Nomads always demand to get the grain-giving card and not the empty ration card. 

It is easier to get the ration card in villages but it is excruciatingly difficult to get the ration card in the city like Ahmedabad. 

We applied to get 250 ration cards two and half years ago. But we got none.

The officials conveniently ignored the resolution of providing the ration cards to nomadic communities on the basis of voter id. 

What else the official wanted beside having Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Bank account and an affidavit of not having ration card anywhere in India?

There was a fat file of follow ups. People were frustrated. Somebody like Karshan Kaka would say, “Ben, does this official have to give the card from his personal storage that he is not giving us?”

Isn’t it pity that we need to tell the chief minister for the ration card. 

That also we did for many times and eventually, the order was given from there only. At the end, out of 250, 10 Devipoojak fam

ilies from Odhav got ration cards at first. 

After many efforts, the grain-giving card is not given. Thus, Savitaben who was making roti showed the roti and said, “ ben, give us ration card which can give us these grains, then we will be relieved.”

Here is a photo of the happy families when they had got voter id cards. We can also see Karshankaka who had come to the office all the way from the settlement in Odhav. 

રેશનકાર્ડનો સીધો સંબંધ રોટલા સાથે..

ઠાલુ #રેશનકાર્ડ નહીં પણ અનાજ આપે એવું આપોની માંગ #વિચરતી જાતિ હંમશાં કરે.

ગામોમાં રેશનકાર્ડ કઢાવવું પ્રમાણમાં સહેલું પણ #અમદાવાદ શહેરમાં તોબા થઈ જાય.

અમે 250 રેશનકાર્ડ માટે અરજી કરે અઢી વર્ષ થયા. પણ રેશનકાર્ડ નીકળે નહીં.

વિચરતી જાતિને મતદારકાર્ડના આધારે રેશનકાર્ડ આપવાનો #ઠરાવ તો અધિકારી ઘોળીને પી ગયા.

#આધારકાર્ડ, મતદારકાર્ડ, #બેંકમાં ખાતુને દુનિયામાં ક્યાંય પણ રેશનકાર્ડ ના ધરાવતા હોવાનું સોગંદનામુ પુરતુ હતું પણ કોણ જાણે અધિકારીને શું જોતું હતું. 

સતત ફોલોઅપની એક આખી જાડી ફાઈલ થઈ. લોકો હતાશ થઈ ગયેલા બેન કાર્ડ નહીં મળે આ અધિકારીઓને ક્યાં એમના ગુંજામાંથી કાઢી આલવા સે તે નથી દેતા એવુંએ કરશનકાકા જેવા તો કહી દે પણ...

રેશનકાર્ડ માટે રાજ્યના મુખ્યમંત્રીને રજૂઆત કરવી પડે કરુણતા કહેવાય ને?

પણ એ કરી ને એય પાછી ઘણીવાર અને આખરે ત્યાંથી જ આદેશ થયોને 250માંથી ઓઢવમાં રહેતા 10 #દેવીપૂજક પરિવારોને પહેલાં કાર્ડ મળ્યા.

હા અનાજ મળે એવું કાર્ડ નથી મળ્યું એટલે રોટલા કરતા સવિતાબહેને રોટલો બતાવતા કહ્યું, ‘આ દાણા જડે એવું કાર્ડ કાઢી દયો બેન તો હખવારો થાય.’

#મતદારકાર્ડ મળ્યા ત્યારે આ પરિવારો રાજી થયેલા એ તસવીર ને રેશનકાર્ડ મળ્યું એટલે કરશનકાકાને વસાહતના બીજા ઓઢવથી છેક ઓફીસ કહેવા આવેલા તે જોઈ શકાય છે.

Dafer families from Wamaj are forced to vacate the place even after the assurance from higher police authorities...

Take your baggage and vacate the village within two days!

“But Sahab, we have been staying in Vamaj village, protecting the boundaries of your village since last 15 years. Now where will we go?” 

“Go wherever you want to, at any cost, police should not come to the village due to you people!”

Parole Wanted Police destroyed the Danga of Dafers on 14th May and whatever they told to the village people, entire village said no to keep these Dafer families.          

Range IG Jadeja Sir an d DSP S.P. Sir also talked to the people of the village. They gave assurance that now the police will not harass but the people are still not ready. Our heartfelt thanks to these officers who genuinely took the action about the harassment of the Dafers. But it is difficult to convince the people of the village. 

