સ્વપ્ન પૂર્ણ થવાની દિશામાં કામ થઈ રહ્યાનો રાજીપો...

Even after 13 years of  working with the nomads, one of the toughest and the most challenging  task for us  is  to integrate the Dafer community within our society. As our respected Shri Vinod Mall Sir often says, “if we could  settle the Dafer families at the centre of the village most of their issues shall find prompt resolution.

We too have  chanted the same for many  and awaited the moment when a Dafer Danga would be granted a permanent residency.  It calls for a strong willed and generous Sarpanch to make that happen as most villages aren’t prepared to accept Dafer as their fellow villagers.

Amidst such hostile attitude, Shri Kuldeepsinh Rana Sarpanch of Bhadwana village of Surendranagar’s Lakhtar block displayed willingness to settle Hakimbha’s family in Bhadwana. We all are aware of Shri Rajesh’s swift actions when it comes to administrative will to help the poor and marginalised families of Surendranagar. It is this district’s good fortune to be blessed with a collector like Shri Rajesh. In the meantime Shri Vijaybhai Patni joined as  Wadhvan’s Additional Collector. It was like the universe conspired and for the very first time the  Dafer families  were allotted residential plots.

Recently, I happened to meet the Sanpanch, “they are poor families, we cannot gauge and examine their present on the basis of their past. If we integrate them with us, they will learn from us and give up their unlawful involvements if they are given the opportunities to interact with us. These families haven’t been in my village for years, but I have always wanted to settle poor families in my village. I am glad this dream has turned into a reality. I am sure their children will now study and have a better future. I am grateful to almighty for this opportunity.”

If the  Sarpanchs from all our villages showed similar compassion the poor from the villages might face fewer challenges.

Any offering is incomplete without the Tulsi leaf on the top. Similarly,  Collector Shri Rajesh’s  Diwali  gift of 501 residential plots to the nomadic families was incomplete without the allotment of a plot to Dafer.  This allotment has accomplished the task of a Tulsi leaf. We are grateful to Collector Shri Rajesh, the district administration, Sarpanch and the government. 

We also appreciate the efforts by our respected  Chief Minister to listen to the plight of these families. He has committed to work rigorously  and the work in that direction seems to have initiated. Grateful for the commitment he has shown towards these families. .

To Hakimbha and the Dafer families about to settle in Bhadwana, we wish you all the very best. You will soon be moving into a pucca house of your own, you too shall have an address of your own from where no one shall dare move you.

આખરે સોનાનો સૂરજ ઊગ્યો..

વિચરતી જાતિઓ સાથે છેલ્લા 13 વર્ષથી કામ કરીએ. પણ આ 13 વર્ષમાં સૌથી મુશ્કેલ કામ ડફેર સમુદાયને સમાજમાં પ્રસ્થાપીત કરવાનું લાગે.

આદરણીય @vinodMall સર કહે એમ ડફેરને ગામવચાળે વસાવીએ તો એમના બીજા પ્રશ્નોનું સમાધાન આપો આપ આવી જાય.

અમે પણ વર્ષોથી આ રટણ કરતા અને ડફેરના ડંગાને ક્યાંક સ્થાયી સરનામુ મળી જાય એની રાહ જોતા. ડફેરના વસવાટ માટે સરપંચ જીગરવાળા અને ઉદારદીલ જોઈએ. મોટાભાગે ગામો આ સમુદાયને સ્વીકારવા બહુ રાજી નહીં એટલે ખાસ...

આવામાં સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લાના લખતર તાલુકાના ભડવાણાગામના સરપંચ શ્રી કુલદીપસીંહ રાણાએ હીકમભાના પરિવારને વસાવવાની હામ દાખવી. તો કલેક્ટર શ્રી કે રાજેશની તો આ પરિવારોને મદદ માટેની તત્પરતા આપણે સૌ જાણીએ. એમના જેવા કલેક્ટર મેળવવા એ સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લાનું ભાગ્ય છે. એવામાં શ્રી વિજયભાઈ પટણી પ્રાંત કલેકટર તરીકે વઢવાણમાં તેમની સાથે જોડાયા. આમ સંજોગો સરસ નિર્માણ પામ્યા અને પહેલીવાર ડફેર પરિવારોને રહેણાંક અર્થે પ્લોટ ફાળવાયા.

