On 16th September 2014 an order allotting residential plots of 25 sq. mt each to 10 nomadic families from the communities of Saraniyaa, Vadee and Vansfoda Vadee was passed but the Collector. VSSM since last 3 years has been leading the efforts to ensure that these families receive plots to build a homes of their own. In these efforts the authorities played a crucial role. Had it not been for the efforts of the Mamlatdar Shri. Kaushikbhai Modi, Additional Collector. Shri Bharatbhai, District Collector Shri H.N. Thakkar and many other officials this efforts would not have turned in to reality so soon.
VSSM is extremely thankful to all these authorities for enabling the nomadic families who have been wandering for generations to have an address of their own and hopes that the dream of owning a home turns into a reality soon.

ચાણસ્મામાં રહેતા વિચરતાં પરિવારો રહેણાંક અર્થે પ્લોટ ફળવાયા...
પાટણ જીલ્લાના ચાણસ્મામાં રહેતાં સરાણીયા, વાંસફોડા વાદી અને વાદી સમુદાયના ૧૦ પરિવારોને રહેણાંક અર્થે ૨૫ ચો.મી.ના પ્લોટ ફાળવતો હુકમ તા. ૧૬ સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૧૪ના રોજ કલેકટર શ્રી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યો. સદીઓથી ભટકતું જીવન જીવતાં આ પરિવારો છેલ્લાં ઘણાં વર્ષથી ચાણસ્મામાં છાપરાં બાંધીને રહેતાં હતાં આ પરિવારોને પોતાનું કાયમી સરનામું મળે એ માટે vssmના માધ્યમથી છેલ્લાં ત્રણ વર્ષથી પ્રયન્ત કરી રહ્યા હતા. જેનું પરિણામ મામલતદાર શ્રી, કૌશિકભાઈ મોદી, પ્રાંત કલેકટર શ્રી ભરતભાઈ જોષી, કલેકટર શ્રી એચ.એન.ઠક્કર અને અન્ય અધિકારીગણના સહયોગ વગર મળવું અશક્ય હતું. સરનામાં વગરનાં આ માનવીઓને એમનું કાયમી સરનામું અપાવવામાં નિમિત બનનાર સૌ અધિકારીગણનો vssm પરિવાર આભાર વ્યક્ત કરે છે અને ઝડપથી આ પરિવારો એમનાં પોતાનાં એમને ગમતાં ઘરમાં રહેવા જાય એવી શુભેચ્છા વ્યક્ત કરે છે..
હાલમાં આ પરિવારો જે સ્થિતિમાં રહે છે એ ફોટોમાં દ્રશ્યમાન છે..