Dilabhai has been protecting the village boundaries since last 15 years. Nobody from his family is a criminal. But they have to leave the village now due to the behaviour of the police. 

Police are supposed to be in the role of a protector. But whatever they did in Wamaj became the reason for the hard times of these innocent families.       

Where to go is the question of these Dafer families which I am asking the entire police department.

Also, I tell the people, who destroyed the Danga of Dafers and instigated the villagers, to put themselves in the shoes of these families and be a human. 

Three months ago, when I had gone to Wamaj, Dilabhai had shown the bike which he had bought from his hard earned savings. He also had told me to give the loans in order to buy an autorickshaw for his son. But before we could do anything, look what callous behaviour police did to the eight families like Dilabhai’s. We had a great talks when we had met, which can be seen in the photo. 

If these people from shanties would have been cruel criminals, then how would they have been living like this? They would have bought the house in Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad and bought a car. 

I will again tell the police to find the real criminal but not to trouble the innocent.  

‘તમારા લબાચા લઈને બે દાડામાં ગામ ખાલી કરો.’

‘પણ સાહેબ અમે 15 વરહથી વામજમાં જ રઈએ સીએ ને તમારી સીમ હંભાળીએ સીએ તે હવે ચા જઈએ.’

‘જ્યાં જવું હોય ત્યાં જાવ પણ હવે તમારા કારણે અમારા ગામમાં પોલીસ આવે એ અમને ના પોષાય.’

14 મેના પેરોલ વોન્ટેડ પોલીસે #ડફેરના ડંગામાં આવીને જે તોડફોડ કરી અને પછી ગ્રામજનોને જે પણ કહ્યું હોય તે આખા ગામે ડફેરને રાખવાની ના પાડી દીધી.

રેન્જ #આઈજી જાડેજા સાહેબ અને મહેસાણા ડી.એસ.પી. એસ.પી. સાહેબે પણ ગામલોકો સાથે વાત કરી ને હવે પોલીસ હેરાન નહીં કરેની ખાત્રી આપી છતાં ગામલોકો માનવા તૈયાર નથી. આ અધિકારીઓનો અમે હૃદયપૂર્વક આભાર માનીએ છીએ એમણે ખરેખર દીલથી ડફેર પર થયેલા અત્યાર માટે યોગ્ય પગલાં લીધા પણ ગામને સમજાવવું મુશ્કેલ બની રહ્યું છે.

15 વર્ષથી સીમ સાચવતા દીલાભાઈ ને એમના પરિવારના એકેય વ્યક્તિ ગુનેગાર નથી પણ પોલીસની આ વર્તુણકના કારણે આજે તેમને ઘર છોડવાનો વારો આવ્યો.

પોલીસને રક્ષકની જેમ વર્તવા કહીએ છીએ. વામજમાં જે કાળો કેર વર્તાવ્યો એનું પરિણામ આ નિર્દોષ પરિવારોને ભોગવવાનું થયું. 

ક્યાં ગામમાં જઈએ એ પ્રશ્ન ડફેર પરિવારોનો છે.... ને એજ પ્રશ્ન હું સમગ્ર પોલીસ વિભાગને પુછી રહી છું.

ને સાથે ડફેર પરિવારની જગ્યાએ જેમણે પર ડંગામાં જઈને તોડફોડ કરી અને ગામલોકોને ભેર

વ્યા તેમને ડફેરની જગ્યાએ તમારી જાતને મુકવા કહુ છું ને સાથે માણસ થવા પણ કહુ છું...

ત્રણેક મહિના પહેલાં વામજમાં ગઈ ત્યારે દીલાભાઈએ મહેનત કરીને બચતમાંથી ખરીદેલું બાઈક બતાવ્યું ને સાથે લોન આપવા પણ કહેલું જેથી છોકરાંને રીક્ષા અપાવી શકે હજુ આ બધુ પતે એ પહેલાં જુઓને દીલાભાઈ ને તેમના જેવા 8 પરિવારો પર કેવો કાળો કેર વર્તાવ્યો. એ વખતે મળ્યા ત્યારે કેવી સરસ આનંદથી વાતો કરેલી એ ને એ લોકો જેમાં રહે છે તે છાપરાં પણ ફોટોમાં જોઈ શકાય છે. 