સરપંચ શ્રીને મળવાનું થયું ત્યારે એમણે કહ્યું, ‘આ દુઃખી માણસો છે. કોઈ માણસનો ભૂતકાળ કેવો છે એ જોઈને એને મુલવવાનું નો કરાય. ઊલટાનું એને આપણા ભેગા ભેળવીએ તો એ માણસ આડા આવળા રસ્તા મેલી સીધો હાલવા માંડે. મારા ગામમાં આ પરિવારો કાંઈ વરસોથી રહેતા નહોતા પણ મારા મનની ઈચ્છા હતી આવા ગરીબોને મારા ગામમાં વસાવું. આજે એ સ્વપ્ન પુરુ થયું. ગામ હારે રહેશે તો એમના બાળકોય ભણશે. હું તો કુદરતનો આભાર માનુ છુ કે મને આ તક મળી.

આવા ઉમદા વિચારો દરેક સરપંચના થાય તો કોઈ ગામમાં ગરીબ માણસોના પ્રશ્નો રહે જ નહીં.

કલેકટર શ્રીએ તો દિવાળીની ભેટરૃપે વિચરતા વિમુક્ત સમુદાયના 501 પરિવારોને પ્લોટ ફાળવ્યા. જેમાં ડફેર સમુદાયને પ્લોટ ફાળવી ભગવાનને ધરાવાતા ભોગ કે પ્રસાદમાં 32 પકવાન ધરાવ્યા છતાં તુલસીપત્રને જો એ પ્રસાદમાં સ્થાન આપવામાં આવે નહીં તો ભગવાનને ધરાવેલો ભોગ અધુરો રહે છે. આ ડફેરને પ્લોટ ફાળવ્યા એ ભગવાનને ધરાવેલું તુલસીપત્ર છે. ભેટ સાચા સ્વરૃપમાં સ્વીકારાયી. આભાર કલેકટર શ્રી તેમજ તમામ વહીવટીતંત્ર, સરપંચ શ્રી તેમજ સરકારનો.

આદરણીય મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી એ આ સમુદાયો સાથે મોકળા મને કાર્યક્રમ કર્યો જેમાં તેમણે આ સમુદાયોને વિકાસની હરોળમાં લાવવાનું કામ ઘનિષ્ઠ રીતે કરવાની વાત કરી હતી. જેની શરૃઆત થઈ ગઈ છે. આભાર આપની કટીબદ્ધતા માટે..

હકીમભા અને ભડવાણામાં જે પરિવારો સ્થાયી થવાના એ બધાને ઘણી શુભેચ્છા. હવે તમે પાકા ઘરવાળા થશો, પોતાના સરનામાંવાળા થશો જ્યાંથી તમને કોઈ કાઢી નહીં શકે.

This was Dafer leader Patel Dinabhai Dafer talking at the gathering of Dafer leaders organised by VSSM. The leaders are not prepared to allow the entire community to suffer because of few delinquents  individuals of their stigmatized tribe. The leaders had gathered to make concrete plans to prevent them becoming  repeated  targets of police harassment. The meeting was held at VSSM’s  head office at Sadvichar Campus in  Ahmedabad. At the end of the detailed discussions  agreement was reached on following points:

It was decided to form a committee of Dafer community  comprising of 15 members including women and men.

The leader of each Dafer Danga,  who are considered to be the wardens of  the settlement was  assigned the responsibility to ensure order in  their respective Dangaa.

The leaders and the committee members will collectively ensure that the residents of their settlements are not involved in loots, robberies or any unlawful activities.

If they find any community member engaged in any  such illegal  activity they will bring  him to police. In fact, a leader informed us about the presence of 3 such individuals in his Dangaa and took responsibility of taking them to the police.

It was also decided that the members of community from other Dangaas will cut off all relationships with the Dangaas found harbouring individuals involved in crimes.

Any person providing shelter to criminals will be termed as criminal too. Hence, no criminals will be given refuge even if they are family - be it father or brother!!

The team members of VSSM  will be informed immediately if police summons any Dafer for inquiry. If feasible, few members of the committee or VSSM representative will accompany the summoned to the police station. No one will ever report to the police alone. The members of the committee will be informed about the discussion and deliberations at the police station.

It was also decided to share details of Dangaas where not a single individual is involved  in any unlawful activity with Director General of Police as well as District police heads.

It was also decided that the committee  members of three Dangaa still involved with criminal activities will share their information with district  head of police and DGP’s office.

All the above mentioned rules and guidelines  were collectively  framed by leaders from 50 Dangaa. The rules are quite strong and  there were some challenges we faced however, in the end things settled well. We have pledged  to erase the stigma attached with the Dafer. They promised  their loyalty, unity and disconnecting from unlawful activities. The status of Dafer is changing rapidly with most staying away from unlawful activities. They pour in hard work to earn subsistence  living. The police and society need to see the community afresh. They need to recognize the change and provide Dafer residential plots in the villages itself.

