in Amreli district

45 Devipujak families reside  Samdhiyana village in Amreli’s Bagasara block. The families who earn subsistence living through their work as farm labour had erected huts while  some had built  mud houses as well,  but the issue was about the ownership of land. In 2007 with an objective to allot plots the administration had processed affidavits for 14 out of 45 families, they were also informed that the plots have been allotted but where have these plots been allotted is still not known.

“Please find us place to build our homes,” was the request by all when I recently met these families in Samdhiyana.

An appeal requesting allotment of plots to these families has already been sent to Mamlatdar’s office by VSSM team member Rameshbhai. Applications for the same will be sent within the next couple of days.

We hope these families’ request for allotment of plots meets favourable response very soon.

અમરેલીના બગસરાના સમઢિયાળા ગામમાં 45 દેવીપૂજક પરિવારો વર્ષોથી રહે છે.

ખેતરમાં મજૂરી કરીને ગુજારો કરતા આ પરિવારોએ વર્ષો પહેલાં સરકારી જમીનમાં માથુ ઢાંકી શકાય તે માટેના ઝૂંપડાં બાંધેલા. એમાંથી કેટલાકે ગાર માટીના ઘરો બાંધ્યા પણ મૂળ પ્રશ્ન માલીકીની જમીન નહીં હોવાનો.

2007માં 45માંથી 14 પરિવારોને વહીવટીતંત્રએ ખાતેદાર થવા માટેનું કબુલાયતનામુ પણ કરાવેલું. જે ફોટોમાં દેખાય છે. આ કબલાતનામુ થયા પછી આ પરિવારોને પ્લોટ ફાળવાઈ ગયા તેવું કહેવામાં આવ્યું પણ પ્લોટ ક્યાં ફાળવાયા તેની જગ્યા તેમને આજ સુધી ખબર નથી.

સમઢિયાળાના આ પરિવારોને મળવાનું થયું. સૌની એક જ રજૂઆત અમારા નામે રહેવાની જગ્યા મળે તેવી હતી. આ પરિવારોની પ્લોટની માંગણી કરતી અરજી તો VSSM ના કાર્યકર રમેશ દ્વારા કલેક્ટર તેમજ મામલતદાર કચેરીમાં થઈ ગઈ છે.

દરખાસ્ત પણ બે દિવસમાં પૂર્ણ કરીને કચેરીમાં આપીશું.આ પરિવારોની વિનવણી તેમને ઝડપથી પ્લોટ ફાળવવાની ફળે તેમ ઈચ્છીએ..