આ છાપરાંવાળા આવા જબરા ચોર હોત તો આવામાં સુકામ પડ્યા રેત. અત્યાર સુધીમાં ગાંધીનગર ને #અમદાવાદમાં બંગલાને ગાડી ના ખરીદી લીધી હોત.

પોલીસને ફરી કહીશ સાચા ગુનેગાર પાસે જાવ આવા નિર્દોષને હેરાન ના કરો.

Story of Co-operative people of Jadiya Village...

“Real work is done and we all are happy.  If we won’t save water then what will we give to posterity? If you go a bit ahead from our village, Rajasthan region starts. It is a completely arid and dry area. By doing the work of water you did a real thing!” Dalpatbhai from Jadiya village of Dhanera block of Banaskantha district said this and it made me happy!

We have been digging lakes since last two years. In that, we incur the expense of diesel of JCB and people from the village provide tractors. When the soil is fertile then the farmers lift it with zeal but once there is murram or sand, who will carry it?  This is an everyday issue and they throw tantrums to provide tractors. Residents of Jadiya believe that it is their duty to carry the soil be it Murram or sand. We were amazed to see many tractors queued up. We get fed up convincing people but here the scenario was different. 

Lake Deepening Work

People use sand and Murram to fill the pits which had taken place due to July 2017 floods, to repair the roads, and to repair the soil erosion in front of their houses.    

We talked to them about making some channels of 3 ft breadth and 4 ft depth to store the water in the boundaries of the fields. They have shown the readiness for that at the moment. 

If people of the village can give more support, make a contribution then this work will be even better. We are going to convene Gram Sabha for the same and tell them to make a charity contribution for water. 

There are families from Vadi community who live in Jadiya. They suffered a great loss in floods. Village gave them plots. But now there is a small water channel, so village will give them another place to stay.   So, this lake will become a reason for everyone’s wellbeing. Thank you to all the loved ones.We are grateful to the village! We thank our entire team who tirelessly work in 42 degrees of heat.   

'અસલ કોમ થાય સે બેન અમે બધા રાજી અન તમે હવે હાચું કીધું પોણી નહિ બચાઈ તો પાસલી પરજા ન હું આલશું? અમાર ગોમથી થોડા આગળ હેંડો એટલ રાજસ્થોન શરૂ થઇ જાય તોનો વિસ્તાર હાવ હુકો ભટ પડ્યો સે. એટલ પોણીનું કોમ કરીને તમે અસલ કર્યું. ' બનાસકાંઠાના ધાનેરા તાલુકાના જડિયા ગામના દલપતભાઈ એ આ વાત કરી સાંભળી ને રાજી થવાયું.

આમ તો છેલ્લા બે વર્ષથી તળાવ ખોદાવીયે. એમાં jcb ના ડિઝલનો ખર્ચ અમારો ને માટી ઉપાડવા ટ્રેક્ટર ગામ લોકો આપે. આમ ફળદ્રુપ માટી હોય તો ખેડૂત હોંશે હોંશે ઉપાડે પણ મરોડ કે રેત નીકળે તો કોણ ઉપાડે? એ પ્રશ્ન હંમેશા થાય ને ટ્રેક્ટર મુકવામાં ઠાગા ઠૈયા કરે. આવામાં મરોડ હોય કે રેત અમારા માથે ઉપાડવાનું કામ છે તે ઉપડવાનું આવું જડિયાવાસી માને એટલે એક jcb સામે ટ્રેક્ટરની લાઈનો લાગેલી જોઈને વાહ બોલાઈ ગયું. કેમ કે બીજા ગામમાં ક્યારેક સમજાવીને થાકી જઇયે જયારે અહીંનો નજારો જુદો હતો.

રેત, મરોડ ગામમાં જુલાઈ 2017માં આવેલા પૂરથી પડેલા ખાડા પુરવા રસ્તા રીપેર કરવા, ઘરની આગળ થયેલા ધોવાણને ઠીક કરવા ગામલોકો લઇ જાય. અદભુત ગામ.

ખેતરની અંદર શેઢાની બાજુમાં ત્રણ ફુટ પહોળી અને 4 ફુટ ઊંડી ચેનલ બનાવી ગામનું પાણી ગામમાં સમાવવા બાબતે વાત કરી. એમણે હાલ પૂરતી તો એ માટે તૈયારી બતાવી છે.