VSSM Tohid has put in immense hard work  for this community. The gathering and consensus result of Dilbhai, Umarbhai, Lakhabhai, Rehmanbhai’s efforts.

Dafer aim for improved life and we are committed to support them achieve it. The leaders coming together today reflects their intense desire to come out of the clutches abused living, they have taken a  positive step in the direction we hope the unlawful harassment of this community begins to ebb….

 'પેટ ના ભરાય તો પેટમાં કોસ મારી દ્યો. પણ હવે કાંક માણહ થાવ. બે ચાર જણાના વાંકે આખા સમાજને દંડવાનું થાય સે હવે બંધો નઈ કરીએ તો મરાઈ જાસુ બધા..'

ડફેર સમાજના પટેલ દીનાભાઈ ડફેરે આજે ડફેર સમાજની વ્યથા કથા કાર્યક્રમમાં પોતાની વાત કરી. સમાજમાં ગણ્યા ગાંઠ્યા લોકોના કારણે આખો સમાજ બદનામ થાય નહીં. પોલીસ ખોટી રીતે સમાજને કનડે નહીં. તે માટેના નક્કર આયોજનોની વાત કરવા માટે આજે ડફેર સમાજની એક બેઠક અમદાવાદમાં સંસ્થાના કેમ્પસ સદવિચાર પરિવારમાં યોજાઈ.આ બેઠકમાં નીચેના મુદ્દે ચર્ચા થઈ...

(1) બેઠકમાં ડફેર સમાજની કમીટી બનાવવાનું આયોજન થયું. જેમાં બહેનો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ 15 સભ્યોની નિયુક્તી થઈ.(2) આ સિવાય દરેક વસાહતના આગેવાન પોતાની વસાહતના ઘણીધોરી તેઓ વસાહતનું ધ્યાન રાખશે તેવું નક્કી થયું.(3) કમીટી તેમજ આગેવાનો પોતાના સમાજનો કોઈ વ્યક્તિ ચોરી, લૂંટ કે અન્ય કોઈ પ્રકારના ગુનામાં નથી ને? તેનું ધ્યાન રાખશે અને ગુનેગાર જણાશે તો એને પોલીસને હવાલે કરશે. આ બેઠકમાં આજે એક ડંગાના આગેવાને પોતાના ડંગાના ત્રણ આરોપીને હાજર કરવાનું પણ સ્વીકાર્યું. (4) જે ડંગાના લોકો ગુનાહીત પ્રવૃતિ કરતા જણાય તે ડંગા સાથે રોટી બેટી વ્યવહાર બંધ કરવાનું પણ આજે નક્કી થયું(5) ગુનેગારને આશરો આપનાર વ્યક્તિ પણ સમાજનો ગુનેગાર ગણાશે. આમ સમાજના કોઈ વ્યક્તિએ ગુનેગારને તે સગો ભાઈ કે બાપ કેમ ના હોય આશરો નહીં આપવો તેવું નક્કી થયું.(6) પોલીસ ડફેર સમાજને કોઈ પુછપરછ માટે બોલાવે ત્યારે સૌથી પહેલાં VSSM ને જાણ કરશે અને શક્ય હશે તો કમીટીના બે ચાર સભ્યો અથવા સંસ્થાના પ્રતિનિધિ સાથે જ સૌ પોલીસ પાસે જશે. કોઈ એકલા નહીં જાય અને પોલીસ પાસે ગયા પછી પોલીસ દ્વારા જે કહેવામાં આવ્યું તેની જાણ કમિટીના તમામ સભ્યોને કરશે.(7) જે ડંગામાંથી એક પણ માણસ ચોરી લૂંટ ફાટ જેવી પ્રવૃતિમાં સામેલ નથી તે ડંગાની વિગતો આગેવાનોના નામ સાથેની પોલીસ મહાનિર્દેશક શ્રીને તથા જે તે જિલ્લા પોલીસ વડાને આપવાનું પણ આજ રોજ ઠરાવ્યું (8) જે ત્રણ ડંગાના માણસો ચોરી લૂંટ વગેરે જેવા ગુના કરે છે તે ડંગાની માહિતી સામેથી કમીટીના સભ્યો દ્વારા જે તે જિલ્લા પોલીસ વડા તેમજ ડીજીપી ઓફીસ પર આપવાનું પણ ઠરાવ્યું.

