Teamwork is essential for the success of any task. A person can accomplish limited work alone, but together as a team, one can overcome the most difficult challenges. When we started working with wandering communities in 2006, there was no such team. The strong team and VSSM were established in 2010.
Even though there were ups and downs in the team, whenever it was needed, the whole team stood together like a wall and worked. Our team has grown a lot today. This team sets its goals every year and works hard to achieve them.
Each member of the team is trained from time to time. There is a lot to learn in this training. Continuous training and setting goals, along with the efforts needed to achieve them, is something that the respected Shri Pratulbhai Shroff constantly guides us on. In fact, his life and success teach us so much.
His financial support in the work of VSSM is also immense. With his help and guidance, today VSSM has reached great heights, for which we are deeply grateful to Shri Pratulbhai.
The importance of sports in building strong teamwork is immense. The KRSF team teaches the spirit of strong teamwork through sports as well. Thank you, KRSF.
ટીમવર્ક કોઈ પણ કાર્યની સફળતા માટે ખુબ જરૃરી.
વ્યક્તિ એકલું મર્યાદીત કામ કરી શકે પણ ટીમ સાથે મળીને એ મુશ્કેલમાં મુશ્કેલ લાગતા પડાવ પાર કરી શકે. વિચરતા સમુદાયો સાથે 2006માં કામ શરૃ કર્યું ત્યારે એવી ટીમ નહોતી. મજબૂત ટીમ અને VSSM બેયની સ્થાપના 2010થી થઈ.
ટીમમાં ચડાવ ઉતારો આવ્યા કરે છતાં જ્યાં જરૃર પડી ત્યાં ટીમ આખી ભીંતની જેમ સાથે ઊભી રહીને કામ કરે.
અમારી ટીમ પણ આજે ઘણી મોટી થઈ. આ ટીમ દર વર્ષે પોતાના લક્ષ નિર્ધારીત કરે અને આ લક્ષને પુરા કરવા મથે.
ટીમના દરેક વ્યક્તિની વખતો વખત તાલીમ થાય. આ તાલીમમાં શીખવાનું ઘણું. સતત તાલીમ અને લક્ષ નિર્ધારીત કરી એને પહોંચવા કેવા પ્રયત્નો કરવા જોઈએ એ બાબતે આદરણીય પ્રતુલભાઈ શ્રોફ સતત માર્ગદર્શન કરે. આમ તો એમના જીવનનો, સફળતાનો નિચોડ અમને શીખવે..
VSSM ના કામોમાં એમનો આર્થિક સહયોગ પણ એટલો જ મોટો. આમ મદદ અને માર્ગદર્શનથી આજે VSSM એક ઊંચાઈ પર પહોંચ્યું છે જે માટે અમે પ્રતુલભાઈના આભારી છીએ.
મજબૂત ટીમવર્ક માટે રમતોનું મહત્વ ઘણું. KRSF ની ટીમ રમતો થકી પણ મજબૂત ટીમવર્કની ભાવના શીખવે.. આભાર KRSF