હાલ મળે છે એનાથી વધુ સહયોગ ગામ કરશે, ફાળો ભેગો કરશે તો કામ વધુ સરસ થશે. અમે એ માટે ગ્રામસભાનું આયોજન કરવાના ને એમાં પાણી માટે ધર્માદુ ભેગું કરવા કહીશું.

જડિયામાં વાદી પરિવારો રહે એ નીચાણ વાળા વિસ્તારમાં રહે પૂરના પાણીમાં એમને ખુબ નુકશાન થયું. ગામે એમને પ્લોટ આપ્યા. પણ હવે ત્યાં પાણીનો વોળો છે એટલે ગામ હવે એમને બીજે જગ્યા આપશે. આમ તળાવ એ ગામના તમામના હિતમાં નિમિત્ત બનનારું સાબિત થશે.

આ કાર્યમાં મદદ કરનાર સૌ પ્રિયજનોનો આભાર.. ગામનો આભાર ને દિવસ રાત આમ તો 42 ડિગ્રીમાં જરાય થાક્યા વગર કામ કરતી અમારી ટીમનો આભાર.

ટીવીમો તમન જોઈન રાજી થ્યા. મારી ઉંમર તમન લાગી જાય હો(સો) વર(વર્ષ)ની કર તન. ન ખુબ કોમ કર. એવા આશિર્વાદ પુનીબેને ને નેનીબેને આપ્યા.
દુધાભાઈએ કહ્યું તમે હોવ ન બાવરીનો સમાવેશ વિચરતીમાં થાય બાકી આટલા વર્ષ થ્યા બાવરીનો ઉલ્લેખ થાય એ માટે મથતા મથતા પણ vssmના કારણે મારવાડી દેવીપૂજકના પર્યાય તરીકે બાવરીનો ઉમેરો થયો.
આભાર સૌ પ્રિયજનો... આ સન્માન રાષ્ટ્રપતિએ કરેલા સન્માન જેટલું જ ચડિયાતું.. આદરભાવ...

Amazing co-operation of Bhesana Village to VSSM Water Management Program...

We decided to dig out lake in Bhesana, and village extended us great cooperation. Expenditure of Rs. 7. 5 lakh by organisation and 5 lakh by village. Apart from that Rs. 5 lakh village even agreed to bear the expense for the transportation of soil, food expense of our field workers and JCB drivers.

With that the expense of Rs. 12.5 lakh and much more, the work of giving back water to the land of Bhesana village is being executed.

If we get such a great support just like what we got from Bhesana, then we can do wonders. 

We thank you all near and dear ones, who have helped us in this task.

We will give remembrance to our dear Pradipbhai Shah by digging lake in Bhesana village.

#ભેંસાણામાં તળાવ ખોદાવવાનું નક્કી કર્યું ને ગામે પણ અદભુત સહયોગ કર્યો. સાડા સાત લાખ સંસ્થા અને પાંચ લાખ ગામ ખર્ચ કરશે. આ પાંચ લાખ ઉપરાંત માટી ઉપાડવા ટ્રેક્ટર, અમારા કાર્યકર અને જેસીબી ચાલકોનો ભોજનખર્ચ પણ ગામે ઉપાડ્યો.

આમ દેખીતી રીતે ૧૨.૫૦ લાખ અને એ સિવાયના પણ ઘણા ખર્ચે ભેંસાણામાં ધરતીને ફરી એનું પાણી પાછુ આપવા માટેનું કામ થઈ રહ્યું છે.

Makhanu is wonderful village.  Village sarpanch Bhanabhai and panchayat was on toes to dig lake in the village. ‘If our village lake will be much deeper than in rains when village and schools are filled with five to seven feet high water levels, and approximately fifty houses tend to be in water, that issue can be solved.’

Such a wonderful coordination village have!! A family of Goswami Ganeshbhai, who is economically not sound and his house is in down town. In monsoon outside their house, water clogging happens…In such a situation villagers filled sand in front of his house, which was excavated from the lake. So that the porch would not be clogged of water. 

Ganeshbhai greeted us with nice cup of tea. With that he even called a meeting for the recommendation to take care of our workers and also to see that there is no issue relating to tractors while the process of digging lake is being done. 