બહુ કડક કહી શકાય તેવા આ નિયમો બનાવવાનું કામ 50 ડંગાના આગેવાનોએ ભેગા મળીને કર્યું. આજની બેઠકમાં ઉપસ્થિત આ 50 આગેવાનોએ બહુ કડક રીતે નિયમો બનાવ્યા. હા બેઠકમાં થોડી બોલાચાલી પણ થઈ પણ અંતે બધુયે સુખરૃપ પાર પડ્યું.

સમાજની સાથે રહેવું છે તેમની વચ્ચે ભળવું છે એ લાગણી સાથે મેલી મંથરાવટીની છાપ ભૂંસવાનો સકંલ્પ આજે ડફેર સમાજે કર્યો અને અલ્લાતાલા તેમજ જેમને એ વધુ માને છે તે પીરના સોગંદ સૌએ ખાધા અને સમાજના સારા કામમાં સૌ સાથે રહેશેની વાત કરી..ડફેર સમાજની સ્થિતિ ઘણી બદલાઈ છે. આજે મોટાભાગના લોક ગુનાહીત પ્રવૃતિમાંથી બહાર નીકળી ગયા છે. મહેનત મજૂરી કરીને જીવે છે તેમની આ સ્થિતિ સમાજ, પોલીસ જુએ. તેમના આ બદલાવને સ્વીકારી ગામ તેમને અપનાવે તે પણ જરૃરી...ખેર ડફેર સમાજને શુભેચ્છાઓ...

અમારા કાર્યકર તોહીદની આ પરિવારો માટે લાગણી પારાવાર એની મહેનત અને સમાજ ના દિલભાઈ, ઉમરભાઈ, લાખાભાઇ, રહેમાનભાઈ વગેરે ની જહેમતથી આજે બેઠક થઈ. સૌનો આભાર

A recent development endorsed  our belief that if and when a compassionate and hardworking bureaucrat or government officer decides to give her/his 100 percent things  will always change for better.  Patan Collector Shri. Anand Patel, a sensitive and dedicated  bureaucrat exemplified our belief.

The current living condition of nomads

It is more than a decade that I have been associated and working for the cause of  the extremely poor and marginalised communities. This requires me not just to be amidst these communities,  but also work with the government authorities and frequent visits to their offices . Trust me, the sites of government offices can be very depressing at times with dusty stacks of files  all around. The vision never fails to trigger a thought, what if all these files found solutions, what if the waiting applicants had their requests addressed??  What if the government decides to spring clean these endless stacks of  files just as we  clean our houses during Diwali?

Occasionally, we do come across an official who is determined to reduce the height of these long accumulated  stacks. But, these are very rare occurrences. Shir Anandbhai stands out  even amongst these rare government officers. After personally visiting the nomadic settlements he instructed his team to become  proactive and find solutions to the long pending issues of the nomadic families of Patan.  Of course,  it will not always be the case wherein the local bureaucracy  shares the same passion and vision as the district collector. Hence, few issues were followed up and few remained. VSSM’s Mohanbhai felt that this should be brought to the notice of the Collector. Once again the team was instructed to resolve all the pending  issues.

On 1st  July, Shri Anandbhai called a meeting of the heads of all concerned department handling the pending matters of the nomadic communities.  And what he spoke at the meeting portrayed his deep understanding and sensitivity towards the poor, “It is ok if you want to inquire the villagers about these communities. You can always listen to what they have to say,  but do not rely on it. When it comes to relying you rely on what the nomadic communities say!!”  How true.

The officials who could not make it to the meeting of 1st July were called for a meeting today on 3rd July. Since yesterday the entire team of government officials is visiting the settlements of Dafer, Vadee, Vansfoda, Bajaniya and other communities.

Since very long we had been following up the application for aid towards sanitation blocks in  Jesda, yesterday the local office also issued the cheque towards that.

As I have always opined, the Collector is the king of the district. He can do wonders for his janta if he has the will. Hence, it is desired that he is concerned about the wellness of his subjects. And this concern was very evident from Shri. Anandbhai conduct.

The purpose behind sharing this here is that undying  hope that other officials might draw inspiration from such proactive bureaucrats.

There are very few officers for whom we hold respect, for you Anandbhai we have special respect and honour. We salute your sentiments towards the marginalised. We will always remain grateful  to you.

એક સંવેદનશીલ અધિકારી ઈચ્છે તો શું કરી શકે એનું પ્રમાણ કલેક્ટર પાટણ તરીકે કામ કરતા શ્રી આનંદ પટેલમાં જોયું.

વર્ષોથી તકવંચિતો વચ્ચે કામ કરુ છું.. અને તેમના પ્રશ્ને વારંવાર કચેરીઓમાં જવાનું પણ થાય.

કચેરીમાં લેખીતમાં કરેલી અરજીઓની ફાઈલોના ઢગલા જોઈને હંમેશાં થતું કોઈ વ્યક્તિ આ ફાઈલો ક્લીયર કરવાનો સંકલ્પ ના કરી શકે?

દિવાળીમાં ઘરની સફાઈ થાય એમ કચેરીમાં પડેલી ફાઈલોની હકારાત્મક ભાવ સાથે સફાઈ ના થઈ શકે?

ખેર ક્યારેક કોઈક અધિકારી એવા જડી જાય જે આ દિશામાં કામ કરવાનું કરે. પણ એમાં સાતત્ય જળવાવાના પ્રશ્નો તો રહે જ.

પણ આ બધામાં કલેક્ટર પાટણ આનંદભાઈ બહુ નોખા જણાયા. વિચરતી જાતિઓની સ્થિતિ સમજવા એમની વસાહતમાં ગયા અને તમામ અધિકારીઓને આ સમુદાયના પ્રશ્નો ઉકેલવા સૂચના આપી.

પણ કલેક્ટર શ્રીની જેમ ભાવના રાખીને કામ કરવાવાળા બધા નહીં એટલે થોડું કામ થયું થોડું રહ્યું.

આ સંદર્ભે અમારા કાર્યકર મોહનભાઈએ ફરી કલેક્ટર શ્રીનું ધ્યાન દોર્યું ને એમણે જાણે સંકલ્પ કર્યો હોય તેેમ તમામ પ્રશ્નોનો નિવેડો લાવવાનું નક્કી કર્યું.

તા.1 જુલાઈ 2019ના વિચરતી જાતિના પ્રશ્નો જે વિભાગને અડે એ તમામ વિભાગ સાથે તેમણે બેઠક કરી. આ બેઠકમાં સૌથી અગત્યની જે વાત કરી તેના પરથી તેમની સંવેદનાનું પ્રમાણ મળે..

તેમણે કહ્યું, 'ગામને આ સમુદાયની વિગતો પુછવી હોય તો પુછજો પણ એમના પર આધાર ના રાખતા. આધાર વિચરતી જાતિનો જ લેજો.'

આનંદભાઈ તમે બરાબર વિચરતી જાતિને સમજ્યા. 

જે અધિકારી 1 જુલાઈની બેઠકમાં હાજર રહી શક્યા નહીં તેમની સાથે આજે બેઠક કરી..

ગઈ કાલથી તંત્રની આખી ટીમ ડફેર, વાદી, વાંસફોડા, બજાણિયા વગેરે સમુદાયોની વસાહતમાં ફરી રહી છે.

અરે જેસડામાં તો શૌચાલય માટેની સહાય માટે કેટલા વખતથી લખતા હતા તે ગઈ કાલે શૌચાલય માટેના ચેક સ્થાનિક કચેરીએ આપી દીધા.

આ બધુ કોઈ પ્રેરણા લઈ શકે એ માટે લખુ છું. કલેક્ટર જિલ્લાના રાજા.. એ પ્રજાની ચિંતા કરે એ ઈચ્છનીય.. અને એ દિશામાં કલેક્ટર શ્રી પાટણ છે.. એમની આ ભાવનાને સલામ..

બહુ ઓછા અધિકારી છે જેમના માટે વિશેષ માન છે. આપ પ્રત્યે વિશેષ માન અને આદર બેય. વિચરતી જાતિઓ સદાય આપની ઋણી રહેશે...

“When did we ever have the proofs of our identification, our entire life  has been  spent wandering around the wastelands. It was our good fate that almighty sent you and Tohidbhai otherwise who else was prepared to hold our hand. In fact, we have suffered a lot. The moment we saw someone dressed in Khakhi (colour synonymous to police uniform in India) we would run for our lives. But because of you  we are at peace now and life has offered us hope.”

“Ben, can you help us with land to build a house. How long will we stay in shanties like these?”

Lakhabhai Dafer a resident of Rajpur, Mehsana and many like him have weaved a dream of a home and keep requesting us for the same.

We have filed the applications  and submitted it to the concerned department however, for some or the other reasons the  applications are refusing to move forward to see the light of the day.

“We will get to stay in our own house in this lifetime, right?” curious  Lakhabhai and Dilabhai raise questions we have yet to find answer to.