Whole village is happy because of the excavation of a lake.
700 to 1000 feet deep water levels will come up, for that lake will be really useful.
We thank kind villagers of Makahanu village…We also thank all the dear ones who have helped, in this task of digging lake.

મખાણુ ખુબ સરસ ગામ. તળાવ ખોદાવવા માટે ગામના સરપંચ ભાણાભાઈ અને પંચાયતના તમામ સભ્યો તત્પર. અમારા ગામનું તળાવ ઊંડું થાય તો વરસાદમાં અમારા ગામમાં અને નિશાળમાં પાંચથી સાત ફૂટ પાણી પડ્યા રહે અને લગભગ પચાસ ઘર પાણીમાં હોય છે આ તકલીફ નહીં રહે.

 ગામની સમરસતા કેવી સરસ ગામમાં રહેતા આર્થિક રીતે નબળા પરિવાર એવા ગોસ્વીમી ગણેશગરનું ઘર નીચાણમાં. ચોમાસામાં એમના ઘર બહાર પાણી ભરાઈ રહે.. આવી સ્થિતિમાં તળાવમાંથી નીકળેલી માટીથી ગણેશભાઈના ઘર આગળ પુરાણ કર્યું જેથી એમનું ફળિયું પાણીથી ના ભરાય.

ગણેશભાઈએ સરસ ચા પીવડાવી. સાથે ગામના તમામ સાથે તળાવ ખોદાય એ દરમ્યાન ટ્રેક્ટરનો તુટો ના પડે એ જોવા ને અમારા કાર્યકરની દેખભાળ કરવાની ભલામણ કરવા બેઠક કરી.

A demand of having the benefits in ' Pandit din dayal
aavas yojana' as 'Pradhanmantri aavas yojana'
was fullfilled

‘We are also there (we do exist) ’ under that name, a appeal was done. And under that appeal 2nd one from the demands of increasing help (funds) for a house, was fulfilled by government.  A demand of having the same benefits in ‘Pandit din dayal aavas yojana’ as ‘Pradhanmantri aavas yojana’, was fulfilled today. 

 Really ‘we exist’, was considered.

We do thank government…

Still there is lot more left but now we have faith that everything will be fulfilled.

Now houses won’t be left half way.

We are glad to hear this…

'અમે પણ છીયે' એવા નામ હેઠળ કરેલો ટંકાર ને એ ટંકારમાં મુકેલી માંગણીઓમાંની બીજા નંબર ની મકાન સહાયમાં વધારાની માંગ સરકારે મંજૂર કરી. પ્રધાનમંત્રી આવાસ યોજના જેટલી જ સહાય પંડિત દિન દયાળ આવાસ યોજનામાં થાય એ માંગ આજે પુરી કરી.
સાચે અમે છીયે ની નોંધ લેવાઈ.
સરકારનો આભાર.

With that whatever we could collect, we thank you all our loved ones…We need 10 lakhs for Mehul’s treatment on the other side we could collect 2.25 lakh from the Facebook post. And Mehul’s father gathered more 3 lakhs from other near ones. Still we require lot more money.

But you all helped us just like ‘Many drops can make a lake’ and within no time 2.25 lakh we could collect. We are glad to see that ‘Humanity is still alive’. You all gave excellent example by proving that.

When I went to Khanpur village of Tharad, instead of asking first about my health Nagajibhai gave Rs. 500 directly by saying ‘Ben, this is for Mehul’. And when I was leaving from Khanpur, I met Navinbhai and he also gave Rs. 500 for Mehul.

I couldn’t write names of all dear ones but in this excellent work of huminity,we all are standing by Mehul. That gave courage to Mehul’s father Pareshbhai and Mehul’s wife.

We wish he would be fine with that prayer we request you all to do little help as well.

એમ જે ભેગું થયું એ માટે આભાર સૌ પ્રિયજનોનો... મેહુલની સારવાર માટે જરૂર છે 10 લાખ રૂપિયાની એની સામે ફેસબુકમાં અહીંયા મુકેલી પોસ્ટથી 2.25લાખ ભેગા થયા. 3 લાખ અન્ય સ્વજનો પાસેથી મેહુલના પિતાએ ભેગા કર્યા. હજુ પણ ઘણા રૂપિયાની જરૂર છે. 