“Ben, we even have voter ID cards now, so why is it so  difficult to find land for us??”  inquired Lakhabhai and others showing me their voter ID cards when I was at their settlement recently.

Honestly, I have now answers to all these questions. But, I wish these questions reach those concerned who have decided to remain blind to the plight of these families and turned a deaf ear to their repeated requests.

'સીમાડે રઝળતા અમારી કને અમારી ઓળખના એકેય આેધારો ચો હતા. એ તો હારા પરતાપ માલીકના કે તમન ન તોહીદભઈન મેલ્યા. નકર અમારુ કુણ ધણી થાતુ તુ. બહુ દુઃખ વેઠ્યું, જંગલી પ્રાણીઓ ઘોડે ખાખી વરદીન ભાળી ન નાહતા ફરતા પણ હવે બધી વાતનું હખ હ.'

'બેન રેવા બલ્લે જમીનું કોક કરી દો ન ચો હુદી ઓમ સાપરાંમો પડ્યા રેવાનું?'

મહેસાણાના રાજપુરમાં રહેતા લાખાભાઈ ડફેર અને તેમના જેવા બધાયની ઘર બાંધવા પોતાની જમીન મળે એવી એક જ વિંનંતી.

દરખાસ્ત આખી તૈયાર કરીને આપી દીધી છે પણ કોણ જાણે આ દરખાસ્તના નિકાલનું મુહરત નથી નીકળી રહ્યું.

લાખા ભાઈ અને દીલાભાઈ કહે એમ,

'અમારા જીવતા ઘર જડી તો જાહે ને?'

મનેય નથી ખબર શું થવાનું...

એમની વસાહતમાં ગયા ત્યારે લાખાભાઈને અન્ય સૌએ મતદારકાર્ડ બતાવ્યા અને કહ્યું, 'બેન હવ તો કેડેય જડી ગ્યા તોય ઘર કેમ નથી આલતા??'

જવાબ મારી પાસે નથી....

પણ હવે બહેરા કાનને આ અવાજ સંભળાય એમ ઈચ્છીએ...

 Amarapur Pati… Name is not unknown to the friends living in North Gujarat. Amrapur is known for different reasons but the people of the suburb Pati are loving and amazing.   

They got into robbery owing to the circumstances but now it is all past, if not, they will become past very soon.

You may call us Miyana or Sandhi or Dafer, but Ben we are all the same, said Sulemanbhai. He emphasised, “You have to come for the change of this village.” Umarbhai Dafer a fatherly person and Tohid became the reason. This village is near to the border of the desert and people had some meagre land too. But the land was salted. Due to the lack of facilities of water, there is no produce in the land except in monsoon. In the village, there are more than 80 families living in the houses made of twigs. Some people don’t even have the Voter ID, Ration Card and so on.

“Ben, can these shanties fight the hurricane?, you only tell, shouldn’t we get housese?” this is what Sulemanbhai felt. This feeling was conveyed to the Collector. The Collector told the Social Welfare officer to go immediately with the VSSM worker Mohanbhai. He started filling the forms of Caste certificate and applications for the allotment of plot. Pati is the great example of the work which can be done if the officer is sensitive. (Worker Mohanbhai with the official).

We will make arrangement for getting all the families their own houses and identity proofs in Pati. But we will also deepen the lake of the village too. And we will also put forth to the government that the water from the canal which is 3 kms away, to fill this lake. If this can be done then they can grow crops in all three seasons according to Sulemanbhai.

When we left Pati, a person in our acquaintace stopped us for tea. There, some person asked by hand gestures how come you come from this side. When we said that we had gone to Pati then he asked whether something big has happened. At that time I remembered the time when 2017 floods when we were going in the villages of Patan and Banaskantha. Farmers told in many villages when the water levels increased in the village, they released their buffaloes from the stable and the people of Pati tieed them in their stables. On the other hand, Sulemanbhai said, “Ben, we only released our buffaloes, then how can we tie other people’s buffaloes? Entire Pati was in water. We only left everything then how can we tie the buffaloes.

Really, we are all weird people. They might have made some thievery or loot, or worse comes to worse they might have been habitual criminals. But if the robber Vali can become a sage Valmiki then this village also can change. And the change is taking place too. 

But as per the known saying, even if the snake is gone but the trail is there, the same thing is happening with Pati. But everything will change, At the end, they are also our people only.

ડફેર ક્યો કે મિયાણા કે સંધી બધા અમે એક જ બેન એવું સુલેમાનભાઈએ કહ્યું ને ગામના સુધાર માટે તમારે આવવાનું છે તેવું ભારપૂર્વક કહ્યું. ઉમરભાઈ ડફેર મારા પિતાતુલ્ય ને કાર્યકર તોહીદ નિમિત્ત બન્યા. રણની કાંધીને અડીને આવેલા ગામના કેટલાક લોકો પાસે ખેતીલાયક આછી પાતળી જમીન ખરી. પણ જમીન ખારી અને પાણીની સગવડ ના હોવાના લીધે ચોમાસા સિવાય કશું પાકે નહીં. ગામમાં અંદાજે 80 ઉપરાંત પરિવારો ઘાસના છાપરાંમાં રહે. કેટલાક પાસે તો મતદારકાર્ડ, રેશનકાર્ડ એવુંએ ના મળે.

બેન વાવાઝોડા હામે આ છાપરાં ટક્કર લઈ હકે? તમે જ ક્યો. અમને ઘર ના મળવું જોઈએ. એવી સુલેમાનભાઈની લાગણી કલેક્ટર સાહેબ સુધી પહોંચાડીને કલેક્ટર સાહેબે સમાજકલ્યાણ અધિકારીને VSSMના કાર્યકર મોહનભાઈ સાથે તત્કાલ જવા કહ્યું ને ત્યાં જઈને તેમણે જાતિપ્રમાણપત્રના ફોર્મ ભરવાનું ને પ્લોટની માંગણી કરતી અરજીઓ કરવાનું કરી દીધુ. સંવેદનશીલ અધિકારી હોય તો કામ કેવું રૃડુ થાય એનું ઉદાહરણ પાટીમાં થવા જઈ રહેલું કામ છે. પાટીમાં રહેતા તમામના ઘર થાય સૌ પાસે પોતાની ઓળખના આધારો હોય એ તો કરીશું જ પણ. ગામનું તળાવ ઊંડુ કરવાનું કરીશું. ને એમાં ત્રણ કી.મી.દૂર પસાર થતી કેનાલનું પાણી નંખાય એવી રજૂઆત કરીશું તળાવ ભરેલું રહેશે તો સુલેમાનભાઈના કહેવા પ્રમાણે ખેતીની ત્રણ સીઝન લઈ શકાશે.

પાટીથી નીકળી વચ્ચે અમારા પરિચિત એક ભાઈએ તેમની લારી પર ચા પીવા રોક્યા ત્યાં એક ભાઈએ હાથથી ઈશારો કરીને આમ કઈ બાજુ એવું પુછ્યું. એમને જ્યારે પાટી ગયાનું કહ્યું ત્યારે, કેમ કાંઈ મોટુ કર્યું છે તેવું પુછ્યુ ત્યારે બનાસકાંઠામાં 2017માં આવેલા પુર પછી પાટણ અને બનાસકાંઠાના ગામોમાં ફરતા હોવાનો સમય યાદ આવ્યો. ઘણા ગામોમાં ખેડુતોએ પુરમાં પાણીનો આવરો વધ્યો એટલે અમે ખીલે બાંધેલી ભેંસો એમ જ છોડી દીધી તે એ બધીએ આ પાટીવાળીએ બાંધી લીધાની વાત કર્યાનું યાદ આવ્યું. સુલેમાનભાઈ કહે છે કે, બેન અમારી જ ભેંસો છોડી દીધેલી ત્યાં બીજાની લઈને બાંધવી ક્યાં. આખુ પાટી પાણીમાં હતું અમે જ આ બધુ મુકીને જતા રેલા ન્યાં ભેંસો ક્યાં બાંધવાના..

ખરેખર આપણે સૌ ગજબ છીએ. હશે ક્યાંક ચોરી કે લૂંટ વખાની મારી કરીએ લીધી હશે અરે માનીલો કે આ ગામમાં રીઢા ગુનેગારોય હશે પણ વાલીઓ વાલ્મીકી થઈ શકે તો આ ગામમાંય બદલાવ આવી શકે અને બદલાવ છે પણ ખરો.

પણ પેલી કહેવત છે ને સાપ ગ્યાને લીસોટા રહી ગયા બસ એવું જ ક્યાંક પાટીનું છે... પણ બદલીશું બધુંએ... આખરે એ પણ આપણા જ છે ને....

Halimaben Dafer sharing her story with Mittal Patel

Halimaben Dafer. She lives in a village called Wamaj in Kadi Taluka. Police destroyed their shanties and created havoc. They broke and spilled all the things in the the shanty. Village people also told the Dafers to leave the village. Dilabhai who had been living in the village since last 10 years, requested but the village people said a straight no. In this duration, everyone from the Danga had to go for a relative’s wedding, and the people burnt their shanties. They lost all the support. Now the big  question’s about where to live. Right now they are literally wandering from a village boundary to the other in the search of a dwelling place.