પણ આપ સૌએ ટીપે ટીપે સરોવર ભરાય એમ શક્ય મદદ કરીને જોત જોતામાં સવા બે લાખ ભેગા થયા. આંનદ માનવતા જીવે છે એનું ઉત્તમ ઉદાહરણ પૂરું પડ્યું.

થરાદના ખાનપુર ગામમાં ગઈ તો સૌથી પહેલા નાગજીભાઈ એ ખબર અંતર પૂછવાની જગ્યાએ 500 રૂપિયા આપી દીધા બેન મેહુલ માટે. અને ખાનપુરથી નીકળતા નવીનભાઈ મળ્યા જેમણે પણ 500 આપ્યા મેહુલ માટે. 

તમામ સ્વજનોના નામ નથી લખી શકી પણ માનવતા ના આ ઉત્તમ કાર્યમાં આપણે સૌ મેહુલની પડખે છીયે એનાથી મેહુલના પિતા પરેશભાઈ અને મેહુલની પત્નીને હિંમત મળી.

એ સાજો થાય એ માટે પ્રાર્થનાની સાથે સાથે નાની સી મદદ કરવા પણ વિન્નતી. 

જે શક્ય બને એ ખુલ્લા મનથી આપવા અનુરોધ.

પરેશભાઈ પણ આભાર વ્યક્ત કરે છે ને મારામાં આપ સૌએ દાખવેલી શ્રદ્ધા માટે પણ પ્રણામ.

Mehul Oad is flinging between life and death

Pareshbhai Oad’s son, Mehul is flinging between life and death. He is from the Virsad village of Aanad. Pareshbhai has worked in different organisations for society’s upliftment for his whole life. And in that he couldn’t really do savings during his career. Mehul, his eldest son is a truck driver. He had stomach ache, which increased and Pareshbhai’s all savings were spent in the treatment. Mehul can be cured but doctor said its 10 lakh of expenditure. Now Pareshbhai doesn’t have single penny to give. Through ‘Government Trust organisation’  his treatment got done but his body didn't support and this case was getting worst day by day. Mehul’s situation is better with the treatment of his current doctor.  now operation is going to take place but this expense is excruciating.  On top of that many people suggest to  take Mehul to this place and that place where treatment  is much  cheaper. But now Pareshbhai has lost his courage. Whatever expense it would be we will request society for that but anyhow we will try our best to save him. 

Mehul Oad is completely on bed rest

If they won’t be able to facilitate then in front of his own eyes, his own son will…Mehul is completely on bed rest. And his little 2 years old daughter Ayushi  everyday looks at him so steadily and waiting for that when her father will hold her and lift her in his lap.

 Today Pareshbhai came to office to ask for help. Amount is big.  We will help as much as we can but I think today we should  all stand by Pareshbhai with all our courage. Pareshbhai has also appealed for help in the video. 

‘Gram Bharati Amrapur’ is a well established organisation where Pareshbhai studied. As being former student of this organisation, principal and others are helping Pareshbhai in this situation. But still expenditure is much more. If we get more helping hands then only situation can be sorted otherwise….

The amount equivalent to bill of one desired meal at hotel can also be good enough for Pareshbhai. Just like many small drops can make a lake, same way Pareshbhai will get money and Mehul’s operation would be done and he would be doing alright.

આણંદના વીરસદગામના પરેશભાઈ ઓડનો દીકરો મેહુલ આજે મોત સામે ઝઝૂમી રહ્યો છે. પરેશભાઈ આખી જીંદગી જુદી જુદી સંસ્થામાં છેવાડના માણસોના ઉત્કર્ષ માટે કાર્યરત રહ્યા. ને એમાં બચત ખાસ કરી શક્યા નહીં. મેહુલ મોટો દીકરો ટ્ર્ક ડ્રાઈવર. પેટમાં દુખાવો થયો ને એમાઁથી બિમારી એવી વધી કે પરેશભાઈની તમામ બચત ખાલી થઈ ગઈ. 