Halimaben’s husband once robbed due to poverty, Then he started doing hard work and earned but now if your name is on the police records you have to clean it. So, the fieldworker Tohid and leader Dilabhai made the Rasoolbhai surrender to Mehsana SP. Now there was a question of earning the livelihood. Halimaben does agricultural labour when she gets the work but now they don’t have a place to live so she is not even getting the labour work. Their son aged 21 died due to kidney failure. They have four yound daughters in the house and the earning member Rasoolbhai is in the jail.

But people from this Danga have so much self respect that they have not urged us for help. They only told us, “ben, make arrangements so that we can get the place to live soon.” But when I talked to young daughters of Halimaben I came to know about the food crisis in the house. So, we gave them grain enough till then they can get employment again.

When I asked Dilabhai whether he needs anything, he said no. I knew that he also doesn’t have anything but he feels that those things should be given to somebody who needs more than he does. 

What a kind of people I get to meet? And there is lot to learn from them. But Mother Nature, I pray to you to get these communities out of their hardships…

હલીમાબેન #ડફેર. કડી તાલુકના વામજમાં રહેતા. પણ #પોલીસે આવીને એમના છાપરાં પર કાળો કેર વર્તાવ્યો. છાપરાં ને સાથે એમાં મુકેલી વસ્તુઓ ઢોળી, તોડી નાખી. ગામે પણ ડફેરોને જગ્યા છોડી જતા રહેવા કહ્યું. 10 વર્ષથી વામજમાં રહેતા દીલાભાઈએ ગામને ઘણી વિનંતી કરી પણ ગામે નનૈયો જ ભણ્યો. એવામાં સંબધીના ત્યાં લગ્નમાં ડંગામાં રહેતા તમામને જવાનું થયું ને પાછળથી એમના છાપરાં સળગાવી દીધા. રહેવા માટેનો હવે કોઈ જ આશરો નહીં. ક્યાં જઈને રહેવું તે પ્રશ્ન મોટો છે. હાલ તો અલગઅલગ ગામોની સીમમાં રીતસર રઝળી રહ્યા છે.

હલીમાબેનના ઘરવાળાએ વખાના માર્યા લૂંટ કરેલી. એ પછી મહેનતનો રોટલો રળતા થયા પણ એક વખત પોલીસના ચોપડે નામ ચડ્યુ તે ચોખ્ખા તો થવું પડે. કાર્યકર તોહીદે અને આગેવાન દીલાભાઈએ રસુલભાઈને મહેસાણા એસ.પી. સામે હાજર કરી દીધા. હવે પ્રશ્ન આવ્યો ઘર ચલાવવાનો. આમ તો હલીમાબેન ખેતમજુરી મળે ત્યારે મજુરી કરે જ પણ હાલ તો રહેવાનું જ ઠેકાણું નથી ને મજુરીએ મળતી નથી. 21 વર્ષના જુવાન દીકરાની બે કીડની ખરાબ થઈ ગઈ તે એ હમણાં જ ગુજરી ગયો. ઘરમાં ચાર નાની દીકરીઓ છે. કમાવવાવાળા રસુલભાઈ જેલમાં છે.

પણ આ ડંગાના ખુદ્દાર એકેય માણસે અમારી પાસે મદદ માટે આજીજી નથી કરી. બેન ઝટ રહેવા જગ્યા જડે એમ કરજો એવી જ એમની વિનતી હતી. પણ હલીમાબેનની નાની દીકરીઓ સાથે વાત કરી ઘરમાં અનાજ પાણીની સ્થિતિ ખબર પડી. એટલે અમને આપી જતા માણસોએ આપેલા અનાજમાંથી ખેતીમાં ફેર મજુરી મળતી થાય ત્યાં સુધી ચાલે એટલું આપ્યું.

દીલાભાઈને જરૃર છે એવું પુછ્યુ તો એમણે લેવાની જ ના પાડી. જાણું છુ એમના ત્યાંય એવું કશું નથી પણ મારાથીએ તકલીફવાળાને આપજોની ભાવના...

કેવા ભાતભાતના માણસોને મળવાનું થાય છે ને શીખીએ છીએ એમના પાસેથી ઘણું બધુ.. પણ હે કુદરત હવે આ જાતિઓને એ જે પીડા વેઠે છે એમાંથી મુક્તી આપવા પ્રાર્થુ છુ....