મહેુલ સાજો થઈ શકે તેવી સ્થિતિ છે પણ દસ લાખનો ડોક્ટર ખર્ચ કહે છે. પરેશભાઈ પાસે તો હવે એક રૃપિયોએ નથી. સરકારી ટ્રસ્ટ સંચાલિત દવાખાનામાં સારવાર થઈ ને મેહુલના શરીરે સાથ ના આપતા કેસ બગડતો ગયો. હવે જે ડોક્ટર પાસે મેહુલ છે તેનાથી સ્થિતિ સુધરી છે. હવે ઓપરેશન કરવાનું છે પણ આ ખર્ચ. વળી ઘણાય લોકો કે છે કે મેહુલ ને ફલાણી જગ્યાએ લઇ જાવ સસ્તી સારવાર થશે. પણ હવે પરેશભાઈ ની હિંમત તૂટી છે. જે ખર્ચ થાય એ સમાજ સામે હાથા જોડી કરીશું પણ હવે એ બચે એ માટે કોશિશ કરવી છે.

સગવડ ના થાય તો પોતાના દીકરાને પોતાની નજર સામે જ..... મેહુલ પથારીવશ છે ને એની દીકરી આયુષી સાવ નાનકડી બે જ વર્ષની રોજ અનીમેષ નજરે પિતા સામે ક્યારે પપ્પા ઊઠે ને ગોદીમાં તેડે એની રાહ જુએ છે પણ....

Devipoojak families built their houses from the tin containers which they collect from the scrap and sell it to poor people as their occupation. It is difficult to spend all three seasons in these houses made up of tin containers. 

But this is the life and no one complains about it.

These families living on the road side in Chotila are told to vacate the land they are living on by the people and the local authority. According to them this land is owned by somebody else. 

Our these families don’t want to possess anyone else’s land. But till when they are supposed to wander around with their belongings?

We have requested the collector and Mamlatdar to give permanent residential plots to these families.  We have submitted the detailed application with all required documents long time ago but in vain. 

where to throw (dump)these miserable kids of these sobbing families? I am emphasising the words dumping because these people are in the situation worse than the luggage. Luggage belongs to somebody and it is taken care of. But our families are continuously othered. Instead of giving BPL or Antyodaya Ration Card, these families are given the cards which can only give them Kerosene. This is inhuman and must not be tolerated

પતરાંના ડબ્બા ભંગારમાં ભેગા કરી તેમાંથી ડબ્બા બનાવી ગરીબ માણસોને વેચવાનું કામ કરતા #દેવીપૂજક પરિવારો એ ડબ્બામાંથી જ પોતાનું ઘર બનાવે. આમ તો આ પતરાંના ડબ્બામાંથી બનાવેલા ઘરમાં ત્રણેય રૃતુ કાઢવી મુશ્કેલ. 

પણ #જીવતર જ એવું છે કે આ બધાની કાેઈ ફરિયાદ નથી.

#ચોટીલામાં રોડની બાજુમા વર્ષોથી રહેતા આ પરિવારોને હવે #જમીન ખાલી કરીને જવાનું સ્થાનિક #અધિકારી અને અન્ય વ્યક્તિઓએ કહી દીધુ છે. એમના કહેવા પ્રમાણે જમીન કોઈકની માલીકીની છે.

અમારા આ પરિવારોને કોઈની જમીન જોતીએ નથી. પણ ક્યાં સુધી લબાચા લઈને આમથી તેમ રઝળ્યા કરવાનું?

#કલેકટર શ્રી અને #મામલતદાર શ્રીને આ પરિવારોને કાયમી રહેણાંક અર્થે પ્લોટ આપવા વિનંતી કરી છે. દરખાસ્તો ને અન્ય વિગતો તૈયાર કરીને આપે ઘણો સમય થયો પણ કશું થઈ નથી રહ્યું.

રોક્કડ કરતા આ પરિવારોના બાલબચ્ચાને અહીંયાથી ઊઠાડીને ક્યાં નાખવાના છે તે પણ આ તંત્ર કહે... નાખવાનો શબ્દ ભારપૂર્વક વાપરુ છું. કારણ આ પરિવારોની દશા તો આ સામાન કરતાંય બદતર છે. સામાન તો કોઈની માલીકીનો હોય ને એની ચિંતાએ હોય પણ અમારા આ પરિવારો સાથે તો સતત ઓરમાયુ વર્તન થાય છે.. આવી દશામાં રહેતા પરિવારોને #બીપીએલ કે #અંત્યોદય #રેશનકાર્ડ આપવાની જગ્યાએ નકરુ કેરોસીન મળે એવા કાર્ડ આપ્યા છે.. આ બધુ જ અમાનવીય અને ના ચાલે તેવું.....

સરકાર જાગે એવી અપેક્ષા
